Been here many times but after waiting over an hour for lunch when it wasn't even very busy and the only explanation given was the machine ran out of paper it will be a long time before I waste money at the broady again. Great location but always understaffed, can't handle being half busy.

We live in Geraldton and were so disappointed at the quality of food. Wine list did not have products that were advertised. Ordered vey basic food which we waited for 40 minutes. Served tasteless calamari that consisted mostly of flour and over cooked pizza. When this feedback was given to the staff on request and reported back to management there was no offer of apology. Never going back.

Lovely place. Clean and tidy. Just not a lot of atmosphere. But very nice. Typical of a hotel I guess.

I travel to Geraldton with my work every second month. I stay at the Broadwater and the front office Manager Amy would be the nicest person ever. So happy to help and always has the best cheary smile when you walk in. The resort is always clean and the rooms are very comfortable Totally recommend Cheers Allan.

Overall these guys have been brilliant since their latest new management.

Dinner menu is one of the best in town and the location is fantastic. Lunch menu is a bit average.

The resort is clean, has a great pool and great facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the bar/restraint is great. The rooms are modern and nice to stay in.

Neat, tidy and spacious accomodation. Private and secure complex. Pool and spa were a perfect temperature although the pool looked to be a little faded.

Clean and modern rooms, staff were very accommodating to us as we were a late booking and check in. Sorry we didn't get a chance to use the pool… everyone in it was having a great time.

Stayed here for a getaway for a few nights. Perfect location, pools are great. Tossed the idea between the mantra and this place. I think we chose well. Someone else said bring your own pillow. Very accurate comment. Restaurants in Geraldton seem to close on Sunday and Monday, which is a shame.

Was very happy after a long drive to get here with 3 children to have secure lockup, beautiful hot tub and clean unit, plenty of room although would advise to bring your own pillow. Meal well Latitude next door put on a good spread, would also recommend. Would recommend to stay here, as I will be next time I visit the area.

I was very happy with the accommodation. The staff where very friendly and I am sure we will all stay again next year.

I am disappointed, had a break-in and goods worth $1500 were stolen out of our rooms, whilst we were sleeping, my kids could have been hurt/murdered or upducted. No apology letter, phonecall or even compassion from management, I at least expected an offer to replace some of the items or even a voucher.
