We stayed in the back apartment, it was clean, spacious and the staff are friendly. Just one criticism, in the winter it gets very cold in there, we only had one blanket, please make sure there extra blankets. Thanks.

Restaurants and markets are close by so it's really convenient. Rooms may need a little updating. Cheap. Should be okay for short stays.

For the price its a good place. Can be a little noisey in the mornings as its situated next to a main rd. Staff are friendly and helpful and its pretty clean and updated.

Would not recommend this place. I’m not sure who taught the cleaner how to clean but whoever it was did a terrible job, didn’t vacuum, clean the bathroom or change our towels, they just made 1 bed and emptied the bin (between 2 rooms). The laundry service is also a sham, the washing machine doesn’t spin properly so you have to pay them more for the dryer, the dryer has no front glass piece to the door so the heat doesn’t stay in the dryer making you again spend more money trying to dry your clothes, when I tried to tell the reception guy he tried to say that that is how dryers work and it usually takes over 90mins to dry clothes, I went down to the coin laundromat just down the road and my clothes dried in their dryers within 20mins for $3, the laundry room also needs a good clean because there is a thick layer of dust/dirt/ lint all around the machines.

Staff very friendly. A bit concerned whether rooms getting cleaned properly. Cleaners use shopping trolleys to stock the clean towels and another trolley for cleaning products. Health and safety issue I would think. Rooms old need updatting. Was a good price so get what you pay for I guess. Close to shops, pub. Free 24 hour movie channel false advertising, no movie channels. Cheap but average.

These people are rip off merchants, thevrooms are poor for the price, staff are arrogant, rooms arent clean, I booked for three days, had to leave after one day, there choice not mine, wouldn't refund me my cash money I gave them they gave me ten mins to lrave… wouldn't recommend this place to anyone…

You get what you pay for. Room wasn't 100% clean but bearable. Location is great. Nice n close to home. We got upgraded from a 3 star room to a 4 star so cannot comment on them. Service was very good. That was the highlight of the stay.

Nice place for staying after going to the 28+ party in village green. Cheap price for reasonable standard accommodation.

Don't expect the rooms to look anything like the online photos and the 24hr movie channel is 'whatever is being shown on digital tv'. Huge disappointment for $300 a night.

Clean and close to shops staff were nice would stay again.

Over priced basic room with rubbish left over from weeks or months of previous guests. All their empty milk packets, used tea bags etc in a pile at eye height above the kitchenette cupboard. I told cleaner when we arrived, nothing was done, and also upon checkout but they couldnt do anything about it. Went for breakfast after leaving and interrupted multiple times by reception saying we hadnt handed the key in and we would be charged. The staff member was very hard to deal with on phone, so had to drive back and explain again. After waiting in office, explaining for a fifth time the key was handed to her, she checked drawer and found the missing key. Incompetent. Wasted an hour. Wouldnt even offer discount on our room. Pathetic.

Dirty hotel, amateur management, I checked in a few months ago, again to Australia on business trip really want to warn residents not to be greedy! I do not spend money to buy a disease back, nor is it with dripping air-conditioning, leaky toilet, and the same district Ibis Hotel or Vivory International Hotel, the difference is more than 10 yuan, it is the price! Warning！ Warning！
Warning! This is a filthy, unprofessional hotel. The linen was ' t-enough with sperm smell on it! God damn know who is in this before, or they just to change it? It is a absolutely NO to I friends and my coworkers.

What a dump. Cob webs greated us at the door. Wasn't any better inside. Odd bedside tables. Lacking towels. Well overdue for alot of maintance. Healthy weeds (6 foot tall) Uncomfortable bedding. Self contained unit with no washing machine. I could go on.

Need to review the room number directions outside, but regarding my queen room, as it was a coolish evening, I decided to use the electric blanket, that didnt work, increasing the set temp on the heater didnt work, also no heater in the bathroom, the smoke detector alarm was directly above the water jug heater&toaster so that was activated, and then no pen available to write a comment on their feedback form until I requested one at the reception next morning, apart from that all was fine.

This place is clean and cheap. I stayed here for 9 nights in April 2016. The cleaners do an excellent job. At some stage in the past someone spent energy decorating this place with themed rooms, and from the outside it looks somewhat picturesque with its red brick and white painted columns, doors and sash windows. However, since then it's gone downhill — look a bit closer and you'll see blistered paint, extremely poor repairs, and other signs of downgrading like empty cutlery/crockery drawers in the "kitchenette". One of the guys on the front desk obviously has no interest whatsoever in his job — very curt replies to my questions, and one night I met a middle-aged couple standing outside who asked me plaintively "how can we get into our room? We just want to get into our room" — he had just left them standing there for some reason. The noise from the nearby large roads might annoy some guests. But, if you just want somewhere clean and cheap, I can recommend this place.

Great stuff, rooms have everything you need. Feel excited to got a free upgrade to a so called themed room which loves the atmosphere with Paris by night. Price was reasonable compared with others in Glen Waverley.

A decent place to stay. I have to say I have been going on work in Glen Waverley for a long time. This is a special finding of mine as it is cheap however antique hotel. Each room is themed that I happened to stay in "Pairs by night room" which leave me a very good sleep in the night. The location is perfect, there are many good restaurant in walking distance and the freeway is just around corner. The service is perfect, room is clean and tidy, price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

As a student from France, I have been extremely well received. Everybody is so nice here. This little motel is nearly like a family stay. Thanks for making me feel so welcome!

Really good! Service at reception is sweet, I mean really nice. The rooms have everything required and are clean. Next door the Village Green Hotel provides the most ample dinner and lunch buffets at an affordable price. So everything we needed was there.

Booking confirmed online one room 2pm check in and two breakfasts. On arrival at 2.15pm I was told that my room was not cleaned yet could I wait, after explaining I have a wedding to get ready for was given a key for another room, which I went to and unlocked only to find the chain on the door because it was already booked to someone else. After going back to reception, was given yet another room that was still being cleaned and had to wait half an hour for. After all that had to re book breakfast, because the reception staff had no idea what they were doing. Breakfast was terrible dining room felt like you were sitting in someones living room. The whole place was run down and old. I would not recommend this place and it does not deserve a star rating.

Apartment not as advertised, in poor repair, promised discount not paid. Rude staff. Avoid this business.

We have been travelling Victoria a lot from here. Great Place, very reasonable value! Nice homely (traditional type) feeling. This place is good to do things from (close to City but also to Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Dandenongs, Shopping, etc. ). We enjoyed the very large Evening Buffet. Perfect is also the large carpark to have the van in front of the room.

I stayed as a guest from Italy on business in Melbourne and really enjoyed the hospitality and the personal service. Great Location! The rooms (I stayed in a Standard room) were relatively large and very comfortable. For the price: Excellent.
