Highly commend. We stayed in a 2-bedroom harbour view apartment and enjoyed it very much. We had a full kitchen and each room had their own toilet and shower. Master’s had its own bath. Sunset view looking out to the marina was magical. Skeetas was a few floors below us and there was a Jaffle Shack nearby. Museum of Geraldton was only a few feet away. No housekeeping everyday but cleaning supplies were provided in the room. And you can ask for fresh linen and towels everday from reception. Thank you Mantra Geraldton for a most enjoyable stay!

The up grade is Beautiful, the view is amazing, clean, quite, great rooms.

Positives — Spacious, clean, modern. Great views of the ocean. Friendly team service. Walking distance to beach and shopping precinct and eateries. Negatives — No directory with instructions on using tv/foxtel or tourist information. Shame there is no secure parking. Spa not very bubbly and pool unheated but has a lovely layout.

Was a great night stay. Big suite & we had a lovely view of the harbour…

Lovely views however balcony covered in bird crap, microwave dirty, carpets and curtains dirty. Apart from that the rooms are actually lovely. Need to pay attention to details as you expect that standard for price you pay really! sorry wouldn't pay to stay again.

Just checked in and it’s awful smelly, cracks in sink, stains on chairs, can’t open the window, security gate doesn’t open definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

Do not recommend, worst customer service and not clean bed.

Come for business and Asked for a better room and they supplied 5* all the way.

Shopping, Indian Ocean and great restaurants.

My partner and I will never stay at Mantra Geraldton ever again. Our room was dirty smelt and sheets wernt cleaned still had makeup staines on the pillow cases. They also stuffed up our dates for our arrival and expected us to pay for an extra night. Dont stay here go to Ocean View 100 times better.

We arrived and tried to check in just after 3pm but had to wait while they finished cleaning the room. When we started moving our stuff in, we bumped into two air conditioning technicians who were fixing the air conditioning. I tried to get my daughter down for a nap but the AC screens kept restarting and waking her up. Eventually I gave up and we all went out. When we got back we found that the AC techs had left the door open; fortunately nothing was missing. The next morning we asked to be moved to a different apartment and were promptly moved, even though the day before we'd been told the whole complex was fully booked. Aside from that the staff were very helpful, with good tips for local places to eat, and prompt and efficient housekeeping. Rooms were fine, beds comfy, lighting a bit dim, kitchens very sparsely equipped (no chopping board), everything was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. The pool was nice and everything in Gero is just a short walk away.

Terrible experience! For $200/night it is totally ridiculous customer service. I would leave a negative review for this hotel if I could. When I booked I asked twice if the reception is attended until 8pm and the receptionist confirmed twice that is the case. I was very surprised to arrive just after 6pm and find another person waiting outside the reception for 20 minutes. He had already called the after hours support and was waiting for someone to come. After another 15 minutes the receptionist came saying she had to assist a guest, but understandably the customer was not happy to wait in the cold after 9 hours drive with his wife and children, so he did say to the receptionist in a raised voice that reception is supposed to be attended, and it isn’t right that he and his family has to wait so long to be checked in. The receptionist became defensive, refused to check them in, threatened to call the police and asked the manager to drive from her house to the hotel, so that the manager checks them in. By the way these customers had stayed in the hotel before too and were respectable people! I thought this was very strange behaviour, and calmly asked her to check me in PLEASE, however due to an unfortunate remark I made, saying that I do understand that she is trying to do her best, but she is overreacting I was refused a check in as well.

Lovely reception staff, rooms very quiet if you need to sleep late. Great view. Happy to go back. NB you need to clean your own room just like back at home. Costs are reduced because you do not get daily bed changes etc. Terrible hardship …

Great accommodation and service. Really central, clean and they think of everything that you may need. I've stayed here about 3 times now and I'd always put it at the top of my list.

We stay here once a year for an annual softball carnival and it is always clean and hospitable.

Clean place and recommend to stay with secure parking. Need to ask for secure parking.

The hotel is close to several restaurants and is very nice. However, the hotel only changes towels every three days, and only if you're staying for a week or longer. We weren't told this beforehand and missed the memo, so we didn't have clean towels to use (the dirty ones we used before were used to wipe water from the floor because one of the showers had a giant gap between the door and the floor). Also, the laundry machine was a washer and drier in one, which resulted in 2.5 hour wash cycles and damp clothes even when the cycle was done. Overall, though, we had a good stay here.

Everything ok except for the $100 Key holding fee. Ours daughters stayed one night on their way to Kalbarri, they debited our young daughters account and she now has to wait 2 to 4 weeks for reimbursement. Their holiday is for only a week. Something very wrong. Here…

Beautiful place. Extremely clean rooms with a breathtaking view. The two bedroom suite is huge and literally has everything you need for any length stay. Heaps of free entertainment with the foxtel however the only down side is no free Wi-Fi. The plans to purchase Wi-Fi are also quite expensive so didn’t bother. Tis the only reason for it not being 5 stars, otherwise would definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

Nice 2 bedroom apartment by the water but on the hour every hour the air con would turn it's self off and lock the controls so you'd have to go cut power to the whole unit. But it's a great facility.

Very neat and clean place. Very spacious in a great location close to everything in Geraldton. Unfortunately our room had issues with the hot water not running for long periods of time but management helped us out as much as they could and responded to our needs. Otherwise it is a good place.

Awsome place good food beds are awsome big bath tubs would stay again.

Booking was easy, reception was great, room was amazing, room service from Skeetas was brilliant including catering for my early start. I won't even price check my next trip as I get what I pay for here, many thanks. Small request any chance the pool hours could be extended was hoping for an evening swim and just missed out due to 7pm closure.

Wow! The apartnents are huge! … we had the 2 bedroom & couldn't fault the place! Even the Green's Family (Danny Green). Mantra has an outstanding reputation & great they keep to their standard, very clean and friendly staff. Only thing you get charge for Wifi,,, Mantra is kind enough to give us free only as I called and inquire about " why isnt it free as it's quite a pricey accomodation and even the caravan park that friends are staying gets a free Wi-Fi, I said! But seriously we travel all over the world and never we had to pay for any Wi-Fi… so thanks for a bit of consideration in having it for free. But it really should be… secondly, the 10am checkout… 11:00 am is the standard for any accomodations… Thank you Ellie & the lovely Czech lady at the reception.

The place has great view, friendly staff. Only need a little bit more cleaning done in room.

Have been here for 5 days so far and it's been great, the lady at the front desk has been extremely helpful, it's just me and my 2 young daughters until we get our rental.
Great location, room spectacular facing the ocean, all the comforts of home, only drawback the Wi-Fi has issues, but they have been great rectifying this issue.
Will definately recommend to family and friends.

Stayed in a self-contained apartment. Floors left our feet black and the washer/dryer was a confusing, obscure model that even the internet didn't have an instruction manual for (couldn't get the dryer function to work at all). Staff, however, were extremely friendly. The room also had a dishwasher and a fairly modern and large digital TV. Wonderful pool area that had three pools — a small heated pool, a shallow kids pool, and a large pool (all shaded except half of the large pool). Everything else was satisfactory but not noteworthy. Very short walk to the foreshore and CBD.

I have stayed in this hotel two years ago and fell in love with it, this time from AIX Portsmouth on their way back to Perth to go back to this hotel again, and we're excited. We were assigned to the new building of the hotel, and even far away from the beautiful and unique rooms.

Beautiful apartments in great location on Marina and near foreshore. Quiet, clean with great amenities.

The hotel had nice beds, big room, well equipped kitchen plus washing machine. The pool area was nice and tidy.

Apartments are modern and very well appointed. Great balcony views. I'd definitely stay here again.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Mantra. The location is an easy walk from the foreshore and boardwalk and the weather was perfect while we were there. The rooms were spacious enough and kept the cool in on the 40 degree days. Service was nice but we didn't really need much so nothing much to comment on there.
