Staff absolutely amazing. So welcoming, polite and helpful. Absolutely beautiful cabins that offer everything you need and then some. Outside the cabin is just as beautiful!
Check in and check out made so easy. I was blessed with a massage chair and spa bath in my cabin. After a long day on my feet, it was a god sent.

Deb was very friendly and efficient. We thought enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the foreseeable future.

What a beautiful place to spend a weekend and hopefully next time a week. Super cosy and spacious cottages, serene views over the balcony and onto the Avoca river with the golf course as its backdrop, you couldn't ask for a better view to sit and relax as the sun goes down by the toasty camp fire. Fantastic bbq facilities with such friendly host's in Deb & Pete. Thank you for having the 5 of us for the weekend and for the genuine country hospitality.

In a back street off the main road so very quiet. Only 5 cottages which are set in a semi-circle but are somehow very private. Lawns outside and a deck with tables and chairs and a barbecue. There is also a floodlight so one can sit out there at night. It is next door to the bowls/golf club and has a view over the beautiful 18-hole golf course which is immaculately kept. There is a bridge over the creek below so we walked the golf course each day.
The cabin was sweet. Lounge/dining/kitchen and separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the spa bath. BONUS massage chair. Very relaxing.
There is NOTHING the owners haven't thought of. Their compendium is detailed. It was clean and tidy. There was milk in the fridge and they told us there was coffee and tea to start us off. There was enough coffee and tea for at least three days as well as a pod machine. The only sound was the sound of birds in the morning.
We couldn't fault the place and as we have family in the district, we will definitely be back.

Off the main road, so it’s very quiet. Only 5 cabins so again, it’s very quiet. The only sounds you can hear are the birds outside. It’s so peaceful.
We stayed in cabin 5. It is very neat, roomy, well fitted out and very clean. It has a massage chair as well as a spa in the large bathroom, included in the cost of the stay which is very well priced and comparable to much smaller places we have stayed at which are not as well fitted or located as Avoca cottages. And it’s right next to the golf course. Literally next door, as well as the river and very good walking track. Hosts are very friendly, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping here.

What a fantastic little gem! This is the second time we have stayed here and the owners had changed since our last stay 3 years ago. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful which was lovely. The location right on the golf course is superb and the cabins are spotlessly clean!

This was our first self-guided trip to Australia and this cabin gave us a great experience. The environment is clean and everything is provided, and there are even massage chairs and bathtubs. The most surprising thing is that the stars at night are very beautiful, and the managers are very nice. Even though our car had no battery, they tried their best to help us with all our problems. The environment is comfortable and gave us a great experience. It is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks for giving me a perfect memory and a strong human touch.

Great stay — I have Parkinson's and the disabled facilities made for an extremely comfortable stay in absolutely beautiful surroundings with friendly, helpful and obliging hosts.
This was a convenient stopping point for us but will return for quiet break.

As part of our Victorian regional escape we stayed at Avoca Cottages, these very clean, well equipped and quite spacious cottages are also quiet and comfortable, I enjoyed my best nights sleep in ages! Across the road from the bowls club and only a short walk from the main Avoca town precinct with 2 good pubs, bakeries etc, etc. (some great wineries nearby, special mention Blue Pyrenees Estate! ) they have only recently been taken over by friendly and helpful new hosts who are looking forward to upgrading and breathing new life into Avoca Cottages, we will look forward to our next stay with them, Therese and Mick.

Excellent quite cabins in a lovely bush setting in the centre of town. Comfortable bed and cabin amenities. Very friendly owner. 2nd time we have stayed here. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Close to Mount Avoca and Blue Pyrenees vineyards which are both well worth a visit. 15 mins from Moonabel which has several vineyards in and around it.

It was very comfortable and clean with excellent hot water and heating. Cottages are facing a deck in a lovely treed setting, overlooking the scenic golf course. After a day’s sightseeing, great to come back to such a nice place to relax. It is very near town. Host is on the site to assist if needed.

We stayed a night in Cottage 2. The cottage was exceptionally clean and it had everything we needed. The heating was fantastic as was the massage chair. Bed was really comfortable as well with extra pillows and blankets supplied if we needed them. We had free Wi-Fi and access to netflix etc. The kitchenette had everything we needed along with a coffee machine and a spa bath. The verandah had a lovely overlook and we had offstreet parking. Jane was very friendly and accommodation letting us into our room early when we arrived earlier than expected. Could walk into town if you wanted but probably wouldnt do so at night as street lighting wasnt fantastic. Would definately recommend.

Great little cottages with everything you need set in a beautiful bush setting but an easy walk into town. Adjacent to the Golf Course they are very comfortable with everything you need. Comfy bed with great pillows (not the cheap nasty ones you often find) and a fully stocked kitchen with pod coffee machine. Breakfast delivered the night before so you can prepare at your leisure.
