The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The bed comfy and bathroom roomy. It was a very quiet room. All up a great stay and we do recommend this place. We will visit again no doubt.

For a 4**** accom not bad unfortunately the restaurant service was poor and the meal was terrible I'm a chef and the steak was $32 of pure grisel and fat, pork belly was soggy crackling amazing experience I'd suggest you stick to snitzels.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Brisbane. Very friendly staff, restaurant was very nice. Butter chicken highly recommend. Rooms were very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Yummy food, steak was beautiful and the mushroom sauce was divine. Rooms are nice and comfortable, wish they had some movie channels on pay tv. Will come back.

Stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised. The outside is immaculate, inside the rooms were a little dated but very clean and tidy, quiet, good blinds block out light and the bed was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. The staff were also very friendly, the restaurant a little pricey but delicious and the experience great overall, would definitely recomend staying here if your in town.

Room is clean and large. On site restaurant has nice food and good variety. Very friendly staff.

The King Bed room was immaculately clean & beautifully furnished. Despite being on a main road, I didn’t hear any traffic. Janelle on Reception was friendly & efficient. A highlight was the welcome & friendliness of the gorgeous cat. Somebody please give that beautiful girl some love!

Exceptions clean rooms. Von was lovely and extremely accommodating. Food is expensive but quality was good. I would recommended it to anyone. Ample parking and very quite. Say hi to puss puss the resident cat.

So far so good welcome was great easy access def 5 stars guys very cozy and would recommend to anyone.

One of the best places to stay in Warwick. Big spacious rooms and bathroom. Well insulated. Can't hear the traffic noise. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is a good bonus. Only thing lacking in the room is alarm clock & Netflixs on the TV (something which some other motels in Warwick have. )

Having previously enjoyed a night at The Coachman last year, we stayed there again last night on the way through to NSW and were pleased we did! From helpful check in to immaculate spacious room and bathroom, wonderful restaurant and friendly staff, — the Coachman gets a big YES from us! Definitely recommended for a quiet night in a very comfortable bed, with excellent food and wine on the doorstep,. Brilliant!

It doesn't have free to air tv. Wi-Fi is weak or non existent. Not everything that glitters is gold.

We had the pleasure of staying here overnight on boxing day. The staff were so friendly even if I had no idea how to open the reception door at first. The room was just what we needed. The staff were also very lovely at letting my nieces and nephew use the pool even though they weren't staying at the hotel with us. Wifi worked fine and overall extremely grateful to the staff for everything. Will definitely come back next year!

I stayed here some time ago and enjoyed my time very much in this part of Queensland. The facilities and service are more than acceptable. However, potential customers need to be informed that this business supports a dangerous and inhumane practice, rodeo. For this reason I will not be staying at Coachman's again. In my opinion they support an industry and so called sport which thrives on the panic, pain and discomfort of creatures who have no liberty to choose. This activity can cause serious physical and emotional harm to animals and lets not get into the attitude it instills in spectators. Coachman's please reconsider your support and sanction of Rodeo in Queensland.

New manager zero people skills very poor experience all round. Would not recommend.

We only stayed the one night on June 30th on our way north.
The lady in reception was efficient and very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and toasty warm as it was a very cold night. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had a delicious meal served by a very friendly waitress who had a good knowledge of the food. A very happy stopover.

Very generous space in the king spa room but too close to the road for a peaceful night.

Refurbished motel with large rooms, small pool and in house restaurant. Room was comfortable with nice rustic furniture and good bed and bathroom. Had to ask for milk each day which was surprising and tea and coffee were not replenished. I stayed for work and ordered breakfast and packed lunch. Although lunches were ok, these options are expensive and don't represent value for money.

It's taken me almost six months to calm down enough to be able to put my disappointment into words. We stayed here on our wedding night last September. I booked well in advance, I even told the receptionist it for for our wedding night when I booked. The receptionist that day was very friendly and helpful. Our big day arrives and my now-husband goes on his way to the ceremony to check-in. They had lost our booking! No big deal, they have a room we can stay in. My husband checks in, takes the key and goes straight to the church. While my husband is waiting for me to arrive the hotel calls. The room is wrong but don't worry, they'll put the key to our correct room in the room they gave us the key for. So our day goes perfectly we head to the hotel after our reception and open the door to the room we have a key to and there are people in it! We woke up some poor people in a room that's supposed to be empty with our room key in it! So we apologise to those poor people and go, still in our wedding attire, to reception where we wake up someone to sort out the mess. The man we woke up is confused but don't worry, since we're obviously from the wedding he knew was on he knows exactly which room we are meant to be in. He shows us the way, telling us how pleased we'll be with the room & how he personally but the bottle of champagne in there and scattered rose petals on the bed, etc. As we're walking he has second thoughts and decides to phone a friend.

Worst service EVER! Phoned and spoke to a gentleman trying to have emergent contact with a guest as we had a family emergency and the gentleman had no clue how to contact a guest for us. There was a lady in the background the whole time complaining and interjecting. She then grabbed the phone off the younger man and showed a complete lack of customer service skills and was extremely over the top obnoxious and short with me when I had to repeat what was happening. I was spoken to with complete disrespect and rudeness. When I then stated she was behaving very rude and this was an emergency she hung up on me. Should not be in the customer service industry.!

I stayed at Coachman's Inn for my wedding and also held our wedding reception at Rupert's Bar and Grill. I couldn't have been happier with the service and the way the night played out. The food was lovely, the atmosphere great and the staff were superb. We had some challenges to contend with on the night such as the ceremony/photos running 45 minutes behind schedule therefore pushing back nibbles/drinks and meals but the staff took it all in their stride. No task was too much trouble for the staff and the day was a breeze due to their efforts. The night prior to the wedding myself and other guests stayed in ordering room service which was quick, well priced and delicious. Highly recommend this as a venue and for accomodation.

Looks great from the outside however the hotel is tired and stale on the inside. Hotel staff can be difficult to communicate with and for the price the hotel does not represent value. Beds are lumpy mold on shower base and dirty airconditioners. Food in restaurant lacked inovation or local charicter steak rated as possibly the worst cooked I have ever eaten. Over all poor experience.

Large rooms and quiet, comfortable beds. We stayed for a couple of days and were surprised that our rooms were not serviced every day.

Beds and rooms fine, but, Wi-Fi didnt work, spent hour waiting for meal (as expensive as room) and one meal came 15 mins after the others, breakfast order was messed up. Just not up to scratch, disappointed, wont be back.
