Last minute need for a quick overnight stay in Mansfield. From the first point of phone contact to book a room the service was excellent. My meal was 10/10, perfect steak, lovely desert and a great bottle of wine. Wait staff were attentive and prompt, kitchen faultless. A grand old hotel that's been very well dressed up. Well done Steve and team, I'm going to recommend you guys 1000 times!

Beautiful meal on a perfect balmy night in the divine courtyard at The Delatite Hotel. Friendliest staff ever with special thanks to Owen for his lovely attention. Would definitely recommend a visit to this special venue.

Wonderful food. Menu is concise but diverse enough to suit all tastes and needs. Vegetarian friendly. Dog friendly. Most importantly, the staff are professional and absolutely awesome!

We had takeaway meals over the weekend. The takeaway menu and drive through for us was great, all our food was delicious, with generous portions. Waited to be seated As it was now 8:01 the main menu was not available as it was 8:00 cut off My partner is gluten free the main menu is full of options — so they couldn’t offer anything to feed us on the snack menu and it was too bad Not helpful at all for the sake of 1 minute.

The hotel is old but well maintained and very clean, comfortable and cosy.

Nice old pub feel with a medium twist. Good food, good atmosphere. Staff were polite and fun.

We stayed overnight. They were very welcoming and rooms/facilities were not great but fine on a budget. Matress was just foam and I could feel the slats. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and the manager treated our group well and food was great.

Standard pub food and some good beers on tap. There's some fierce local competition for burgers and parmas now. If you're looking for a simple pub meal, it'll do. If you're interested in something a little more gourmet, take a quick walk up and down the local street first. Also, no more pork belly on the menu. : (

Nice food. We came in about 5 mins before the kitchen closed and they were still happy for us to order. They did forget to put our order through but the waitress was very apologetic and fixed the issues straight away.

Stopped in for a lunch with a group of 13. They were very accommodating and the staff were excellent. The food was quality and they had a good selection of beers. Definitely an above average hotel.

Food was amazingly good especially for country town. All dishes hit top marks. Even kids menus tasted top end. Customer service was extremely friendly too from all staff. Manager even came and greeted us. It a perfect experience except for a few dishes out of a table for 12 had a bit long wait. Great that kids menu items came quickly. I don't remember when I last had such a wow customer experience from a restaurant experience. Thank you Delatite restaurant for giving us such an enjoyable dinner experience.

Called in for lunch and was greeted by a friendly and very quirky gentleman. Hospitality was amazing, the owner even checked in to say hello and see we were okay. Amazing meals. A truly unique experience. If you are ever in the region, this is the place to go. Delatite Hotel, is second to none!

The place was crazy busy and booked out, but we found a space in the bar, fire was on and we were cosy staff were super friendly and energetic, and we didn’t have to wait long, the food was amazing well done.

Was good. The rooms are adequate for short stays. It maybe too noisy if you are a light sleeper as you can hear the band and customers from the bistro downstairs.

Really enjoyed our dinner on the way back from the snow. Everything was prepared quickly and tasty. Could use a wider range of beers on tap, although the bottled selection was great.

Absolutely beautiful food and bloody great staff. Highly recommend the parmy (from a usual steak eater). Absolute best feed I've had in a long time and well worth the drive from wodonga. Thank you for a great meal from the ss owners club albury/wodonga.

Very friendly staff. Treated me like a friend, not just a customer! We went for dinner. Food was delicious with quick service and took away the empty plates quickly. Nicely furnished with cosy booths, also table seating and outdoor area.

I've only stayed here once but the service from all staff was great. Food was typically good quality pub fare, advice about where to go for breakfast was spot on. Clean rooms and facilities. Great value.

Great place for a meal outside in the courtyard on a nice night. Kid friendly with a small playground and often live music to keep the adults entertained. Staff generally make every to make customers feel at home.

Room was wonderful, young girl who checked us in, I think her name was Nicole was a credit to the hotel, she was super helpful, nothing was to much trouble for her. Definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

A very bad place. I went to drink a beer, they were very rude, they moved me from one table to another and by the end I had to pick on me. Also the Wi-Fi was the same, not working and after several rebounds of responsibility have admitted that it was not there. Of the true thieves and liars.

Came on holiday, only eating here now. Highly recommended gnocchi, calamari and garlic bread. Currently writing this while contemplating cheesecake. Staff is super good energy — so is my date!

Fantastic staff and great food. Not cheap but worth the spend for a nice experience in a clean well refurbished pub with a very pleasant feel. Dog friendly beer garden a big bonus for us too. Definitely will return. Highly recommended.

Food was OK but my calamari was very saltt and I normally love salt. My husband's duck was good but not much served with it. A bit of spinach and parsnip but very tasty. Service was OK and staff are friendly. Wine list is good with a choice of local and other wines. There is a beer garden and play area Air conditioning wasn't on. Nor were ceiling fans so it was a bit stuffy.

Definately the best pub meal in the area. The prices are great for the delicious variety and quality of food served here. Drinks are very reasonable and they have the option of indoor dinning or outdoor beer garden as well as the bar area. Live entertainment at certain times and a kids play area. The staff are awesome, not just friendly, but that genuine country hospitality we all love. 5+ stars from me and any friends we have taken here.

Fantastic shot to come and chill. The food was excellent, the brews good and the service was spot on. An extra star for the ambience and the dog friendly nature of the place, which encourages friendly dogs to chill out in the courtyard.

The rooms were clean and the water was hot. It had all you need for a brief overnight stay. The food downstairs was great and the staff were very nice. Would recommend as a reasonably well priced overnight room.

We normally love the delatite hotel but we booked at a time of the launching of the spring Arts festival where a brass orchestra and art gallery were packed into the bistro. The food service was up to its usual standard but for the second time in a row there were not enough bar staff in attendance to cater for drink orders, especially when the Arts crowd just want to drink wine. It was a unique experience all that was happening in the pub and HATS off to the venue for supporting the festival by hosting the launch, we should have realised and come back another day. By all means try them out for a nice evening.

Great spot to have a quiet lunch or dinner on the way to or from a weekend in the bush. Regular stop for our club and has been for years. Beer is always cold, food is always fresh and fantastic, staff are friendly — you cant ask for more than that.

Further to my comments on this place, my wife was offered a complimentary glass of wine to smooth the situation which she accepted. As for myself I left went down the road and had a wonderful meal at the fire station bistro and grill. James was a great host, I definitely recommend this place. Four out of five stars.

I loved it there, the staff were amazingly friendly, the food was amazing and it all got to you in a short amount of time. I recommend this place to all the people who just want to get out and have a nice bite to eat.

Great country bistro with friendly staff. Not a huge menu but enjoyed my Mexican Parma. With a great atmosphere worth the stop to eat before you hit the slopes.

Most accommodating staff I've ever encountered — any request or enquiry we had they fulfilled… incredibly friendly people and an amazing atmosphere. My friends and I stayed for a ski trip to Buller and the manager went through the effort of bringing 2 heaters into a spare room so we could hang out our snow gear to dry out overnight. Honestly they have amazing staff and management working there, would recommend :)

Awesome spot. Dean, the owner, and Andy the chef super friendly, and Ellie ("employee of the month") was tops. We called ahead to order dinner before the kitchen closed as we were late, and they so accommodating. The beers and a mulled cider in front of the fire were perfect. The rooms are basic but warm and comfy (not for lover of luxury — but great value and functional). Great to see an Aussie business that gets it! Thoroughly recommend!

Very good service. The kids room seemed sound proof and is a brilliant idea. Kept the kids busy. Enjoyed the food especially the desserts. Try their sticky date pudding.

We went for dinner tonight and was so disappointed. They still have the 2016 menu on their website and it says Ribs and also chili calamari which they do not have either on their menu now. Then menu was very average, nothing really special. The only things on the special board was roast pork and the soups of the day. Needless to say I was very disappointed I had my heart set on the ribs or the chili calamari. Oh we also ordered a garlic bread and they don't even give you little bread plates for it.

The staff get are really attentive. They are happy and friendly. Dean the owner was there to help with any questions. Thanks for looking after us Mark.

Great staff really helpfull, arrived after ridding 130k. They locked up our bikes and fed and watered us very well. Comfy beds and nice clean rooms. The meals are a great size and well priced.
