Quest Bendigo Central

Apartment was clean & location close to main centre of Bendigo which made access to restaurants an easy walk. This was required as no breakfast was served by the site.
Car Parking on-site was handy. Good Wifi.
Noise carried very easily between rooms but luckily most people were quiet after 10pm.

Comfortable rooms, well appointment and spotlessly clean. Good location; 15 minute walk to the CBD.
Agree with other comments regarding parking. It is limited and the spots are 'economical' with the space.

We had previously stayed at Quest Bendigo Central in May 2022.  At that time we thought the apartment wasn't as clean as it could have been, and it was showing it age with ageing furnishings, mattresses and carpet, ect.  At that time were told that the facility would be refurbished soon to update it.  With our recent stay of 3 night in late October 2025 it seems that the facility is still waiting for it to happen.
On entering the 2 bedroom apartment there were old tree leaves on the carpet, and they stayed for the duration of our stay.  We had asked for the rooms to each have king bed configuration — one room was not with singles in place,  the single mattresses were very soft, lumpy and appeared to need replacement.  One wasn't fitted with a protector or topper.  We asked for a topper to be put on but housekeeping failed to do so.  In the end a reception staff member fitted it as the housekeeping staff had gone home — she was apologetic and as helpful has she could be.
The bedside tables have a full cross-cut angled groove as handles — they were filled with dust and obviously hadn't been cleaned in ages.
The stacked front loading washer & dryer in the main bathroom, were showing their age but worked well.  However, the detergent packets were placed on top of the unit, when getting at them your hands get covered in dust bunnies.  Seriously the top of the unit would only need to occasional vacuum or dusting to keep it clean.

Travelled to Bendigo for a work trip and stayed the night prior and was relatively happy with the stay. Check in & out was a quick process with super friendly staff who explained everything perfectly. The room itself was the standard accommodation needs with standard kitchenette and decent bathroom. Only significant down point which prevented 5 stars was on the window viewing outside, was a large bird poo which was not pleasant to look out on.

We enjoyed our stay at Quest Bendigo Central. Easy walk to everything we were hoping to see and do. Perhaps a couple of sunlounges might be good to sit by the pool. Very quiet location.

As we spent our days out at the various local birding spots, the Quest was a very comfortable base. We weren't looking to eat out, so we cooked in the well appointed kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and our stay was made effortless by friendly, helpful statt. We'll be back.

No Lift access to upper floors, so lugging that suitcase up the stairs.
Parking available but very tight.
Rooms ok, but could be renovated.

Well appointed rooms, good location. Big city prices, a bit on the expensive side. The second bathroom was difficult to use, the basin protruded into the space needed to stand in when opening the door, and it was difficult to manoeuvre past the basin to get to the toilet.

The space was sensational. We travelled with our Mum so the two bedrooms with two. Bathrooms were essential. The space had everything we needed. It wasn’t near the centre of the city, however it was an easy drive and probably a 25 minute walk. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove — could cast to TV. Everything is here. Staff member is wonderful. Need a rubber mat in the shower/bath.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. The bed was large and comfy, the shower strong and hot, but got water all over the bathroom floor, soaking the bath mat and making the floor very slippery. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly either because of the water damage.
The undercover carpark was extremely cramped, even people with a small hatch back had to take several goes to get in, our car is a large ute over 5m long, so took forever to get in.
As the motel is 20 mins walk from all the good restaurants, and it was freezing, we left our car where it was & grabbed a taxi. On a Friday and Saturday night you'll likely lose your carpark if you go out too!
The motel reception was very friendly and helpful.

Spent 3 nights at Quest Central, Bendigo. As the names states — it was very central enabling us to walk pretty well wherever we wanted to go. Plenty of cafes, restaurants etc very close by and all very good.
Thoroughly enjoyed walking around Bendigo, as it has been quite a few years since the last visit. The Quest was extremely good, providing everything we required.

Would have been a comfortable stay were it not for the noise from the adjoining room. Neighbours were not being noisy, but a wall mounted TV and thin doorway/poor sound insulation meant I could hear their conversations and what they were watching on TV.

Overall was good, all facility worked reasonably, minor stuff like air-conditioner played up sometimes I had to press three times to get it working but that’s nothing. The key door, key sometimes reset had to go to the office to make it work again. One side of bed slumped down a bit was a bit hard to sleep, I think overused spring mattress lol But otherwise no complaints. It was very nice and clean Place to stay. Would stay again.

At the quieter end of town but actually within easy walking distance of the CBD. A busy, well-managed pub within 150 meters for a very good pub meal. Accessible Room was very visitor friendly. Room facilities…towels, bathroom supplies, tea and coffee, kitchen equipment…of excellent standard. Happily recommend to any traveller.

Overall we were satisfied with the room. Parking was close to our room, reception staff were friendly and efficient. Location is great, just a short walk into the centre of town. Our studio room was clean and well appointed, really liked the kitchenette facilities like the cook-top, fridge and microwave oven. The beds could be improved with electric blankets, and being on the ground floor our view outside was partially obstructed by the rainwater storage tanks right outside the window.

Quest lived up well to its 4 star rating. The staff at reception were very friendly and attentive, the location was near the Talking Tram Tour and nicely at the top of the city and the room was extremely serviceable.
There were safes, irons, extra blankets, takeaway lists with scan codes, kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, a tv, balcony… plenty! Even a washer and dryer within the apartment!
The quality of most things and age of it was a bit old, but it was really only the soft bendy plastic toilet seat that was irritating. The pool also looked a bit scary in the rainy weather.
There were carparks under shelter and it’s a place we’d be pleased to stay at again!

My stay at Quest Bendigo Central was absolutely spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and modern feel of the accommodation.
What truly set this experience apart, however, was the warm welcome and exceptional service I received from one of their outstanding team members, Harshil. From check-in to check-out, Harshil went above and beyond to make sure I felt right at home. Moving to a new town can be daunting, but his kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference. His hospitality transformed a great stay into an unforgettable one.
