Good location that is close to major arterial roads and the city but apartments are in desperate need of an upgrade. The furniture and fixtures are old, tired, smelly, light switches and power points that dont work and the parking is limited and very tight.

A very nice hotel. The room is big and clean, friendly staff. Theres cooking facilities in the room, thus you can make your own meal. A few minutes wall to the esplanade where you can enjoy the sunset with the view of the Perth skyline. You can also take a ferry from there to the city.

Its a nice and spacious place, reception is very nice I did enjoy my stay however its a little bit weird how they only have 1 a/c for the whole room and it is situated outside the bedroom. Balconies are nice but not really much to see and security is horrible my car got broken into when I last stayed there and since I was on the hotel premises I expected them to do something instead all they could say was sorry… discount or free night wouldve been nice?

Rooms are well equipped. A bit older but lots of available visitor parking.

Great service, clean rooms that look like the pictures. There is no view from most of the rooms, howerver the premisis is secure and perfect for staying in for any period of time.

Older but spacious and well appointed. Close to Means Street ferry direct to Perth CBD. Clean with kitchenette and laundry facilities. Close to good restaurants.

Good place to stay in Perth. Nice, clean and very convenient. A lot of good restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk to Swan River.

Rooms are lovely, nice and cozy. Good for a small family. Recommend.

Reception opens late and closes early meaning we were locked in when we tried to get our flight at 6am and had to climb over a fence with a large suitcase. They only do "light cleans" aka no cleaning while you stay so don't expect them to make the bed or wipe surfaces etc. Extremely noisy due to road being right next to accommodation. The rooms themselves were fine: a little bit drab and dark relative to the price.

Clean and spacious serviced apartment, good for group of 6 people. Complete sets of kitchen utensils provided. Location is just strategic, 3km to the city. Reasonably priced.

Reasonable clean apartment. Arrive late and made prior arrangement to collect my keys for check-in. Location is good as its near the zoo, if you so prefer, and not that near the city whereby the traffic is alot heavier.

Close to ferry to city. No pool but nice enough accommodation. Good value, clean in nice part of city. Also five minute walk to cafe, park and pub.

Internet useless, quite literally could not use it, and extremely intermittent. Don't come here for business if you need Wi-Fi. Interior / decor generally clean, although only the obvious place e. G. Dust caked on the window blinds. Crappy synthetic couch was peeling and left bits of black crap all over the palce. Ironing board is crap (not great for ironing those business shirts). Air conditioning reeked when first started it up, like that damp cloth smell. Their 4 star rank is a massive stretch, the only thing that saves it is location, can get straight onto the freeway into the city is 5 mins, or straight onto freeway south, and close to supermarket, restaurants, the water and some parks for running / cycling etc.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are large and clean. The bigger down side is that the apartments are quit of and showing their age buy for the price it is great.
