Villas in VictoriaVilla

Excellent place to stay, spacious, clean, modern amenities.
Friendly staff.

The service was beyond expectations! Beautiful location, clean & lux feeling rooms, beautiful fire pits & hammocks along the river.

Beautiful cottage with lovely views and amazing access to the Warby rangers. Complementary breakfast was a treat.
Will be back!

10/10. Stayed here on Valentine's Day and loved it.

Fantastic luxury getaway. Especially great in winter with a combustion heater (all materials supplied), huge sun-catching and panoramic windows and balcony and a deep bath with a view.

Wonderful relaxing stay, lovely views and gorgeous clean, well maintained accomodation with the most beautiful furnishings and styling. Looking forward to coming back for another stay!

Water views. Location was good for attractions. Huge amount of space.
Couple little maintenance items to tidy up but nothing major.

Great place for the family to stay to celebtate a birthday. Close to cafe for breakfast and the rhyll tavern for lunch. Overall could not fault.

Great option for us to stay here with our dog, back yard was secure and location was good.

Absolutely cozy little place, perfect for a small family. It has everything you need and it's very homey, we didn't want to leave.

Lusso was the perfect choice for our group stay in the King Valley! Plenty of space for the four couples, with luxury and thoughtful touches throughout.

We spent Easter in Lusso and were treated to a fantastic modern, spacious and comfortable house located right in the heart of town.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding. We rented all the buildings and it was beautiful. The quiet and views were just what we needed. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed in the studio cottage which was very clean, tastefully decorated, private, and has the most breathtaking view. The space is well equipped with everything you could need or want.

Perfect for either a family getaway, romantic weekender or girls weekend!
Service was exceptional. We also booked via booking. Com which was super easy.

If you wont to escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a few days away this property is for you very clean and comfortable and quiet will be recommending to family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kiewa Cottages. The cottage was spotless and cozy, with stunning views of the snow-capped False Creek mountains right outside.

Loved staying here for an event recently. Well stocked cabins, and such a beautiful creek and bushy outlook. Everything you need! Will definitely be back.

Loved it here, the view, and bubble spa bath and cleanliness.

Spend two nights with family and friends staying in the beach house.
Great location, secluded and private yet only a short walk to the beach.
Beach house is very spacious and comfortable.

Lovely, nice and clean!
Not sure why no one mention the fabulous night view, but it is a perfect spot for stars!

Lovely accommodation very close to the 12 Apostles. Quiet area not in town which was good. I had just finished the GOR hike, Holly went above and beyond to help me out after finishing the hike.

Amazing location if you love rest and nature. In the evening there are dozens of kangeroos eating on the domain, while you are on the terrace, in your bed or in the bad.

We stayed for 3 nights over here and we wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The property is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit.

Very cosy cabin with a stunning view from the living room! Halfway the Great Ocean Road, many options for daytrips.
Good choice!

The Cottages are such a delight and close enough to the Town of Port Fairy. The cottage came with everything required. It was clean and cosy complete with a Spa bath.

Lovely rooms, really comfortable and clean. Short drive to everything and surprisingly quiet for its location.
Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic place to stay, fully equipped with everything you need. Even dropped another BBQ gas bottle around on Saturday afternoon.
Bedrooms are nice and clean and a good size.

If you literally would like to roll out of bed in the morning and be on the beach with white sand and a sparkling ocean in front of you in seconds, this is where you can do it. Aloha Beachfront

Different to our normal accommodation choice but an excellent choice. Peaceful, clean and everything you need. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous old cottage decorated tastefully but still in style. Port and chocaltes were welcome added extras as was the drinking water supplied.
The garden is peaceful and very pretty.

Me and my boys loved staying here while on a recent tuna fishing trip! The rooms were clean and tidy and Paul was great to deal with. Highly recommended, and Paul, we cannot thank you enough.

So accomodating and lovely, rooms are clean and so close to everything pricing is really good, can’t thank you enough mate, one of the best places we have stayed at in town!

Fantastic accommodation with views over the ocean. Even got the sunrise this morning.

This has to be the most amazing place to stay in the area — well designed and firred cottages.

Absolutely loved our stay in the "Dome" at Maple Park Farm.

What a great base to stay at during a hectic festival weekend. Beautifully appointed, peaceful and cosy… perfect! The delicious food provisions were unreal!.

My parents and I stayed here for a couple of nights to celebrate birthdays. Located less than 5 minutes from the Kyabram township, the Tourist Park is a beautiful and spacious place.

We stayed over a long weekend, even though the park was booked out, it didn’t feel busy or loud.

We stayed at Baroka Downs — Halls Gap over the June 26 long weekend and loved every minute!

Boroka Downs is wonderful. The kangaroos and deer were all around. The accommodation was perfect, immaculately clean and everything provided, including tea, coffee, bread, jam etc.

Kaye our host was there to greet us, with freshly baked bread!

This was such a gorgeous stay! Kay was such a gorgeous host, so bright and welcoming. My partner and I would be so grateful to stay here again for definitely more than one night this time!

The cottage was a great place to stay in Inverloch for my wife and I and dog. Yard well closed in and plenty of basics available.

Cottage was well equipped. Only downside was lighting in bedrooms. Would stay again if in the area.

Great little cottage close to Lorne and Torquay — right at the start of the Great Ocean Road. The amenities are fantastic — except body soap which they provide (but is tiny!

Clean as a whistle!
Loads of information in the unit.
This is a truly neat double storey house divided into two upstairs and two downstairs units or studio apartments.

Beautiful, clean accommodation and close to the Beach. Loved our stay and will definitely book again:)
