Perfect position on the main road so e easy to find. Studio room is large & well-designed and was clean & fresh. Surprisingly very quiet.

Great location and Priscilla was a super host. Helping us find great places to eat and spend time with my brother before he goes back to NZ ON Monday. Best experience with Quest services.

I stayed here for a quick business trip, and it checked all the boxes.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights. Firstly it's in an awesome location. The room was a great size. Nice views of the city. It was very clean.

Great townhouse. Great location. Parking garage is small but we made it work. Nice & clean.

Excellent location, great townhouse for a big family.

We booked for one night so we could visit the Cartier Exhibition at NGV, the Lightscape in the Botanical Gardens and a lunch in the city the next day.

Very happy staying here. Comfiest bed. Clean and tidy. Convenient to trams and Melbourne city. Very helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back to stay.

Stayed at Quest Bayside St Kilda for 2 nights. Walking distance to Luna Park, Palais Theatre, Acland Street Cake Shops, Cafes & Restaurants.

Great location and easy access to both Fitzroy Street and Acland Street — perfect for enjoying the cafes, restaurants, and nightlife around St Kilda.

We called at 10pm on a Tuesday night, looking to get a room for at least 3 days with a cat as the accommodation that we should have had was not ready, they were very accommodating we arrived after

Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. The lake view from mine was delightful.

Been there for more than a month and it was super nice. Place is good, staff is friendly and supportive and the location made it even better… with or without a car.

I haven't stayed him, but I'm installing brand new carpert through out the whole apartments, rooms are really nice the ones I've seen and worked in.

Wow. Just wow. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. You get everything you need (shower stuff, dental kit, etc. ) which is amazing.

We were surprisingly pleased with the room we got; the floor plan was spacious; it supplied everything we need.

The Mantra Southbank is in a great location and is the perfect base for a family stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
On arrival, the assigned car park didnt suit our needs and they couldn't have been more accommodating with getting us into a more suitable park. Fabulous service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and apartment. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home.

The room was quite big and the view wasn’t ugly, but it wasn’t as good, but it was Still was great in the room they included a lot such as toiletries, pot stove and everything you’ll need for your

Great place to stay for work. The fittings, such as microwave, benchtop stove etc, are a bit dated but still functional.

The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, great place to stay especially if you have a function next door.

Great location, easy walking distance to public transport, shops and restaurants. Serina from reception was very helpful and our check in (out of hours) was easy.

Well located, clean apartment with stunning views! We booked 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on 9th Floor with beautiful views of Marina and city lights at night.

If I could, I would have loved to give them 10:5 stars!
The property is in a great location, some good shops and restaurants close by, and the train is only a short walk away too!

Our stay at the Sebal was short, only the one night however on arrival we were greeted with a room update from 2 bedrooms to 3. The appreciate was spacious, clean, comfortable and had great views.

We stayed here as we have a wedding to attend in Yarra Junction.
We were expecting luxury accommodation and it looked like it might have been once upon a time.

Came here today for our work lunch Christmas break up. We were the only people here dining and still the service was a little slow. Our drinks order was mixed up and took a long time to come out.

Easy friendly check in. Great location for Essendon airport access, albeit a bit tricky to find car entrance due to roadworks. Large clean room & nearby choices of great dinner / morn coffee places.

Would have liked to get breakfast on the hotel instead of elsewhere but the room had all my needs.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced truly exceptional customer service.
We would like to give our highest commendation to the two wonderful reception staff, Amy and Shulekha.

Location is fantastic for eating and close to public transport.

Clean, modern and comfortable beds. Big rooms and very convenient to the hospitals. Restaurants and shops all walking distance. Service was A1. Thank you especially to Heidi. Will stay again.

Clean, comfy – would stay again!

Fantastic stay! The apartment was cosy, clean and well-equipped, with a nice balcony, gym access, secure parking and plenty of dining options right on the doorstep.

A big shout out to Uzie for always been so polite and welcoming. Also Charlotte, Dylan, Jordan and Josie have made our 10 weeks stay super comfortable and enjoyable. We are very happy with our stay.

Amazing people to communicate with, very helpful and understanding. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Great location.

Stayed on the 8th floor with Victoria Harbor views. Nice clean apartment in a very good quiet location. Have stayed in this building before but not with Orange Stay. This stay was much better.

Great stay at this apartment hotel! The apartment is fully equipped and very clean, feels just like home. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed here for work and overall had a really positive experience.
The after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which made arriving late completely stress-free.

Im not sure why this place has several poor reviews. We just checked in for 2 nights and, as a budget hotel, its quite reasonable. We haven't experienced the poor standards that others talk about.

Well situated in the heart of Kew.
By no means is this a fancy hotel. I give it 4 stars only besause it meets the expectation of its price point and is clean and comfortable.

The studio is beautifully designed. The team is super professional and supportive, making every shoot a breeze. Recommended for anyone looking for studio experience in Melbourne.

Very big room but small bathroom, good location just few minutes walking to the tram stop. Free secured underground carpark.

Had a great stay at Arrow on Swanston. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent with easy access to Melbourne CBD and public transport.

The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.

Good value accommodation in a great location — I only wish the weather was as accommodating! The apartments are one block back from the beach and a short walk to the local restaurants.

I stayed here for 3 nights recently on a trip to melbourne. My apartment was great.
