I've stayed here a few times while visiting my kids… The rooms are nice enough and the receptionists are lovely. Parking is a bit difficult… you have to reverse back onto a very busy road and navigate your way back to a garage entrance — Perhaps it would be easier if they recommended you park on the street adjacent to the building before checking in. overall this place is pretty pleasant to stay at, however free Wi-Fi would be nice.

Stay in a serviced apartment for a month and couldn't fault it, the location is great and the staff are extramly helpful and kind. Parking, foxtel, 15 minutes walk from glen waverley Station and endless restaurant options.

I've stayed here a few times while visiting my kids… The rooms are nice enough and the receptionists are lovely, most of the cleaning staff are nice, however there is one horrible cleaner (short red hair) that relentlessly berated a fellow cleaner in front of me and made me feel very awkward/sorry for the poor girl who didnt speak english well enough to defend herself. My biggest gripe is with the Holden Commadore that has been parked in the disabled parking spot every time I've visited for the last year with a "temporary disabled" pass. — My daughter is limited to a wheelchair and it is very difficult for her to visit me here. I question the legitimacy of this disabled pass, as temporary passes don't typically last 1yr+ — Either way, they should definitely provide more disabled parking.

Wow is all we can say. Not only did they upgrade the family they went over and beyond helping my husband and children with accommodation at short notice whilst I was in hospital. The 3 apartment was room roomy. Beds comfortable. Would defiantly book again when next in Melbourne. It’s worth driving 15 minutes out of the city for the space and ease for the family. Thanks Quest Waverley.

Super friendly staff, super clean, rooms are large and comfortable great place to stay.

Fine but if you want facilities like a pool then not the place but it does have a gym and a barbeque pit still has o. K apartments.

One of the tiniest rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Everything was ok. Great service, good amenities. Very clean and modern. My stay has been fantastic. It felt like home away from home. Highly recommended for business travellers.

I love this kind of place. Very private and look like I stay home, Also, very close to city walk where a lot of restaurant bar for you to seat & drink& relax from work. No worry about drink and drive.

Great big apartment week furnished. Superb for family. Provide takeaways menu that can be charged to the room.

I will not stay and I'm warning others no to stay, This hotel takes commission from, Limoway (Colin owner of business told me) I organised the stay with hotel, they given me limoway colin told me he has pay commission under the table to hotel which is not right, Bad Service to start,

Very clean, modern, decent Wi-Fi (for a hotel/apartment), and friendly service at the reception. Check-in and out were a breeze and we had a very comfortable two night stay. Plenty of coffee/tea supplies and facilities for cooking and washing within each apartment. Did not have the opportunity to use any of their other facilities outside the room due to my own schedule — if they were like anything inside the rooms, I'm sure they would have been at a good standard. Overall great experience!

Nice rooms good service uncomfortable bed though. A little further than the other hotels from shops/food but walkable.

Booked couple of rooms of Quest Glen Waverley this year for interstate staff and customer. The rooms is good and customer service is excellent.

Nice stay and close to office works and The Glen. I stayed here for around 3 weeks and wasn't so bad. Nice receptionists whilst leaving for city when going overseas! Great work Quest!

The Quest at Glen Waverley is an excellent place to stay, walking distance to shopping centres, no problems with parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful with upgrades. Hubby and I both say is the BEST Quest.

A big, big thank you to Michelle Stein for taking care of my parcel! We stayed at Quest Glen Waverley in February. During this time I ordered something from Asos which I had delivered there. In the meantime we are now back at home in Darwin and I ordered something again but it ended up at Quest Glen Waverley. When I realised this I phoned Michelle who saw to it that my parcel gets send to me via post! She even provided me with the tracking number as soon as it was sent! Excellent service! And we loved staying there as well!

Well maintained. Helpful staff. Useful range of gym equipment. Secure underground parking.

Very nice ace, I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment, but they charge for Wi-Fi, and even bottled water next to the beds has a huge price tag slapped to it. Shower was average size, Bed was very comfy, had different types of pillow in the cupboard so I was able to find the perfect one.

There are not enough stars as I think it should be given 10 stars. Great place, great location, great staff and great facilities meaning it had everything one needs, ie parking, gym, Wi-Fi and laundry. Well done.

We stayed here for 4 weeks while looking for a permanent place in Melbourne. I have nothing but good things to say! The room was huge and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here for around 6 months in multiple trips. I can term it as it was my Australian Address. Good: Easily accessible by public transport. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Daily cleaning. Facilities in room are good (including kitchen) Seven eleven is located nearby and the Glen mall (which also has supermarkets) is just around 1 KM. Some good places to eat are also around 1 KM. Staff is supportive and accomodating. Cons: Didn't really find anything significant but gym can be improved.

The receptionist was rude and so were the guest staying there. The worst thing is, is that we had police knocking on our door because apparently we started a fire that wasn't even our fault. And there was proof. The first room I asked for was a studio and then I upgraded too a one bedroom apartment which looked nothing like the room I wanted. Complete and utter Lies. And thence waiting 10 Days for a bond. That's ridiculous, I've stayed at a lot of hotels / apartments and they give it too you straight away when you have checked out. First and Last Time. I don't recommend it too anyone really.

Last minute choice to stay here instead of another quest and I cant wait to return, much more room than some of the others and by far the cleanest I have ever experienced. I opted for the 2 bedroom even though I didnt need it as it did offer more space, hardest part was having to leave.
