Clean the filters in the air conditioner they were that filthy an blocked I had to clean it my self for it to work. Really dissapointed. For the price wasnt worth wasting my money there.

Right on beach. Staff are nice and the rooms are awesome and there’s a descent sized pool.

Waterfront view is twenty metres from the large front patio and five minutes from town centre.

If you know Chinese this is a good place to stay. Not so for everyone else. Plus if you don't mind the risk of your passwords being hacked by the Wi-Fi connection (attached screenshot). The chap at the desk name Jay is both arrogant and rude and on top of it when asked a question says-Me speak Chinese, English no! The front sign has Chinese as well so I assume this is Chinese owned and targeted to visiting Chinese tourists. I Attempting to create a segregated Chinese area in Australia, to the detriment of English is not ideal and points to a lack of a desire to integrate. And before anyone feels that I am being biased let me remind everyone that I am also Asian.

Place needs some updating. Some areas are not very clean. I personally would not trust the pool area. Staff was friendly and the location was great. Room 10 has a good balcony on the corner.

Older style, pool area was dirty and useable, bedding was thin inc. Pillows, can hear other guests even if room fully closed. However Good location & friendly staff.

The place is quite basic but the water front view is nice. Beds are not very comfortable, the shower is spacious.

Motel was showing it's age but generally clean and comfortable despite being a little basic. Aircon was difficult to work and TV remote would only register if held close to the TV. Room was of a comfortable size and the private balcony overlooking the water was nice. Only a short drive to the shops. There's no in-room information pack, so you'll have to research local attractions/dining yourself or wander about to find something.

This was the worst motel I've stayed in. It had cobwebs specially in the bathroom window, the room was dusty. When we first entered the room, I checked the bathroom and it smelled like someone had just got in, it was very obvious that the bathroom was only wiped down after the previous people had used it, there was not any disinfectant used at all. The toilet had only been flushed, it was still dirty from previous people. I was so disgusted by the condition of the room that we didn't even used anybody their utensils to make our selves a coffee. We got out off there as soon as I could. It is clear to say that I will never stay in this place again and I won't be recommending it. This morning I got up to have a shower and there was not hot water. I had a cold shower.

Great aspect as only motel to overlook the Lakes. Can walk to everything. Rooms spacious and clean. Hosts Good. We initially had a problem with doubled up bookings due to previous Landlord but it was sorted out ok for us.

Booked a 2 bedroom family apartment for $125/night. When we got there we were informed that our room was already taken, and that we could have a one bedroom apartment instead. We were told the place was pretty booked out — we later found that was not true when only 2 other cars were in the parking lot that night. Our replacement room had one double bed with a single bunk on top and another single bed in the corner. Keep in mind the booking was for 2 couples/4 adults. The double bed was of terrible, saggy quality, the top bunk was unusable due to a loose ladder and insufferable squeaking bed frame holding a mattress made of what seemed to be bricks. The person who was then meant to sleep on the 'brick' mattress had to sleep on the floor as it turned out to be more comfortable. After discovering our disappointing room, a lady greeted us and told us to check the room next door, a room which had a double bed and a locked doorway into our replacement. She then explained that for an extra $100 we could have the second room (a room which seemed to join ours anyway). It seemed that we ended up paying $125 for a room that would normally cost.

Beautify motel where the staff make you feel at home and part of the family.
