We had the misfortune to eat at your hotel. We paid $55 for a discraceful meal. The lamb was tough and sinue, there were only a tiny serve of vegies the service was slow and you ran out of spoons. You should be ashamed of your hotel, food and charging that much for a terrible meal. We will be reporting your place online and to friends and family. I would like my money back please. Regards all the people who ate at your hotel.

Very dated. Breakfast was ok, so was the restaurant. The rooms definitely needs to be renovated though.

Plenty of shops nearby so it's conveniently located. Lots of parking too. The food was pretty much always been amazing. Great service as well. They give you what they promised. Nothing less than amazing.

Good venue. Good rooms attended a conference there well catered.

Good location and plenty of parking. They also have a very nice restaurant with very good food. Service is great too as they have a 24 hr reception and all of them are friendly. Would happily come back again.

Clean, neat and tidy. Great place to stay, excellent service and great food. Free canapés during happy hour is a nice touch. Everything about this hotel is top notch.

Nice warm English decor. Albeit not dated. Plenty of parking. Shops nearby. Decent food.

I have been here for a week to be close to the office for a training course. Day 1, I tried to iron my shirt and found the ironing board wasn't clean. The iron itself ruined my shirt. Some staff are friendly, but sadly there are also some less hospitable faces. The bed is comfortable yet the room itself is outdated, there is no Wi-Fi in the room unless you purchase it for an additional cost to the nearly $200 per night price tag. The cleaners don't seem to pay attention to what they throw out, I now cannot remove my contact lenses as they threw out my contacts case. Not impressed. Overall the best I can rate is 3 star. A few simple improvements could see this hotel jump to 5.

My sister's wedding reception was held here. The service was excellent and the food is superb. We all enjoyed it and it was served in a timely manner. Would happily recommend them.

We have eaten a number of times at Bruce County restaurant but never stayed at the hotel as a guest. The food was pretty much always been amazing, wonderful presentation and good service. A few nights the customer service was pretty average usually when an older guy and young staff were on. We went in about 6 times in a few months as we had to stay locally whilst works were done to our house and Keane the manager was wonderful best cocktails and service. Very different service and staff performance the nights he was on. Reasonable prices some a little bit on high side but pretty good food overall. I’d skip dessert & have a cocktAil as nothing blew my mind dessert wise am I’m a huge dessert fan!

Over priced and the slowest check in process I’ve encountered. $3.00 delivery charge for room service. Will not be going back.

I just had a refreshing night's sleep at this hotel. Clean, neat and their Queen sized bed is just so comfortable. Everything about this hotel is exceptional! What an unforgettable experience.

Great service, 24h reception. Rooms are a little tired, but clean and comfortable.

Had a PD day event, meal was fantastic lovely banquet unless you are a vegetarian in which case you got a half arsed lettuce & cucumber sandwich, really this is 2017!

Attended a seminar at the Hotel Bruce County and it was a delight! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Dinner was very tasty and served in a timely manner.

Used the Patterson Suite for a course. Nice clean room, morning tea was lovely. Friendly staff and receptionist.

The food is very delicious yummy what food they have I ordered calamari as my entree it was delicious not oily for main I ordered porthouse steak it's very good and I black forest tart and cherry sherbet for dessert is one of the best ways to wrap up a dinner. Yummy.

Beautiful dinner and drinks with Montalto wines matching wine with food. Thoroughly enjoyed my time. Service was amazing and will be going back next event.

I attended a work Christmas party at the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was superb. Everyone in our party raved about their meals. Beautifully cooked and presented. Would happily come back again.

Don't be fooled by the appearance of a motel style building. Nice food, drinks and really nice rooms. Paid internet was really bad. That was the only down side. Right next door to loads of restaurants too.

Really disappointed tonight at dinner. Came with family for sisters bday and really slow service and the meals were not the best. Been here before and really enjoyed but tonight was such a disappointment that we will not be back!

Hotel Bruce County is one of the best hotel's I have stayed in. The service is exceptional and the facilities are excellent. The very comfortable Queen sized bed gave me one of the most relaxing and refreshing night's sleep I've had in a long time. The food in the restaurant/bar is very tasty and of excellent quality. Everything about this hotel is top notch. Highly recommended.
