Seascape Accommodation

Very comfortable, well equipped & maintained accommodation. The location is in a prime position & the service is exceptional.
Look forward to being able to stay there again sometime. I would highly recommend.

We booked the Executive Suite — it was spacious and comfortable. As the suite is located upstairs, it’s better not to bring too many things. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy the facilities.
The view of our room is beautiful.

We stayed at Seascape Accommodation the other night and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, right by the water — amazing views. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Friendly and easy check-in, and we felt really relaxed the whole time. Would definitely stay again!

The check in process was easy, the room was very nice with a little balcony for eating outside or viewing the sunset. The room and bed were perfect as was the bathroom. Not a lot of good eating options in town, but our accommodations were great!

This was a small self service inn, 4 rooms. The rooms were great, small balcony for eating and viewing. Beds comfortable and the bathroom was good.

We were given room 4 which is the entire bottom floor. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with spa and shower and other bedroom has ensuite shower and toilet. Huge kitchen and dining area, large lounge and other sitting area, plus large timber decking to look out over the ocean. We were blown away as to how nice it was. Great views! It was so quiet at night. Aircon / heating throughout. Massive kitchen has 6 burner gas top and huge electric oven. Dishwasher, full size fridge, convection microwave and nespresso machine. 2nd TV in master bedroom, large TV in lounge with all the streaming apps — log in with your own account. Large modular lounge seats 4 comfortably. There was also a sun room that overlooks the patio, nice quiet spot to read, would be perfect in winter. Absolutely 💯 value for money 💰
Ben the host was very helpful. We stayed 3 nights just after long weekend in March. Got to witness a couple of storms blowing through. Walking distance to town, ocean cliffs just across the street. Will stay again, it was wonderful.

Wanted somewhere with a sea view for a couple of nights in Portland. Found the Seascape Accommodation, checked it out and booked. Email arrived with all check-in information on the way from Mt. Gambier.
The up stairs one bedroom apartment was even better than expected. Completely self contained, with kitchen, all cutlery, crockery included, microwave, oven, dishwasher and even vacuum cleaner. Everything was spotless that I could see, but never checked inside the toilet cistern, or the a/c filters as some do. The balcony, off the bedroom, was excellent to relax with a glass for sundowners looking over the water. Excellent value for money and recommended.

The Seascape Accommodation was lovely 😊 Even though the weather had been a tad bit different from when I was at Portland a week ago, choosing Seascape was a lovely place to go to for the few days.
Ben and Nicole are lovely owners, and the couple who decide to do their washing and drying the night I was leaving is not Ben or Nicole's fault at all.

We had a couple of nights in the 1st floor executive apartment. Easy parking and just narrow staircase up to the apartment. A large lounge cum kitchenette with amazing views from a bay window, plus a decent size bedroom with ensuite, which has a spa with a shower over it. We older folks fear that climb over the side of the spa into the shower in case we slip and do ourselves a mischief!
Everything supplied was tops, no skimping on quality or quantity and really couldn't fault it at all. We liked the fact that it had a compendium and supplied tourist brochures The kitchen had all we needed for home cooking for 2 nights — why go out when you have such great views from your room? Plus there are no cafes/restaurants nearby, and town centre is a couple of kms.
Had one occasion to contact managers & they were terrific.
As other reviews mention it is a wee bit noisy as you can hear other guests.

Potentially it's a nice place with a perfect location and beautiful sea view.
But somehow the apartment is in urgent need of a renovation and mainly a deep cleaning: everything is a bit worn and dirty: stains on the carpet, dirty chair armrests, dirty kettle and a very, very dirty shower head (that's really disgusting).
For 150 Dollars for one night in low season I expected something better.

It's a wonderful hotel. Providing everything we need including outdoor BBQ at balcony, so we decided to grill beef for dinner. Rooms is large and have a balcony with sea view. It's so relaxed and calm. Sea view is right there from my room and balcony.

A really good night here in the ground level apartment. Room galore with big kitchen, dining room, living room and a rumpus room if you need that, too! Modern, totally equipped for your kitchen needs with a 6 burner gas stovetop and oven! Electric BBQ on deck let us do some fresh fish from Portland Seafood market off Cliff Dr. Central heating worked fine and view to the ocean was really good. We wanted the upstairs queen unit but it was busy so we took this apartment and were not disappointed.
Location is off the main city CBD so walking to food or services is not practical but we did enjoy an evening walk along the grassy areas on the cliffside.

We wanted to hear the sound of waves on a road trip to Portland, Victoria, Australia. The name Seascape Accommodation resonated. Situated in a complete double storey house, we booked the ground floor. For 2 nights so we could explore the surroundings. The complete ground floor. This may seem over the top, as the entire ground floor is suited for families, however this was the only available "room" at the time. Completely self contained, with kitchen, all cutlery, crockery included, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Make your own sandwich or heat the lasagna and eat at the dining table looking out to the sea. Beautifully furnished, comfortable, spacious, water views from the front, couldn't quite hear waves but the ambience made up for that. There are balcony rooms upstairs. Ours had its own deck outside, complete with boat! The entrance is exceptional. A water feature greets you in the shape of stingrays, bubbling away. There is a mermaid peeking out from the shrubs. We were permitted parking in front of the garage. Like we lived here! Portland is 351 kms from Melbourne, along the Hamilton Highway, a journey by road of over 4 hours. Seascape was therefore a welcome and attractive end to that road trip. Recommended.

We stayed at Seascape Accommodation in November for 2 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was so clean and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a delight waking up to the panoramic views of the ocean each morning. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This beautiful accommodation rescued us from a hideous place we had booked on-line. It was a last minute call looking for a vacancy and luck was on our side. We had the downstairs apartment for our family of 4 Adults and it was just perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed, sadly for the one night only, we wanted to stay longer. Location was great to go for a walk. We stayed mid March for my husbands 60th and were travelling around Victoria. Thank you so much for the rescue, I wish I had found your beautiful home in the first place. I would certainly recommend to stay here.

Apartment 4 — Immaculate well set out. Wine glasses appropriate complete set. Everything and more that you would want in the kitchen. Décor beautiful. View from dining room and sitting room excellent. While it’s on the beach road it is not effected by noisy traffic. Proximity to attractions is good. Underfloor heating and air conditioning excellent for this area. Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms perfect for 2 couples. Water feature original and applicable to the area. Pity we’re only here for 1 night. If we come back we’ll definitely stay here but also recommend it to our friends. Bernie could not be more helpful.

The room we booked had lovely sea views and was well equipped.
We didn't like getting in and out of spa bath to have a shower and way too small for 2 people for a spa.
As people were arriving through the afternoon, the front door kept crashing, which was very loud and annoying.
It was too far from the centre of town to walk to any restaurants or get supplies.
Car parking out front a bit confusing.
Ok for the price.
