Apartment is nice but fell short of expectations. Air con (heating) doesn't work, TV has poor reception quality, sauna/steam room was out of order. Could be a lot better.
I don't like leaving anything but 5 star reviews but in this case I think it's warranted. I've stayed in a lot of motels/hotels and although there is often some general wear and tear — carpets may have the odd stain, may need a new coat of paint, older furniture and appliances in some cases — it's all apart of it. You can't replace this stuff every year. One thing I expect to be in 100% condition though is the cutlery — plates, bowls, glasses and so on. I didn't just pull one dirty glass out of the cupboard, several were dirty. I didn't just pull 1 dirty spoon out of the drawer — I pulled out several. I'm not talking about a fingerprint either — there was literally some kind of food on the cutlery and I have no idea what was in the glasses. I ended up having to wash them all before using them. This kind of thing is unacceptable because quite simply, it's so easily avoidable. Had it not been for this, it would be 5 stars because everything else was actually really good. The apartment was actually much better then expected from the photos and free parking was also a bonus.
