Where do I begin?
We now come yearly for our wedding anniversary. The staff are incredible, and we paid it off throughout the year so we could just turn up and not stress. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as if we were the most important people at the accommodation. We got the king room, and it was beyond worth it! Waking up to the view of nothing but trees was the biggest delight. Breakfast every morning was perfection, and if we didn’t pop the sign out for the next mornings breakfast, the reminder text was perfectly timed. We had platters, bubbles, fresh fruit, rose petals and spa additives. We barely saw the staff, so it made it feel like it was our own personal retreat! We were warned they were doing some upgrades, and apologised if anything was inconvenient. We barely heard a thing! Then there’s the day spa 😍 Loky & Emilie were so friendly, sweet and professional and took great care to make sure we were relaxed and happy with all the services. With the extra little goodies left for us, we definitely felt appreciated and welcome. Jordan left the sweetest note, and checked in to make sure we were fine without feeling invasive. Definitely sad to leave, but can’t wait for next year! Was the most perfect 5 days, and a well needed recharge. Thank you ❤️

Lovely place to stay, great location, beautiful rooms, like a bed and breakfast as there's a beautiful sharing lounge area and verandah with kitchenette.
Great BBQ area, everything provided.
Great spa outdoor area, Leanne our beautiful host at reception was very efficient and warm, gave us a great dinner recommendation, all round great getaway, only downsize is you can hear people next door as the rooms are close. Will go back again! thanks Leanne.

Beautiful relaxing massage with use of the pool after. Nice platter with a glass of bubbles for lunch and a friendly dog to swim with.

Beautiful, quiet location. Spa bath filled and champagne on arrival. Amazing breakfast.

The Shiraz suite was perfect! Lovely sized room with all the amenities needed including a 2 person hot tub on the decking outside. I loved the addition of bath salts, fresh milk and pod coffee. The breakfast was the highlight; perfectly cooked eggs and tasty artisan bread. 5 stars!

Would recommend the Om spa massage and facial, one of the best I’ve had! The ladies are professional and awesome at their job and we were really pampered.

The glamping tent was so well kept and decorated, it didn’t feel like we were “camping”. Absolutely loved the outdoor shower it makes you feel so fresh and alive. Most of all loved that our dogs were able to share this experience with us!

Stacey, Emily and team, what an experience. A couple of speed bumps at the beginning but to be honest my husband and I are used to being waited on hand and foot when we go away. Being able to relax and connect with nature has been a very humbling experience. Being parents to 3 girls has its challenges however this small getaway retreat has been a fantastic recovery for us mentally and physically as a reconnection for the both of us. Not normally our cup of tea however I was determined to have it MY WAY this time around. Very relaxing, The staff are soo friendly, and would do anything for you. Exceptionally clean, perfectly looked after. We will be back.

The ultimate in relaxation — set in a lush private corner of Yallingup, the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Having a glass of wine in your private spa overlooking beautiful bushland cannot be beaten! Nothing is too much for the amazing staff, excellent experience all round.

We had a great stay, the staff are brilliant and the breakfasts are unbelievable. The rooms are well appointed and had a great night sleep on the comfy king size bed. The grounds are well manicured and maintained. Photos do not do this place justice. If you are after a well priced relaxing break look no further you will not be disappointed.

Where do I start?. It was my 4 year anniversary first time I have been away In 3 years since having my son. We arrive to the power being out with not much of a plan. The room was freezing and looked a third of the size. The dogs on the retreat where loud I said something about it and the staff did not let the owners know. A lovely older couple started a fire in the main living area and the power was not meant to come on too 8 pm. No compensation was offered i. E complimentary b. Fast, discount. They got generators at about 6:30pm. No staff stay on site and there's no lock on doors in and out and no cameras. So security is horrible. The spa took over 2.5 hours to fill as the tap has no pressure and is battery hot more warm at it's hottest level. To top it off there was no hot water to shower with barely any pressure on showers. I let the staff know how unhappy we were and wanted to get it sorted. I called and left a message for the owner Stacey she has not called but took the money. I am disgusted with the service. Not to mention unprofessionalism. The I'm spa was horrible too. I will leave a review for that too. Smh please don't waste your money it's over priced. We stayed somewhere else the next night for half the price with more amenities and a spa in the room, more spa, room service, secured just better in everyway. Please do not go here you will be disappointed.

Best kept secret in yallingup! Highly recommend especially if you want to take your dog! Luxury yet affordable accomodation and day spa run by the loveliest of people! The whole establishment is on point! ☆☆☆☆☆

Absolutely beautiful, peacefull, relaxing.

Great little place. Secluded and staff very helpful. They had spa ready to go when we got there and breakfast was lovely. They were very accommodating with our 3 dogs too. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle.

Terrible service. We arrived for a seemingly romantic experience and judging by the pictures and writeup on the website, I had decent expectations. When we arrived, there was noone on reception and no explanatory note. I waited 10 minutes before calling a variety of numbers, all of which didn't answer. I went to the spa to find that it was also empty. After all the walking around, I tried the numbers again and still didn't get any answers. 45 minutes after arriving, eventually my next phone call was answered. No apologies were given, just some rough excuse saying she was cleaning the tent. Surely an establishment like this wouldn't require the receptionist to also do the cleaning. When someone did arrive, we asked to view the room. It was small, and definitely not worth the money! While we were waiting, we heard the phone ring at least 3 times. How much potential lost business is that? When we were eventually met by the staff member, she still gave no apology even though I said that we had been waiting 50 minutes. We didn't bother staying then because everything didn’t match the price. They didn’t charge us for accommodation so that was appreciated, however when I gave her some feedback on the experience, she just rolled her eyes… well that says it all. No way I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed in the Chablis King Treetop Spa Suite. Beautiful place. Welcoming hospitality. Perfect getaway.

The pictures on the website don't match the suite. The garden looks more like a outback shed rather than the Balinese inspired retreat pictured on the website. We went fill the spa to find what looked like a clear bodily fluid floating in it. Needless to stay we didn't use this our entire stay after that. This triggers me to check the cleanliness of the room, I check under the bed to find a dead spider and discover it hadn't been vacuumed. I check the sheets to find they are stained. I check the bathroom to find a cobweb in the corner, I look up to the ceiling to see a ball of dust hanging above the bed, on top of the cupboards is thick with dust & behind the stool was a note from a previous occupant. I go to use the pool to find a dead lizard sitting in the bottom. I know this is a resort in the bush, however I really would have thought staff would be checking the pool to remove things like this. I went to have a shower & I had just put shampoo in my hair when the water went cold after a day at the beach with red raw sunburn the last thing I wanted was a freezing cold shower. I stood there shivering in a towel as I called reception but there was no answer. I then went down to reception at with my hair dripping wet still lathered with shampoo in nothing but the towel and stood there ringing the bell but no one came. I went back to the room and called both after hours numbers twice but there was no answer.

Great place to getaway from it all and really friendly staff, will definitely be back!

Awesome experience! Beautiful rooms, amazing 5 star service. This is a place I'll be visiting again… No doubt!
