Not usually one to complain about a place but I found this place to be bad more on the customer service side that's not to say I didn't have problems with the accommodation in general like saying it had a pool it was talking about a public pool up the road No lock on the bathroom door 20% card use charge which we were not told about until arrival 30% cancellation fee two weeks prior to staying there in an accommodation that was not suitable for 7 as advertised for 6 which I would say was pushing it to be honest when cancelling and saying 10% would be fair I ended up in a screaming match not just saying this because of that tho check my previous reviews there's a lot of them an no place have I found this awkward to deal with I am an easy going person.
Great place to stay close to everywhere free Wi-Fi staff fantastic and freindly highly recommend.
