What a lovely place to stay. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble.
Rooms clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable.
Restaurant meals amazing.
I would certainly eat and stay here again.

Clean and tidy rooms and the best part of the room is the bed the mattress are so comfortable, and just opposite to the Queen Garden where you can go for walks in the garden.

Nice but needs microwave in rooms as not everyone can afford to buy their dinner every night.

Great location and good sized rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful and plenty of parking. Stairs to navigate onto the second level were wide enough for luggage not to be an issue.

Kids friendly. Very good location. They are right in front of Queenspark. Very accommodating staff. We did checked in a week ahead! My husband made a mistake but they are very understanding they let us checked in no extra charge.

Beds comfortable staff are more then happy to help if you ask them for stuff.

Place is cheep and abit out dated. Needed new appliances, my kettle had some type of calcium buildup on it, same on the shower head. Cleaners need to be more thorough, after having a shower, I put my foot on the back of a toilet seat to dry it and previous visitor's hair were stuck to my foot, one long and two curly.

Filthy hotel and horrible food strongly wouldn't recommend. There is many more options for the same price that are twice as good.

Great location with close proximity to attractions. Rooms with okay but a little old and basic.

Lovely conference room. Easy to find.

First and foremost — we arrived 10pm, and on our arrival the lovely manager had put the heat air con on for us. Thank you: The 116 room upstairs was sooo warm and cosy. — Room & it’s entirety — well presented, clean.

I found this motel to be needing renovations. Torn curtains, loose flyscreens, grubby bed — heads. Will not return to this place.

Worst motel I've ever stayed in! The lady in charge was the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Do not stay here the room was run down and horrible.

Bathroom very outdated and bits and pieces could be fixed up. Good staff and good meal.

Great location opposite Queens Park and close to CBD. There is plenty of parking but not under cover or secured. Rooms are dated but fairy spacious, the bathroom was just horrible and had no saving graces. Our room could have been cleaner, mouldy shower, stained shower curtain etc. Wif worked well.

Absolutely welcoming place to stay. Jenny is outstanding in making you feel at home at looked after. Rooms are clean and homely and its central to the main street resturants and bars.

Great place for regular business travel to the region. Welcoming staff, tasty food, free Wi-Fi, walking distance to Toowoomba CBD and across the road from beautiful Queens Park.

It fully delivers on its 3 star rating. The staff are helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and fully appointed even though a little dated. The attached restaurant made dinner and breakfast a convenient choice and it it well located in terms of city center and easy access to the beautiful Queens Park.

I recently booked into the Park Motor Inn for 4 adults so booked a family room but when got there found the room too small for 4 adults and when I asked if there was a larger room was told that all rooms the same size but I always thought that family rooms were suppost to be bigger, there was no table and only three chairs, 2 single beds and one double with no room to swing a cat Bathroon was very outdated I would not recommend staying here.

The parks motel is a great. Perfect meal, nice tidy rooms and friendly service spot on.

Reception staff are professional and welcoming! Room was very clean and I could not fault mt stay. I will be back to stay again thank you.

Newly renovated, great menu and right across the road from the Jewel in Toowoomba's parks and garden crown — Queens Park.

Good location near the park, staff were friendly. Very eco friendly as well — full solar power system and solar hot water system.

I see my comment has been deleted. But I will take my comment to Trip adviser where it cant be deleted. Once again do not stay here as they do not change the bed linen unless absolutely necessary. Owners are completely money orientated with no care giving to staff or guests. Also try ringing a few times the price of the room will change each time… I will keep writing my comment every time its deleted as I don't want people having a bad experience or fueling these greedy people with money.

Family room. Bathroom was a little outdated but room was clean and beds very comfy. Great location close to town, cafes and opposite beautiful park.

My partner and I were looking to stay at a place well kept with creature comforts without the price tag of a luxury hotel. We found Park Motor Inn to be well presented, clean, and with friendly staff. A mini bar was in our room with very reasonable prices. The room service menu was a bit pricey, but we had not planned on ordering from it and went a couple of doors down to the Park House Cafe and had excellent meals. The location of this motel is also ideal, as it looks over beautiful Queens Park and is a short stroll to the main drag. Very pleased, and would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to friends.

Could be Basil Faulty himself on this quaint, comfortable motel. Friendly helpful staff, good food, vevven if the restaurant is a bit dated. Great location, accross the road from Queens Park, great for an early morning walk, vey enjoyable. Walking distance through the park down into town wher I could get some breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
