Very close to Perth CBD, Northbridge and Burswood. Competitive prices too.

Very interesting place to stay. Huge bedroom with full utilities kitchen perfect for family stay. Room price is variety from $150 — $195. Staff is really friendly and manager helps us to carry our luggage. Very reccomended.

It's a nice cozy appartment in a handy location.

It has iron, microwave, water boiler, hot shower, washing machine, sofa and TV. Worth the price.

Very accommodating and homely! Clean and tidy!

Quick summary: overpriced and underwhelming. The apartments are reasonably clean and the location is ok (has nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance, within the free transit zone). However, the furniture, carpets and fittings are the most basic available — plastic sinks in the kitchen and bathroom for example. Would not stay here again.

Great value for money and lovely location near the river. Lots of restaurants close by and buses on the same street take you in to the city only 5 minutes away.

The hotel is a pleasure to deal with. Location is not bad at all. Walking distance to Victoria Garden. Easy to hop to yellow CAT. However, inside of the hotel looks gloomy and really needs repainting.

Unfortunately in an age where you can stay in an air bnb (which we should have) this was a big disappointment. Negatives:- Very very dated and photos look much better. When you walk into your room it has a weird dark negative feel. Smelly and very basic, the fly screen was broken so fell of when opening into the balcony. The catering facilities like the pot (yes you get a pot and a pan) where so old they should just be thrown out. You pay extra for parking Positives Staff and friendly.

The apartment we got and the environs are nice. I love the fact you need a security key to access the main building, to also access the elevator area before getting to your apartment. Its quiet and neat. Such a wonderful place to stay with family.

Possibly the smallest so called 2 bedroom apartment. Cobwebs on all doors leading up to deck. Will not visit again Location is good and close to amenities. Parking inside is just ridiculous.

Quite area, spacious, near to yellow cat bus. I have the best experience here. IGA supermarket is just across the apartment.

Elevator creaks and has this distinctive smell. Parking is paid. Apparently the management doesnt cater for the needs of all residents there.

Great location. Variety of restaurants. IGA groceries minutes away. Chemist close. Bottle shop 5 min walk. Good breaky options. Can take a nice walk by the river. Love the architecture of buildings. The rooms are a good size. Everything you need. Good sized bathroom. Easy access and parking. Value for money.

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, quiet. Secure parking across the street. Had all amenities you could need in a two bedroom apartment, free Wi-Fi.

The most horrible stay in Perth ever. Booked car park bays for 2 nights, reception was shut when we got there, no security tag to access to carpark as per agreement. Rang the after hours only to be told to park on the street with no apology whatsoever. Then the air con in the kids bedroom didn't work and it was a 40 degree day! Air con in the lounge was leaking and by night time there was a huge puddle on the carpet. After heaps of messing around the next day, we got swapped to a diff apartment that had mould on the vent of air con and whole apt was super smelly. There was also blood stains on the carpet in the bedroom. Then to top everything off, we got charged for the car parking bay that we didn't use for the first night. Until now still waiting for our refund. Worst service and accomodation ever, NEVER AGAIN!

Booked 2 nights stay with parking bays (yes you actually have to pay for parking even though it's an apartment! ) ; got to the apartment and reception was shut so we got the keys out of their lock box and there was no security tag for access to carpark. Rang the after hours number, staff who answered didn't offer to come back for our tag to access to carpark, instead just told us to park on the street, with NO apology whatsoever. Got to our room and air con in kids bedroom didn't work, air con in the living area was leaking and by night time there was a huge puddle on the carpet. Informed the reception the following day abt the air con and after some messing around they finally swapped us to a different room. There was blood stains on the carpet in our bedroom and mould on the vents of the air con in the living area we had to keep spraying deodorant to get rid of the smell. Then to top it off, they charged us for 2 nights parking even though they stuffed up our parking for the first night! Never again, horrible service and accomodation to stay at!

Clean, comfortable rooms, easy access and reasonably priced.

The apartments look awesome. They're very spacious and comfortable. You can't hear any traffic or noise. Caters for a family group which I really enjoy.

Came in at midnight, keys were in the lock as advised. All good.

I stayed here from 12 — 17 March 2016. It was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms, a complete kitchen and laundry room. So near to the airport, so close to the public CAT bus stand, easy to access. The staff is very helpful, they even arranged transport for me and my family to the airport at 3.30 a. M. But I think they should come to our room and at least clean our bathroom once during our 5 days stay there. But overall, thank you Regal for the awesome service and worth my money.

Never again, stayed one night all good went to Bali came back for two more nights but sons wanted to see there grand parents in Bunbury, so I cancelled the booking, its usually $30 but they decided to charge me, two full nights.

These apartments were fantastic value. Great location very comfortable and clean.

I signed up a rental lease through a real estate agent (LJ Hooker) hoping to stay here for the long term (many years). I was told I had to move out after 12 months because this area is zoned for short term accommodation only (yes its true, I checked with the council). Don't bother moving here if you intend to stay longer than 12 months. I wish I was told this at the start. The carpark is very tight and many cars (including mine) have scratches from the walls and posts which are very tight. The curtains are very thin and don't block out any light if want to sleep during the day. Other then that, it is in a very good location.

We booked a 2 bedroom appartment for 4 nights. The location was excellent. We changed rooms 3 times, as each room had dirty couches, scuff marks on walls and mould in the bathroom. The kitchen sinks also had permanant stains on them. Our final room had orange/black mould on the walls in the bathroom, smells coming from pipes and drains in bathroom and heavily stained kitchen sinks. I'm sure the Health Dept would be interested in this.
