Pandanus Mooloolaba

Great stay at Pandanus. The apartment was very spacious for our family of 6. The location is so close to the shops and beach without the noise of the esplanade. Also it was great to have two car spots for the apartment. The rooms were clean and well stocked on basics. We would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay during the Ironman 2025 weekend. The 3-bedroom apartment we booked had everything you could ever want in a home away from home. It was also very spacious, tidy and clean with car parking and a great pool and spa. It's a hidden gem and great for families. Thanks to the building management team our stay was just flawless.

These are privately owned and generally managed. Our Unit 28 was huge, two big bedroom and one smaller one, which we didn’t use. There is a laundry, a great fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge; Foxtel too. There are decks at both ends. We had a special lift, number 2, that accessed only 2 units on our floor. We parked in B2; the residents’ car park.

Biggest apartment in Mooloolaba we have ever had. Wow. Just a few notes. Better knives and oven would have been good. Felt like home as very large and comfortable.

The apartment is large with lots of space in the living areas and bedrooms. Well appointed with everything you need. Great location close to the main shopping area and supermarket.

Decent size apartments in a good central location. Some could do with an update but on the whole pretty good. Easy walk to bars, restaurants etc. We just keep coming back!

We went for a girls trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday, 4 mins and 5 girls. The house was beautiful! Perfect bedroom arrangement for all of us! The girls were able to stay together upstairs and the mums were downstairs. We loved the kayaks, the spa and sauna, the jetty and the backyard were perfect and there was something for everyone. We made some great memories and most importantly the girls had an amazing time!

Great experience, pool is great but the spa I can't seem to find.
Hotel is nice and quiet and new management is extremely kind unlike old management.

From the moment I booked until we left we had a fantastic experience. Kirsten and Kate were amazing. The room blew us away having read other reviews we weren’t sure but the 3 of us loved it. Clean, very spacious, close to everything — brilliant!

Great self contained apartments with every facility you needed. Well appointed kitchen and even had slat/pepper and other staples. Good quality and in good condition kitchen utensils — even a sharp chef knife set. Staff were willing to help out and had an arrangement with local Coles so we could wheel a trolley full of items to the apartment and it would get collected from there. Neat, clean and very spacious.

We love Pandanus. We have stayed there regularly over the last 8 years or so, staying in 3 bedroom appt or the penthouse with 4 bedrooms twice, once 8 yrs ago and just recently. Its location to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, gelato etc is perfect. Unfortunately a high rise parking building was built by the local council right next to pandanus which unfortunately blocked its delicious views of the water. But these are the positives. Now the negatives. We stayed in the penthouse for our family of ten. It suited us space wise very well, even had roll away beds for the 10 & 9 yr old. They loved the pool and spa and gym too. However, the biggest disappointment was how dirty the apt was. We all were convinced that it had not been cleaned at all, simply new bedding and towels put out. The hard wood floors were so dusty and dirty the kids feet were filthy. One room had a pile of saw dust in the sliding door jam of its room. The pillows on the couch were so old they were shredded and torn. How hard is it for owners to buy new pillows. Really. We stayed there 8 yrs ago and looked back at the photos and saw the furniture down to the artwork on the walls were still the same. The penthouse is so tired and worn out it is obvious the owners have no interest in taking care of their property but just collecting revenue.

We are currently staying here with our 6 year old. It's beautiful. A massive 3 bedroom, clean, neat apartment with balconies either end. We have 2 queen beds and 2 children's beds. Full kitchen, ensuite/ toilet, walk in robe, 2nd bathroom/ toilet. Laundry/ toilet. Full A/C and fans for every room. The staff are amazing and friendly. Would highly recommend if you want a place to relax after a day of adventures.

Perfect location. Quiet because it's not on the Esplanade, yet one block from the beach, easy walk to Coles, Sealife, and all the shops.
I understand there is new management. They were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
This was a really good experience and we will be back.

My family stayed here a couple of weeks ago and while it offered a great deal of promise it severely under delivered on some facilities. I will say that the location was fantastic, and the room itself (3 bedroom) was huge and perfect size for a family of 4.
Unfortunately the website claims to have a heated pool and while it wasn’t completely cold if certainly wasn’t “heated” at all. To add to our frustration the spa was freezing. I addressed these issues with the duty manager on the first day and four days later the issues still were not fixed. I did see some contractors looking at the pool area about three days in but nothing changed.
As paying customers this was a very disappointing and frustrating outcome. Pathetic really. If we have have known about these facilities being broken we would not have stayed here.
Maybe hire a facility manager rather than a duty manager to oversee the property and your patrons may get efficient outcomes for any maintenance issues such as these.

Stayed 3 nights, apartment was amazing. So big and very clean and had everything that we needed. The balconies at each end of the apartment were a bonus and would be great if there was a group of you staying as you wouldn't be in each others pockets all the time. There is a pool and spa but we didn't get around to using them although my husband did use the gym.
Only a short walk to the Esplanade where there are plenty of cafes and shops. Perfect for us. Will definitely look to book again if we return to Mooloolaba.
