Great pods when travelling with your fur baby, very neat and clean.

What a great park! We stayed here for a night a family of 6. The facility is fantastic such a great place for kids all ages! Cabin was spotless too. The play centre was a huge hit! Definitely coming back here.

Aircon barely worked, very hot cabin. I think they need bigger split system to cope. pool is disgusting, so much chlorine! freezer did not work and so many flies and ants. glad to be out of there!

Absolutely horrible, no power or gas for most our stay also can’t get management to even call back, our daughter even super rugged up was freezing all night on our stay Friday unable to boil kettles for bottles having to use spring water, no shower or bath to even warm up in the morning. Had to get our friends to come collect our frozens and some fridge food as it was melting. No chargers for our big day at Heathcote! Just all in all was a major disappointment for our first family stay! We will defiantly try big 4 again just not BIG 4 parklane Bendigo. I wouldn’t be so upset if any of the staff had any care factor or could even call us back! For $269 for the night plus $25 for porta cot that was in disgusting condition, we should be getting some sort of refund or care. Also was told Saturday that management would be in contact still nothing a couple days later even calling them twice since. Very poor quality in management. We would have loved to come back but you guys made us feel like check out we got other to be in at 2pm and that’s about it. I think management or message relay needs major adjustment. Oh and when I told front desk there was no water all I got back was it should work it’s ran off gas, yeah cool but needs an electric enite to actually get hot water. Couldn’t even boil a kettle to make a bath for both the kids to warm in the morning! Not to mention I got no sleep due to stressing about our 8month old daughter freezing trying to keep her temp up!

Great place for kids play centre is amazing.

Unhelpful staff, the roads in the park where like a racetrack, including staff in the golf buggies.

I stay here every week for work and can’t recommend the place enough! Lovely helpful staff, beautiful cabins, well equipped park that is my home away from home.

Friendly & helpful staff. Cant believe how clean the cabin is. It’s the first time I haven’t gotten out my wipes to clean everything. If I came to Bendigo again this is the only place I would stay. 10/10 Great going guys.

Great place, plenty to do for the kids which results in not much down time for the adults.

Absolutely loved it. We got a budget cabin which really wasn't budget all. The bed was so comfortable and the staff lovely. It was a warm day and when we opened the door inside was nice and cool as the staff had the aircon going for when we arrived. Highly recommend.

Only here for a couple of nights, but it’s nice. The kids enjoy the playground and indoor play centre, there is plenty of room and the staff are nice and helpful. We will definitely return.

Very well maintained and friendly holiday park and spotless well equipped dog friendly cabin. Heater had been switched on so cabin very warm when we arrived, complimentary water and chocolates in the fridge and bed very comfortable with lovely linen and electric blanket. Was great to be able to take our dog on holiday with us and definitely will return.

So good that we can bring the dog! cabins are great, nice and clean. Heater was on when we arrived which was most appreciated. The playland was shut so they let the kids have the pedal carts for free which was really nice of them. Loving our stay, we are already planning our next trip!

Great park, playground for the kids there and pet friendly.

We spent 3 days here this past weekend and really enjoyed it. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed. The ladies toilets and showers were immaculate and nice and hot. There were lots of facilities for children. We will definitely come back next year.

It has potential to be a good park but pool was very dirty needs update and maintenance was very poor on powered sites. Not much grass and sticks from trees everywhere.

It's amazing, fun, can be a kid even as an adult, had a blast. Thanks for a great time. Definitely recommend u guys.

We stayed in a great 3 bedroom cabin, park has onsite play centre which was brilliant for the kids, basketball ring, pedal karts (cost) small pool and spa and holiday program. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

Great place for kids to play safety. Cabin is clean, fresh and well equipped.

I would never recommend this place to anyone! Jake the manager was a joke! Horrible attitude! We will definitely never return.

My daughter had her birthday party in the new jungle room. It was amazing and highly reccommend. Parks provided some chips and lollies. It was clean. Friendly and truly amazing staff. It was a birthday party to remember. Everybody had a great time.

An overnight stay in July. Very unimpressed with the noisy people staying in one of the cabins. The 10pm quiet time was definatly not observed. The owner of the very noisy muscle hot rod car which hooned up and down the road outside the park was ridiculous. They were staying on the site and was not spoken to by the site management. If this is how the ineffective management behave then we will not be returning. The park itself would be good for parents and children with lots of children's activities. Lovely walks close by.

We stayed here over night. We have a roof top tent and needed a non powered site. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a children's park with an inflatable trampoline, under cover cooking area with plenty of seating, large toilet area which was spotless and it's pet friendly. I have deducted one star because of road noise and also the noise of aeroplanes flying overhead. If you were further back from the highway, this might not be an issue, but we were within about 300m of the highway and the truck noise was very loud. There must be a nearby aiport too as we had 4 planes fly over in a space of about 2 hours. Overall a very good experience. The staff try to make sure that you feel welcome.

Great place to stay. We only were in Bendigo one night but would definitely stay here again. But I would also ask for another heater it was very cold. Great activities for young children.

The caravan park/motel was a great place for kids and conveniently near Bendigo airport. There are many colourful cabins including a master bedroom, a smaller room with bunk beds, bathroom, toilet, dining room, kitchenette, living room and two tvs. Outside, there is a massive trampoline that Kids can play on an also a big play centre for all ages. You can also hire some go karts and ride around the park. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible inside rooms, and only works in the play centre and reception.

Services are good, staff are friendly. Heaps of cabins and good places for kids to play, definitely worth going.

Have only been for partys but was great! Well priced party venue. Great for the kids. Can take your own party food which is a plus.

Have stayed here a couple of times while working in the area. Cabins are always clean on arrival, staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet location but close to all shops ect.

This is more a holiday park with cabins then a caravan park, but it is the most colourful Holiday Park I've ever seen all the cabins are very bright and cheerful colour the ensuite sites are very basic but the ensuite themselves are very clean the shower pressure is good and you got heaps of room to park, and it's only about 6 km into the heart of Bendigo. For some reason and the park is only 6 km from town you're only working off about 1 or 2 bars for internet reception. It's a Big 4 caravan park well managed well maintained and very friendly staff and you are only 6 km from Bendigo.

Great for the kids. Location only 10 mins in to town. Room well setup with all amenities and utensils.

Spent two nights in a 3 room cabin. Reception staff where friendly. Park presentation was excellent. The cabin itself was clean and well stocked. Lots of things for the kids to do in the park. Location is a bit out of the city itself so anything you want to do in town means driving if that's an issue. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Great facilities and well run. Would definitely recommend for kids parties. Limited parking.

Second time was even better than the first. The rooms are clean, friendly staff and grounds well maintained. Will be back next year.

Great friendly welcoming staff, grounds need some more TLC (very dry no grass just rocky gravel on ensuite powered sites. Park needs more grass and shade for camping/powered sites. Not much protection from the heat. Excellent facilities for children with shaded playground & jumping castle. Toddler pool and swimming pool was clean and excellent too!

Nice Park lovely staff. Nice place to set up camper although next to main highway. Pool is tiny. Childs playground massive.

We picked to go here as a family holiday with kids under 12 and for that purpose it was perfect. Is a well run and clean park, great features for kids with the activity areas located centrally to most cabins and sites. The park management are friendly and have a healthy dose of common sense. Will be back for sure.

Cleanest park we have stay in spent 6 days with 8 kids, the staff work hard everyday to keep up with so many visitors, staff where amazing with the kids and very helpful, big high five to the pool cleaners not sure how u manage to keep up to so many people in and out all day, we will be back!

We spent our first Christmas away from home in a family cabin, excellent condition, spacious and had everything we needed. The kids loved the play areas and so did we being able to be comfortable and relax watching them. The staff were terrific, very helpful, welcoming and approachable making our stay a 10/10 definitely recommend a stay for anyone.

We stayed in a cabin; new, clean and comfortable. The facilities are awesome. The indoor playground is probably the best we've been to, the pool area good sized for kids of all ages and partially shaded; the jumping pillow (also shaded) is a bit steeper than others we've used but our daughter still spent hours on it. We didn't use anything else, so can't comment on the BBQs and laundry facilities. All up, very family orientated like all BIG4 and most importantly, our daughter had a ball!

Great location the cabins are very well maintained staff are great an obliging, highly recommend for anyone thinking about stopping there.

The park facilities were second to none! The children were throughly entertained with so many activities to choose from. The only thing that let our 4 day stay down was the cabin. We paid a healthy rate for the time we were there and I don't feel that was reflected by things such as the amount of days were not factored into the amount of clean towels supplied, tea/coffee/milk or even extra blankets supplied for the colder nights! Unfortunately the cabin was extremely run down and needed a lot of repairs — main factor was the swimming pool we were presented in the lounge room when we had a shower from a plumbing issue?! … Once a bit of maintenance has been attended to I'll look forward to returning.

We stayed for 3 days and they couldn't have been more amazing. We had 3 exhausted little kids thanks to the spectacular play centre. Now they all want to have birthdays here. We will definitely be back. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were accomodating and extremely helpful. I highly recommend to anyone. See you again soon.

After a big day on the road shooting What’s Up Downunder; Tania, Macca and the crew look forward to pulling into a Caravan Park. Like you, they notice the little things that make it easy when you pull up in your caravan.
Clear signage and room to pull in off a busy highway is the first battle. This BIG 4 made that easy. First impressions are a very clean park plus lots of colour. Once we checked in and were directed to our sites that had a beautiful lush grass even after a long dry summer. The park and the sites had plenty of room to manoeuvre a large caravan.
Clean facilities with a huge Camp Kitchen, Swimming Pool plus heaps of activities for kids from pedal carts, playground and a jumping pillow everybody has something to do. Plus an indoor play centre. We are looking forward to using the Camp Kitchen for a big BBQ Dinner for all the crew. Hope Macca has some secret recipes to feed us.
Sites range from powered sites to ensuite sites plus a range of cabins including pet friendly cabins.

We stayed for 2 nights and are already planning a return visit. There was soooo much to do for the whole family. You could spend a week here and not even leave the park. Our personal favourites were the jumping pillow, pedal go-karts and the indoor playground. I loved that the indoor playground was adult friendly too, so we could climb up with our toddler without any issue. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was comfortable and well maintained. Also found the staff to be very approachable and friendly.

A nice and enjoyable caravan park for families of all ages.

Nice park, with great children's play centre which is free of you stay. Best play centre I've seen in a while. The bathrooms were OK. Shame roads are dirt as there is no where to ride kids bikes. We had some noisy dogs when we stayed but the park owners did their best. A good park.

We stayed in a family cabin for two nights and the children didn't want to leave. Nice and roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Great spot for families. Loved the indoor playground.

Nice park. Spa not working but it was still like sitting in a top tub. Not far from Melbourne and close to main town.

Great family accommodation. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary but were turned away from a local B&B because we have a 21 month old toddler, but in the end we were so glad we decided on this place instead. During our stay it was 45C heat and yet were very comfortable our air conditioned unit and also enjoyed the pool in the evening. This place has a great indoor play area for children and lots of fun things to do. The people that run the place are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend Bendigo Park Lane Holiday Park. My husband, 2yr old and 5yr old and myself stayed 5 nights and were not short of activities to keep us all occupied. Accommodation was spacious, very clean and had supplied all that is required to make staying a breeze. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Correspondence from time we booked was efficient and prompt. The play centre is like nothing I've seen before and the kids (big and small) were blown away with it (entry unlimited and inclusive in booking). We had a lot of fun on the jumping pillow (inclusive in booking) and go carts (small fee required). Although we didn't use the pool or spa (due to cool weather) they too looked inviting. A movie night was organised for children every night and games room was also on offer. Only short drive to Bendigo town centre made all the town had to offer also accessible. Holiday Park staff were very helpful booking activities in Bendigo (gold mine tour, discovery science centre, tram rides and providing local tour maps) at the park.
