Woodford Gardens Hotel

The food is amazing, I ordered a steak sandwich and chips and it was one of the best steak sandwiches I have even had. Definitely a place to visit. The atmosphere is calming and so beautiful. Just a great place all together.

We recently had our wedding at Woodford Gardens and what a beautiful spot it is! The guests all loved it, it's beautiful, peaceful and there are so many places for gorgeous photos. Chris and Karen were beyond amazing, they sure know what they're doing. The food was amazing! Karen's mini Cobb Loafs were a massive hit! We also stayed in the accommodation, the spa in the upstairs suite was amazing! There is so much room, we had our hair and makeup done on site and Chris and Karen were always available for anything we needed. If you're looking for a wedding venue or simply a lovely spot for breakfast or lunch, I highly recommend Woodford Gardens. Thank you for making our stay and our wedding day amazing 💓

Had morning Devonshire Tea after our Train Ride from Woodford Station to Paterson Road Station. Serene picturesque setting with delicious scones, jam and cream partnered with Coffee and Hot Chocolate. We had our 5 yr old Grandson with us who loved his Hot Chocolate.

We got married at Woodford Gardens 23rd Oct 2021. I can not recommend this venue highly enough. Karen and Chris were fantastic to deal with. Between the numerous emails and phone calls, nothing was too hard. The grounds looked amazing and the food was fantastic (so many of my guests loved the food and are still talking about it). We wanted a wedding that had a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and that's what we got. Karen and Chris — Thank You for everything you did to make our wedding day so magical.

First time there. Loved my chilli 🌶 beef and noodle salad, daughter had the fish and chips. Best of all was the chai lattes, nice and hot. Loved the stroll through the garden 🪴

Will not recommend this place! Please do not have your wedding at this place. They are dictors they control where everything has to go they disregard bride and grooms requests and over charge on food and alcohol, Karen is one of the people to lease/manager/cook at the place shes a nasty vindictive person nice to your face but offends and judges guests/customers to others. Made the whole bridal party and wedding guests feel on edge. Dictated with outside catering made them feel uncomfortable. Helpped themselfs to food without asking the bride and groom. Overall was not accommodating not nice people only cares about money not the guests. Please please do not have a wedding at this place they are ripoffs unfriendly people!

I came here and have been here before & the coffee & food is delicious. I overheard the people on the next table saying I haven’t yet received my breakfast. We had to wait a long time on a coffee ☕️ I understand it was busy but other customers were complaining in the background. We popped in after going to Woodford. The gardens are beautiful & it’s a lovely place to visit. But there was a delay waiting for our coffees with the cake 🍰 we asked the waitress nicely on where they were. It’s nice to eat your food with a coffee ☕️

Fabulous place for chilling out with family. They make the best coffee and the food was excellent too.

What a wonderful setting to meet up with family and enjoy a leisurely lunch together. Good food reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the steak sandwich and appreciated the steak being cut into tasty juicy strips. Very welcoming friendly staff.

Beautiful staff with amazing service! The rooms were lovely and well presented and had an amazing evening with some amazing food!

Went here on the train on Sunday with our granddaughter. It was great! The chips were delicious, crunchy and served with yummy aioli sauce, the scones were light and fluffy with plenty of jam and cream, the ham on our toasted sandwich was cut off the bone! We really recommend going here for a reasonably priced snack or feed and the menu has some great variety. Also, you can have a beer or wine. Then catch the train 5 minutes back to town. So cute.

Went to Woodford Gardens for the first time on Saturday morning and I cannot believe I’ve never been before! Great service, delicious food, beautiful views and the best chai latte. Will definitely be visiting again soon ☕️

Setting is amazing, just off the main drag in Woodford. Great coffee, food awesome, and salad dressing to die for.

Fabulous! Went the wrong day to catch the train there but well worth the trip. Food was Soooo good. Very full after it. Milkshakes were amazing 5 stars from kids. Very friendly staff. This place will do amazing. The brekky menu looks great too. Beautiful outdoor setting Will definitely be back!
