Thanks for having us. Weve just had a really wonderful few days in Scarborough.
Seashells was fantastic! the apartments are large, secure and have all the mod cons. Loved waking up to the sound of the Indian ocean!

BEWARE of cancellation policy, I booked a daily rate for February 2020, cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and was charged $50 for cancelling, admin fee.

Great apartment in a great location. Was clean, modern and well priced. Nothing beats looking out over the ocean nice view.

It was a very nice place but the Wi-Fi has to be open to public for eg they can access for 24 hrs for a week.

Stayed for 10 Days in Oct 2017, unfortunately it was during the foreshore redevelopment which I'm told is brilliant now its opened, but our view and tranquility were shattered most mornings by machinery, no issue though as we were awake most mornings. Rooms were large and well appointed and we had an ocean view. Self contained with separate room for the kids was a great addition. Being able to eat in at night saved on some cost as well. The only issue was the bathroom needed a bit of freshening up. Staff were great and the under cover security parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for our sons wedding in February and very happy — spotlessly clean and easy stroll to supermarket, bottle shop and numerous restaurants. No additional charges for parking was an extra bonus when we heard what some of our friends were paying — including our son who paid a huge amount for a luxury unit at a nearby property and then had to pay extra to park — just ridiculous!

Apartments were dirty and the soundproof is bad. Staff aren't friendly. Bad experience.

Great room and place — — also short walk to shops and restaurants,, would definitely recommend this to friends!

Great accommodation right on the main strip and beach. Great sizes apartments for a decent price. Underground parking was secure. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

Highly recommended to stay if your in Perth. Close to everything and you will not regret if you choose this place to stay.

Close to beach, ocean views, comfortable and full facilities (kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher)

Only one good sized bedroom, the other was a glorified cupboard looking out onto next door's front door! Over sized bathroom that should be made into two shower rooms. Kitchen area was ok but could do with some decent cooking implements and sharp knives. Apartment in need of total refurb! Such a shame to have holiday apartments together with actual living accommodation as homeowners were quite noisy when I stayed there this year!

I would have given 5 stars but there is a substantial amount of refresh going on all along beach front which spoilt the view from apartment. The apartments are in great location with everything needed for a great stay home from home!

The host didn't provide us the procedure for late check-in. We were lost when the check in was closed. We couldn't contact the host which we panicked. Indeed a bad experience. Finally after a couple of calls, he picked up and we finally managed to enter the apartment. The apartment is far from the reception, it took us 20 min to search for our block, which is not in same building. We had to carry our luggage to find our unit: (. The apartment was small and hard to walk around. Not worth to book and must think twice!

Extremely bad service… apartment was alright but couldnt connect to the Wi-Fi and didnt get much help with that from the people working there. As a result we had used finish our data and had to purchase more. Furthermore they charged extra $90 to my Cc for cleaning service 4 days after we checked out and flew back home. Refused a late check out even after we said we have a baby with us and our flight was only later that day. Stunning views yes but that alone wasnt enough… with the very poor customer service I wouldnt recommend this at all.

Its supposed to be 5 star rating, my experience staying here was very ordinary. Eg. 20 inch tv No window furnishings Noisy staff pushing trolleys early in the morning Servicing the apartment once in 8 days.

Great oceanfront family oriented serviced apartments.

Room was nice and modern, but floor was dirty, and had a large gap under the front door with insects, dirt and leaves blowing in regularly. Extremely dangerous considering my room was right near the pool, and a large snake could easily get into the room! As soon as the bathroom fan was turned on, it turns the front door into a vacuum and sucks in debris from outside straight onto the kitchen floor. Paid $250 a night for a dirty room with poor design and safety for their customers.

The hotel is new and well located. Great views, large infinity pool. Nice shops and great seafood restaurants within walking distance. Well equipped and spacious rooms. We stayed for a week and the kids had a blast in the pool. Would definitely go back. Look for discounts.

Stayed at these apartments in march 2008, fantastic great views, location, friendly staff, spotless and pools great recommend to anyone. Just wish we were there now.
