My stay was absoulitly fantastic the rooms although slightly dated didn't worry me as they had everything I needed. The Staff were absoulitly fantastic & had everything as promised. I would recommend the Midtown Motor Inn to everyone stopping in Wanganui :-)
For a $100 a night, I wouldn't stay there again.

Located on the vivid road, this motel offers you a walking distance to a variety of restaurants and cafes. McDonald's and Burger King are right in front of the motel. The road that lies in front is also full of Thai, Turkish, Japanese restaurants. Amenities you need are right there in the rood for you. Big bathroom and powerful shower I've ever used — I really like that. The receptionist guy talks with us and recommend the best route for our tomorrow's trip — very helpful. One thing that could be improved is the thickness of the wall, the thicker the wall has, the quieter the voice of the room next door is.
