Lovely stay, clean and comfortable. The heating in the room was appreciated!

Have been coming here on & off for half a decade now when work sends me down south and it’s ALWAYS a pleasure to stay here. Never been let down. Staff alone are worth giving a high rating (special mention for Olivia at reception) they are always so accommodating and friendly. Plenty of parking close to rooms, all areas are well lit at night. Rooms are kept very clean, some have been renovated recently, beds are very comfortable. Stocked mini bar, rooms have everything you need (could do with a microwave), plenty of power points and tables to work on. Easily five stars!

Wow what a great place! Good rooms and prices and close to everything. The amenities are spot on and decor was new and modern. Room was a very generous size for the 2 of us and all our holiday gear for 3 nights. I would highly recommend to all my friends and family and will stay again! Infact are planning to in a couple months again.

Walking distance to Albany City (Supermarket, restaurant, historical place etc. ) Super friendly & helpful staff. Clean & Comfort. Worth every penny & time spent travelling from Perth to Albany.

This is a clean and affordable hotel to stay in center Albany. They helped me with touristic information, rooms have lot of space and they have all the services you may need. Front desk from 7am. Just near the corner you may find restaurants, cafes and shops for your breakfast and lunch.

Great place to stay right in Albany city centre. Fully refurbished rooms, modern interiors, new baths, large room, good views including the wind farm from the 3rd floor, and the West Australian sunset over Mt Melville! Reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is always avail, Wi-Fi reliable and everything just works. Location was perfect with cafes and city centre within short walking distance. Will def stay here again when we next visit. Highly recommended!

Stayed in spa room for a treat, the room was great, bathroom not so great. Hope the review is seen so the change can be made, good money spent on these type of rooms.

Worst experience ever arrive at hotel to get told they double booked. Just spent 5 hours driving from Esperance with two kids and a baby. I booked this 4 months in advance and they couldn't advice me in that time or when I checked in two nights ago when I checked in and checked out to head down to Esperance and return. Then to be hand balled to the visitor centre well my kids are tired and hungry … Worst hotel I have ever!

Amazing location, clean and very comfortable rooms. Staff are brilliant and very helpful. We will definitely be back, my family and I had an brilliant holiday. I’ve even booked us in before we left for next year. Well done Albany Best Western can’t want to get back.

Really enjoyed our stay in one of the family units across the road from the main premises. Had a great view of the town and bay. It was only a few minutes to walk into the main street for shopping. Just perfect for our stay. Is now our first preferred choice for next time we visit.

The room was as described. Bed Linen and towels were fresh and the room was clean and tidy.

Comfortable accommodation within walking distance to the majority of locations to visit in town. Kept up to date with interior renovations. We have stayed here for the last 10 years or so when in Albany. Pity the new entertainment centre has spoilt our view of the harbour.

I have styed in 5 star places in Sydney for cheaper than this place. Very old and dated… air con leaked that bad had to put the bin under to catch the water. Location is good if you want to be in the centre of town, lots better places to stay in Albany for the price in my view. Place was clean, just very old and way over priced. Not so friendly at check in…
