I am very impressed by the clean well maintained state of the cabins and showrooms.

Amazing place to stay kids will have a ball.

For a big 4 caravan park I was dissapointed. The service is great but the park itself was a let down compared to all the other big 4 caravan parks that we have stayed at. The play ground isnt much for kids if they were there to play. The games room wasnt really functional. Table tennis table near the t. V/couch. There wasnt really that much to see or do at the caravan park. so I am giving a 3 out of 5 stars based on the customer service I was provided but the park was a let down.

Great resting stop despite being in the middle of the busy eastern suburbs this Big 4 has a relaxing feel, nice and bushy with green paddocks out back, clean amenities, and friendly staff that go out of their way to assist — Repeat customer :) internet speed is a bit ordinary but a nice surprise in that its still offered free of charge.

If you park away from the reception, then no Wi-Fi for you ;-; but the toilets and showers were amazing.

Been here a few times now and always a good stay. Clean and modern amenities. Friedly staff.

DISGRACE TO BIG4 Worst big 4 caravan park I’ve been to… for camper trailers. Nothing for kids at all, very small camper kitchen even if u can call it that. Expensive for powered site. Terrible service. We stayed here for 3 days as there was no other caravan parks and the powered site was the worst for camper trailers as there is concrete slabs everywhere and no space for tent pegs. We had no notice what so ever that we had to leave today and we said that we can’t until our dad comes home in the afternoon then they said well u will have to pay for another night when we aren’t even going to be here.

Sites too small. Too close to our camping neighbours. Will not return. Too bad as Big4 Barossa is fantastic.

Good location for catch Spirit of Tasmania. Good clean amenities.

Loved the room brand new. How ever the owner was quite rude and extremely rude to our friends when they showed up they had booked them in the wrong month but decided to blame my friends.! Then only due to cancellation they where able to stay. Their daughter was lovely very good customer service just a shame the owner wasn't the same don't know if we will go back : (

Beautiful cabins and great place to stay. Very impressed with the grounds and how well it is maintained.

We are caravaners, and have been coming here to the Dandenong Big 4, for 2/3 month at a time for the last 7 years. If you want a great place to stay, this is it… fantastic helpful staff, spotless amenities, bus at door takes you to train stations, and major shopping centres, or a short drive to the beautiful beaches, or up to the Dandenong Ranges… almost next door, the Egg Farm where you can buy fresh eggs, chicken, or just have a coffee and something to eat… highly recommended…
