Great place and very friendly staff.

Friendly, quiet, comfortable, close to great restaurants, cafes, bars and a steampunk gin distillery. What more could you want?

Clean. Spacious. Good water pressure. Comfy bed. Quiet.

Nice quiet place to stay and very clean. At reception very polite and informative.

Friendly manager Tony welcomed us on our arrival and gave us an overview of what's on in Mildura. The rooms were very neat, clean & well appointed close to the centre of the city.

This Motor Inn is very clean, the owners are very friendly and in walking distance to the centre. Very pretty town and I would highly recommend your stay at the City Colonial Motor Inn in Mildura.

It is a very friendly place to stay and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who work there.

What a wonderful place. Nothing was too much trouble for Tony. We asked if we could have a BBQ and next minute Tony had brought down a box with everything we needed to BBQ. We asked if we could do some washing. Tony emptied the machines for us and then turned on the massive dryer so all clothes could be dried at once. Need more milk? Tony gets it straight away. Ask questions about roads and Tony looks into it for you and offers suggestions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Oh and very large rooms, at least twice the size of other hotels. Very clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this Motel.

Excellent communication from the hosts Tony & Jenny, extremely helpful as we were travelling with a car trailer and truck and needed a safe place to park it. Place was immaculate. Rooms were a good size and extremely comfortable beds! Shower was great. Good pressure and hot. Tony gave us lots of local information as to where to eat etc. Walking distance to lots of eating and drinking areas including brewery, RSL and workers club and also close to the river. Would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend to friends.

Don't be fooled by the 70's brick exterior. This hotel has amazingly modern rooms with gorgeous brand new rain shower, in-room spa, pool and our room had kettle, toaster, microwave and TV. Tony was a fabulous host and gave us the best advice where to go for dinner (The Working Mans club) and breakfast (little shipping container cafe round the corner). It was quiet and the king bed was very comfortable. Also important when travelling!

Very happy with our stay, we stayed overnight with our 9 month old while traveling to Adelaide. Very friendly and helpful, we were given information on places to eat and even given a portacot for our son at no extra charge. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

Nice clean rooms with plenty of space. Quiet location but central to everything. Good honest service. Will be back.

City Colonial has benefited from freshly painted rooms, new beds, crockery, bed linen and general spruce up around the grounds, pool, BBQ and garden areas since our last visit. Jenny and Tony were very helpful and accommodating with any requests for assistance from my cricketing colleagues, who visited Mildura recently for the Willowfest tournament. Would recommend highly to travellers for either a short or long term stay.
