Friendly, helpful and informative staff. The cabin overall was good and comfortable. However we were a bit struggling to connect to the Wifi.

Such a great place for stopping on a holiday. Great amenities.

Good little cabin within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Try the old fire station. (affagatto is really good) lots of other things to do and see in the area. Very scenic spot.

Stayed there in late 2016 Cabins up the front were good, but the cabins up the back Needs a bit of an update. Have since heard that cabins have been renovated.

Good park. Visit at least once a year, we have our own caravan. They have new cabins and it is walking distance to town.

Cabin is nice. Our cook top and grill were not working and the Wi-Fi drops out constantly.

Lovely little caravan park right near the end/beginning of the rail trail which for cyclists like us is a welcome home. There is a lot of renovation going on at the park and the showers, toilets and many new cabins are clean and bright. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic little park walking distance from shopping centre. Very clean amenities friendly staff and reasonable rates. Only cost me $30 a night and I stayed 4 nights. Lots of things to do in the area Mt Buller only 42km also plenty of free camping on Lake Eildon not far away either I camped at the lake for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great little park. We enjoyed our stay over the Australia day weekend.

I was blown away by how amazing this place is m it's so affordable and the little unit/room we got was huge and the bathroom was new and so clean with an amazing shower.

Great little cottage and the heating was excellent — electric blankets and all. Service is great too. The only problem was that there was no power point in one of the bedrooms. Only in the main bedroom, so you had to charge your phone in the lounge room and a struggle to get out of bed to turn your alarm off in the morning.

The cleanliness and attention to detail in our cabin was next to none. Everything was so clean — you could see and smell the clean! Extremely comfortable and great value. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Honest feedback Going to keep this short n simple I booked a budget cabin online for 2 nights (my fault), & when I physically saw the cabin which was nothing like the pics shown on their webpage (so plzzz don’t go by the pics on the site), it was absolutely disgusting, it was just a very old caravan from the 50s and I am 100% sure it hasn’t been upgraded or cleaned since, anyhow that was one thing after this I asked the manager for a upgrade which she gave me in the form of $130 night cabin which she turned into $190 night cabin with her sly tactics, she knew I was stuck I had no choice but to take it as it was late. Anyways the moral of the story is stay away it’s a rubbish joint / rubbish staff I don’t think they even know the word customer service exists & and OYA if you are a ethnic (ie. Don’t have blue hair and blond eyes) it’s even more of a reason to stay way they seemed to me they are still living in the white Australia policy days, were very hostile was very sad to see. But if you like getting baited in to a physical altercation with the managers it’s the place to go, But I am writer not a fighter. They totally destroyed my days off : (

WORST place to stay in Mansfield. At the reception of Mansfield Holiday Park while I was sorting out the booking and I faced my brother to ask him if we should stay the two nights or the one night. We spoke in our own language, as English isn’t our first language, and the manager said “EXCUSE ME BUT CAN YOU SPEAK IN ENGLISH IN MY PRESENCE AS IT EXTREMELY RUDE! ” We were shocked and said we were just discussing if we should stay one or two nights, and that we decided two nights. And then she started lecturing us on how its rude to speak in another language in front of other people. We couldn’t believe this and told her we’ll just stay the one night as we don’t want to stay in a place where the manager has a re. Dneck mentality and then we walked out of the reception. She then RAN after us and continued her arrogant lecture. And she said how can I have racist mentality when I’m not even Australian… Imagine if you go to China and you are checking in at the reception of a hotel and you ask your family member something in English and the manager starts lecturing you cause you didn’t speak to your family member in CHINESE in front of them! How ridiculous would that be, well now I know. Then to make matters worse she said “YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE” (I don’t know if she meant the holiday park or Australia in general). This killed our mood for the day. Then the day got worse when the other manager came huffing and puffing to our cabin 5 minutes later.

Enjoyed my one night here after doing the rail trail from Tallarook. Nice flat spot for my tent, good showers, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and a pool to relax in after a hard cycle. Micro-brewery pub (social bandit brewing company) round the corner only improved matters.

The shower and toilet block was awful, and all of the locks in the ladies showers and toilets were broken and would not lock.

Took my Probus group to Mansfield Holiday Park (50 people) and stayed in Cabins and Caravans. The park was perfect for our group, Clean and quiet. The Manager was most helpful with arrangements for our site seeing program and a lovely dinner at the restaurant across the road. We will certainly return either as a group or individual basis. Yep, unpowered sites are noisy and very public. Screaming kids running round. Showers hot though.

Terrible. After arriving late at night, the cabin we were supplied with smelt like someone had chain smoked in it and something had died. After attempting to air it out, we ended up finding emergency accommodation on Mount Buller. When we tried to rectify the situation we were faced with an extremely rude owner who ended up telling us to get out as he was about to have dinner. We were not reimbursed for either of the nights. Smelly, with poor management and lack of communication and customer service skills.

Not recommended for camping in a tent. Camp site was in the middle of the kids play ground with absolutely no privacy. showers and bbq facilities were good, but I wouldn't camp there in a tent. In a caravan it wouldn't be so bad.
