All good. Neat and tidy. Friendly staff.

So, we were there for a wedding for 2 nights and had a quadruple room. When we came to our rooms it was first shock. There was a room with 2 single beds and a "room" with a double bed. The room with the double bed was at the same time the kitchen, and in order to get to the bathroom one had also to go through the room with the double bed, thus privacy equal to zero. Besides, the Spühlung on the toilet was defective and I had to rumbasteln it myself to make it work. In addition, the ventilation in the bathroom has been heard as if a plane were to start. When we ankahmen and read that there was a pool we were thrilled until we saw the pool. Totally stretched and verwarlost. Oh yes and our room which was at the same time the kitchen had a refrigerator that has robbed you of any sleep with its volume. I don't understand where the place has so many good reviews, I advise everyone to stay there.

This Motel was clean but the spa is not a corner spa it's a bath type spa only room for one person and the bed was so hard you would be better off sleeping on the floor the sign out the front has no power going to it so the no vacancy sign don't work but I guess they don't need it as I don't think it will ever be full I would not recommend this place to stay even the gardens are dead and unmataind.

Little expensive for midweek rates, good, clean. Bed very hard and uncomfortable.

Quiet but some dusting of lamp shades etc wouldn't go astray! Smelt dusty. Pillows hard as rocks.

Friendly, clean and every room opens onto the garden and pool. Delightful oasis. Everything has been thought of.

Basic motel providing accommodation a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and transfer amenities.

Be careful of this place as my son stayed here and was charged $150 for a TV that was broken when they arrived in the room. It was reported to the office and said that it would be fixed the next day. My son left the next day and was charged the $150 without authority. When we rang back and spoke with Kevin and he said that my son would have to get the money back from his bank. Kevin was absolutely rude and has flat out refused to refund the money. I will speaking to consumer affairs about this conduct.

Lovely staff, great location, cute clean rooms. We stayed here over night on a mini trip to the snow. It's close enough to mount Buller to just drive up each day, ski hire shops just around the corner, all in all good value in a very expensive area at an expensive time of year.

This place has the spirit of Mansfield! I liked it, it's clean and well designed! Highly recommended.

Very clean and friendly staff. However, the bathroom window design is a bit weird, which is in low position and the center easily peek in from the outside.

Good value for money in an otherwise expensive place to stay.

Came here for a wedding. Was very pleasant and clean. Comfortable and quiet. Will definitely stay here next time in Mansfield.

Stayed at Mansfield Valley Motor Inn with my wife and child, we found the people very welcoming and helpful, great location in Mansfield, easy walk for a pizza. Accommodation was very warm and comfortable with queen bed and single bed for my daughter who was impressed with the items in the mini bar. highly recommend this motel.

An excellent motel, fully equipped with nearly everything we need. A very beautiful environment to relax. We hope we can stay here again.

Superb destination to explore the Victorian High Country.
