Fantastic place to stay, close to everything, large Grande nicely appointed rooms, in an amazing old building. The hosts went far and beyond for us, we had some illness in the family and we could tailor our stay to suit our needs. Thanks.

Beautiful old building located close to CBD. I stayed in the Exchange Suite which is not accessed from the main building but is accessed from a separate side entrance. This suite comes with an under carport parking space. Beautiful room spotlessly clean. The suite can only be accessed via stairs as there is no lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Internet was very patchy unfortunately due to the nature of the building.

Gorgeous building and accommodation. Easy walk to the Port of Eucha! We really enjoyed our stay — thank you!

A beautiful old building in Echuca. Clean, large room, good amenities and mini bar if you need it. Housekeeping staff were lovely.

Fabulous from start to finish. The rooms were great, it was great value for money. Having secure off street parking was a big bonus.

This boutique hotel is described as luxury which it is not in our opinion. The building itself is very grand but the inside resembled an abandoned shell from rear entrance we had to use. The cream carpeted stairway depicted in website images was not what we experienced. We booked the Halliday & Walker Apartment. Entrance first impression was unemptied bins / discarded supermarket trolley then via concrete dusty entrance way (past abandoned hair dresser salon). The stairs were just dark dusty concrete with very shabby brown balustrade. Near our apartment door was a wall of old sticky tape remnants. Can only assume a picture taken down but never replaced. The apartment had very musty smell that we could not get rid of… empty fragrance diffusers in the rooms — Unfortunately the windows could not be opened, aside from the rear bathroom, and are covered in cobwebs making for very unpleasant "view" The floorboards were in very bad condition. Notably a large black stain as soon as you enter. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were all well appointed — lovely bathroom supplies! and very good size. Only issue was lack of hot water in the shower — no pressure even with hot turned fully on Missing TV Remote for bedroom TV and sink plug (as noted on other reviews) still not replaced. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.

Well maintained and period decor. Off road parking, self checkin. Booked for one night but stayed for two. Boutique accommodation with only 6 large rooms. Very quiet, centrally located, an enjoyable stay.
Heads up… no lifts for the upstairs rooms.
Definitely be back.

We stayed 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Beautiful restoration of the historic post office building. Our suite was large and well decorated. The king size bed comfortable and shower hot.
Continental breakfast served every morning in what was the mail sorting room. All guests eat at one table. Conversation was interesting and flowed easily. Food selection was great.
The host Namoi very friendly and eager to assist and provide insights about the property, town and local attractions.
Highly recommend.

Clocktower suites is a delight for a stay. It is charming and stylish and historic. Lovely spacious suites with lots of comforts. The connection with Royal Hotel acrossthe road was great for a drink and very good pub dinner paired with nice REGIONAL wine. The stay is part of Murray River road trip that is delightful. Inland Victoria has much to please with historic towns tasty bakeries friendly Pubs and great wine regions like Rutherglen. It all makes a great road trip.

Well preserved and immaculately beautiful with ornate tapestries, vintage decor, and high ceilings combined with modern conveniences of a grand kitchen with updated appliances, and a large sitting room.

A practical little place right in the middle of Echuca. Clean, modern and updated rooms without losing its historic character. And you can simply roll out of bed to delicious breakfast and great coffee at Post Espresso right on the other side of the building. Will definitely stay again on next Echuca trip and highly recommend to anyone looking for Echuca accommodation.

The boutique hotel is described on the sign outside as luxury which it is not in my opinion. Our room The Tower Suite was very dusty in places, cobwebs on the ceiling and had a cracked window and the curtain in the bathroom was in very poor condition. We arrived via train and the instructions for gaining entry to the building are specifically for those using a car. We did however manage to find the entrance. The staff in the Bar opposite, where we picked up the key, had no idea where the entrance was!
The room was large as was the bathroom and there is a separate room with a wardrobe and fridge. There was plenty of tea/coffee making available in room as well as in the communal kitchen on the ground floor. The bed was large and comfy with good quality bed linen. Be aware though that linen/towel change and room clean is by request only. The lock to the door to the room also took some getting used to. There is a large flight of stairs to negotiate so beware if you have heavy cases. Communication with the manager is via sms but she responded promptly to a minor issue we had and also offered a complimentary bottle of wine which was appreciated. The building is certainly unique and full of history. Of particular interest is the framed architecture plans from when the building was built. There is also a newly opened coffee shop attached to the building — very convenient, but I did not make use of it myself. The location was spot on being right in the middle of the town.

This place is just beautiful. It’s in such an incredible location & so close to everything! The room itself is just gorgeous & I loved how it was in an older building. I cannot get over the beautiful high ceilings, they are to die for! As soon as I walked in my partner was like ‘omg how much did you spend on this place it’s so nice!? ’ Little did he know, it was so affordable. The little things like the fire place & decor made this place so much more cosier. The suite was very spacious & provides you with great utilities. I cannot wait to come back ❤️ Carmen, thankyou so much for being such a delight. You were so accommodating to both my partner & I. You provided us with the best service & experience. I highly recommend this place, even for a romantic night away!

We had such a lovely stay. The beautiful old building felt homely and very comfortable. Thank you. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Echuca.

A grand old building that is showing some age. The apartment was huge with ceilings I would hate to paint — gee they were high.
The door lock on our apartment was dodgy and reported to Carmen who promptly replied back saying she had booked a locksmith to come change the locks.
Overall a good place to stay in Echuca.

Lovely old building. Excellent location. Spacious rooms, comfy bed and great bathroom. Only had one key which was a little inconvenient. Overall we had a lovely stay. Love Echuca.

My 9 year old daughter and I stayed in this lovely accommodation, which was bright, vibrant, incredibly spacious and well maintained. The location was very convenient, providing a nice evening stroll to High Street to enjoy the main dining options in town. Onsite parking was easy to locate and provided clear access to the accommodation. We stayed in the Campbell Suite, which was a beautiful room, tastefully decorated and spacious. The window faces the street, so you need to consider privacy, even with the shrubs and there is a small issue re: noise. Not necessarily from outside, which was minimal, moreover from what I suspect was the cafe next door. We stayed mid-week for 2 nights and were woken prior to 7am with banging and general movement one may associate with a commercial kitchen. Whilst this was not ideal, it did not dampen our experience and we would readily stay again, although may consider one of the other rooms available.
