Spend time at Quest every time my husband in Epworth Eastern Hospital & find it to be convenient, staff very friendly and helpful, suites clean contain all you need. Highly recommendations.

Brilliant place too stay. Good location just outside the city butt there are buses and skytraom to get you in and out. The staff area very friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar had a variety of food to choose from. You have a swimming pool and a small gym area. The rooms have recently been renovated.

I was put in this hotel for 5 weeks to escape DV with my children.
They have taken money out of my account without my permission to pay for a wall repair that was damaged when I got into the room.
They have claimed there were stains on the carpet that they needed to get a cleaner out for 2 days after I'd had to change rooms so another person could stay in the room I was in (there were NO stains when I changed rooms) also they have claimed they needed to get cleaners out for stains in the room I moved too (there weren't when I left).
DO NOT give these people your card details because they will rob you blind!

As you would expect from the Quest range. Clean, spacious, convenient and helpful staff. Onsite parking was ideal, checkin/checkout was quick and the room was more than ample with room to relax, sleep and unwind.

The staff at the Mont Albert were really lovely and friendly and very helpful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was lovely and clean and quite spacious for our family. There was plenty of parking which was extremely helpful with 2 small children. Great location with trams at your door, or a 3 minute walk to the Mont Albert train station, providing easy access to the city. The apartments are not far from the Doncaster Shopping centre or box hill shops which is quite handy. Would definately stay there again.

We recently stayed at the Quest Mont Albert for a work conference. With such a large team to accommodate and the conference facilities, we could not fault Quest Mont Albert at all. They were absolutely perfect and key to such a successful conference for our educators. Alex and Leo and the whole team are amazing and able to do anything and everything that we needed easily. We use the Quest Mont Albert regularaly for training workshops, and that’s unlikely to ever change. Thanks guys, you were and are amazing!

What a great place to stay! Clean, ample space and good amenities. Housekeeping have been wonderful, I'm so grateful for their efforts! I left some dishes in the sink and came back from my training to find the dishwasher on and the room spotless! All staff have been lovely and I most definitely intend to return. Many thanks.

My favourite motel /apartment to stay at when in Melbourne for work. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Excellent amenities, tram out the front. Can't ask for more than that, well actually, Parking is fantastic too.

Late arrival check in, received a hand written letter welcoming me from the hotel manager. Clean rooms, fresh design, friendly receptionist. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a nice serviced apartment Complex in a pretty convenient location if not maybe a little dated but certainly comfortable enough.

Clean, good amenities. The accessible room had a wheel in shower and plenty of room.

Nice apartments in handy, leafy location. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms and a large balcony. There were lots of good eateries near by and public transport is right on the door step. Only issue was a noise from the road — the street facing windows could do with double glazing.

I would like to commend the staff as listed : Chris, Leo, Natasha, Alex and Samsuk for their care and concern during my neighbour's stay following a housefire at her residence. In the month that she was accommodated great understanding and compassion was extended to her throughout her difficulties. I, along with my neighbour greatly appreciate the kindness and support she received.

Quest hotel is not only a hotel but a home away from home. The room has own cookeries and of course, It is very quiet. The staffs are very helpful and I rate the Quest Mont Albert Hotel 5 stars.

We have stayed here only for a short time but everyone is very helpful and nothing seems to be any trouble. Most certainly will recommend to others.

Apartment was clean and workable, staff were friendly and quick. Was close to the location that I had to attend for work. Had no complaints whatsoever.

Nice place and conveniently located just a few tram stops away from Boxhill.

The place is clean and well maintain. Staff was very helpful. We have some issue with the bedroom and they swapped the room for us without question. You have to pay for parking separately, but there are plenty of street parking around the area.

Staff wasn't very nice, the rooms were often not cleaned by cleaners and the electricity cut out every 2 hours for 10 minutes.

Nice clean single or two bedroom apartments. Option to split a double into 2 singles which is great for those with kids. Fully furnished. Couldn't ask for more.

Currently staying 1 night at this hotel with my son. Reception welcome very poor, underground parking messy with furniture taking many parks. Elevator VERY slow, Get to the Room issued (ground level with early booking) Door card given will NOT open door, so I leave bags unsecured at door to go back to unpleasant reception for her to fix. DID apologise though. Card still took a few attemps but did open door this time. Room appears nice and clean however being on the bottom floor I instantly noticed how every balcony above overlooks mine. Very cold with thin bedding and NO extra blanket and Office Closed. Sticky stuff all over kitchen bench. 000zero star. NOT recommended.

Fabulous place to stay. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh. Excellent value. Thoroughly recommend. Close to tram and shopping centre. Tram (109) goes all the way through the city and to Station Pier on the Bay.

The customer service need to be improved. Front Desk need to smile and be willing to help guest. The coffee and detergent are not re-filled, need to request from front desk every time. The air cond heater is not fixed during the 3 weeks stay, the portable heaters are not sufficient to heat the room and one of the portable heater is making squeeking sound which make you difficult to sleep.
