Quest Echuca

Stayed at quest very last minute. The receptionist was extremely helpful annd informative and the booking was smooth. The location is spot on with everything around, the room was still very quiet given the location. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, nice bed, huge TV and mini kitchen. Definitely will stay again. May I add, the gardenia body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelt very luxurious, getting into bed after a shower and smelling so luxe was almost my favourite part!

Staff were friendly and helpful and free Tim Tam's in the room were a nice touch. Location was great. Walking distance to shops and Port of Echuca. Only issue was lack of available parking spaces, but plenty of on-street parking.

We always book somewhere with a couch and a bit of space. Our apartment was very spacious, bright and beds and furniture comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. Close to all amenities. Check in/out seamless. There were even luggage trolleys to make life easier. We will be staying again.

A well maintained apartment style facility, very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well equipped and comfortable. The rooms are also quiet didn't hear any outside noise.

Well located to cafes, shops and river cruise within walking distance. Got an upgrade which was appreciated and grateful for the generous offer. Rooms clean, generous in size and gorgeous amenities Moor products. Friendly staff, helpful & well informed with local recommendations. Peaceful atmosphere relaxed vibe definitely will return. Thanks to the front office team.

Apartments were very clean and well equipped. Only complaints would be the couch was extremely uncomfortable and the pool had no handrail for entering/exiting and was freezing cold; pools where we have stayed in Echuca say solar heated but this does not seem to heat any pool; perhaps a heatpump would work better.

Need to be better at their cleaning standards. Very hard to obtain a park. As I finished work after 6pm I had to park out on the street. I was only able to use their parking a few times.

Poor quality sleep due to the noise. Having a room next to the highway means one can hear passing trucks early in morning. Also can hear groups of boisterous people talking in the corridor a night as they return from the pub/restaurants. And from early in the morning at around 6am as they head to work and wait for the lifts.
Had asked the visitor before for a quieter room but hotel management still gave the same room. Luckily this time no crying baby next door from the interconnecting door to wake me up through the night too. However in the middle of the night there was a loud bang.
I thought my request for a quieter room was reasonable in order for quality sleep — I woke up at 5am. Worked hard all day. Am on call 31 hours straight (so will be waking up anyway at other times). Then have to drive back to Melbourne. I hope the management notes my request this time.
On the plus side :
This Quest is walking distance to restaurant and Aldi. Hence great location — although next to the highway.
It is still well maintained. Used to stay here too when it first opened — it was not as busy then and could get quieter rooms. The lift is quite large — not like the European ones! One of the few hotels in Echuca with lifts.
They leave complimentary drink water bottle, Tim Tam biscuit and a written note to welcome you to the room which is a nice touch. Even better if it was not the room you asked to switch from the previous stay.

Great location so close to the port and shops. Still very well maintained.
Just a note to those who are light sleepers and doing Oncalls at the hospital —
The rooms closest to the front eg 1B are more noisy — passing cars, utes and trucks can be heard.
Also noise transmitted through the adjoining door even when closed — can hear the whole night a poor baby crying with parents trying to console.
Limited car parking spaces at the hotel — so one may have to park in the streets (but probably no issue in a safe country town like Echuca. But coming from Melbourne — I am a bit paranoid about safety and risk of car-jacking! ) Can be a bit of a hassle — walking to the car further away in the streets.
Overall — been very well maintained over the years. Reception is super fast, professional, courteous and efficient.

Outstanding service from the get — go. Early check in allowed. Staff super friendly. Nicely appointed and spacious room.

Had another great stay at Echuca Quest! So clean, comfortable and well set up for an overnight work stay!
I can’t say thank you enough to the fantastic staff member on reception who so calmly helped me with some last minute printing this morning. What a delightful way to start the day heading into a big workshop! I can’t say thank enough, talk about customer service!

Room was fantastic. Checkin and check out very smooth. Parking can fill up quickly in the afternoon but plenty of street parking immediately out the front. Bed was super comfortable.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks for work and it’s incredible. Very clean rooms that are modern. Large comfortable beds and fantastic service. What more can you want!

We stayed at Quest Echuca for 3 days. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a 1 bedroom with self contained kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is close to restaurants, pubs and clubs and most local attractions. We would thoroughly recommend.

I had a comfortable stay at Quest Echuca. I was in the area for business and the hotel is at a central location in town as well as in close proximity to my workplace. The room was spacious and clean, and the added touch of a personalised note upon arrival was welcomed.

Clean apartment and friendly service. Great location and walking distance to our favourite Niko Niko restaurant. On site parking made it easier to park and walk where we wanted.

All went well. Did need to park on the street. Bathroom layout: prefer a flat shower base rather than a bath to step into. Overall, a very functional and clean apartment.
