Resided here for ten weeks while looking for Rental. Terrible police always called to premises, drunk people all times of the day staff so rude omg seriously, cleaners were lovely so was the trees fresh air partner car broken into during day in full view owner did not care, I as a femat harrased by a man disgusting.

Loved this motel. Very well set out. Beautiful spa, cosy furnishings, definitely a must for a stop over.

It's OK, clean room, but the heating is bad, no hair dryer! Good service attitude.

For budget accommodation this place is great. Clean, in room cooking facilities, comfortable and conveniently located.

Not the most modern but very clean and friendly place to go and stay. Traffic wasn't anywhere near the problem I thought it would be. Easy access onto and off start of freeway and into city. Will be staying again.

Great room on our first night. Was upstairs and had a great view of the city. Second night was lower level and I have to admit, quite comfortable.

It was noisy, being on a main freeway, needs bringing into the 21st century looking tired. But it was cheap. No lifts to second floor which is where the family rooms are.

We visited the area for work and stayed here. Room has basic amenities and extras for coffee and tea. Room and bed were ok, but in general dusty. Beds are made everyday but not other things are cleaned or refilled (like the rubbish bin or supplies for coffee).

Great, clean, comfortable accommodation. Very affordable, close to Adelaide. Courteous, helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Central to everything, well priced, clean, parking good with free Wi-Fi what more can you ask for!

I stay at the Tollgate Motel on a regular basis for work when in SA. I have always found it an excellent option based on value for money, convenience and cleanliness. I have never had a problem there and would encourage others to give it a go. I just read Selena's 'review' and couldn't disagree more.

I've left my review on TripAdvisor but I'll leave one here also. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you like super outdated motels. Where do I even start? The room was super cold, the heater was an old window-wall air-conditioner that could be converted into a heater. There were no manuals on how to use it, it was stained an old dirty yellow colour. There was no manual or verbal instructions on how to use the spa. (some people might not have a single clue on how to use one, like myself. So I guessed " well, you must just fill it by this tap and press this button. " The jets were SUPER dirty, one in fact had a clog of HAIR coming out it. (photos were taken for proof of disgust) The "kitchen" was an old microwave, a dirty kettle that had never been washed by the appearance of fithy lime scale inside. I didn't use it as it looked revolting. Same for the toaster. Old and dirty. You couldn't plug more than one appliance into the power point at once because notes said that it would overload. So I was forced to unplug the fridge everytime I wanted to use the microwave. The TV had barely any channels and was all in a different language so how the hell was I supposed to work out what I was trying to do? The bed on one side looked like someone had slept there for 100 years and never moved. There was literally a big groove in the bed. So I slept on the other side. I suppose on the upside it was somewhat comfortable.

The lunch was really nice and the service impeccable. Would definately recommend to others to have a go! :)

Chose to stay in one of the spa suites. For $90 a night it was very average. Two of the spa jets were broken, no shampoo or soap provided.

Quite a dated motel but excellent value for money. Great for an overnight stop.

A reasonably comfortable room. Beware the noise from the adjacent highway. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to stay elsewhere. Althought tthe shower head was not adjustable, I had the strongest shower I think I have ever had.
