Rooms were clean and tidy. Ducted air con made it so comfortable. The ocean views were amazing. Overall the rooms are comfortable. Close to beaches and shops.

The places was lovely and clean, comfy bed & pillows huge shower with good pressure, lovely front desk staff. Central location, easy walk to lots of things.

Lovely clean spacious rooms great swimming pool and the spa and my favorite the closed in rooftop bbq area which really a large area and pose the best views its a fantastic resort to stay for a get away.

When you book make sure you are not on the side where the room of 414 is. Disgusting view into the pool. Not a pleasant view at all from the balcony. You can see straight into peoples derelict back yards. Lovely view of the weekly washing. Small stuffy rooms that weren't clean. We were so disappointed we took our losses, left straight away booked into the Ramada at Golden Beach it was beautiful! If you are looking for a nice romantic getaway definitely check which room side you are on first.

Awesome resort with amazing views, right in the heart of Caloundra.
Only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Had a great experience with my husband a nice relaxing weekend great price and very spacious walking distance to shops and the markets highly recommend will be coming back.

Not good at all very dirty and cleaners come in at 8am while we were in bed still not what you want.

Awesome location, clean and tidy. Close to shops and esplanade! Loved the heated Spa for the middle of winter!

Studio apartment was well equipped, bathroom was clean enough but did not appear to have been freshly cleaned. Pool was a good temperature but also did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. I wouldn't say what they have counts as a gym, it is just a room with four pieces of old poorly-maintained equipment. It was nice to receive a text message saying when my room was ready instead of having to wait for the check-in time. Staff were friendly. They only have the free-to-air channels on the TV.

Love the place, great staff, great facilities, clean and tidy. We stay there at least once and sometimes twice a year. Close to all amenities and within walking distance of just about everything.

Great room, great location but the little things let them down. Miss matched coffee cups, wine glasses and water glasses (one in the fridge and one under the bed! )
The bottom sheet on the bed was 5cm short and a motel room daily service consisted of clean towels, no restock of tea and coffee, no bed made. Not 4.5 star.

Great unit but No air con it broke. Moved to a terrible unit with air but 2 star quality.

A well appointed & laid out apartment, easy stroll to best family friendly spots in Caloundra around Bulcock & Happy Valley. Only downside is being on lower end of Bulcock street there's a little more traffic noise when on the balcony than other places away from the main strip, but otherwise OVR is very well priced & ideal for a family getaway.

Room was large but very dated, paid extra for ocean views yet had very very minimal view (hardly call it an ocean view), kitchen was good, balcony was large yet was not private at all and overall quite disappointed. Expected a lot more for the price!

Staff very friendly and rooms spacious. Quiet area so very little trsffic noise.

Easy check in. Nice central location. Spa and sauna facilities are great.

It was a disaster from the start. When booking 13 nights accommodation — it was all charged to my credit card immediately months before the holiday without my approval. Upon arrival at night it was dark — poor signage and lighting and had difficulty finding the place. Arrived 8pm and hotel doors locked! Nobody phoned or emailed to advise. Had to struggle in the dark to find how to contact after hours staff to gain access. Then after day 2 we had to leave due to a family Emergency. However we were extremely disappointed that hotel management refused to refund part of or balance of our accommodation. Very unhelpful receptionist — unfriendly and very unsympathetic to our bad news. Would never stay here and would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Room was average — old and dark.

It was fine. Only stayed one night to attend the Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Years Gala at Caloundra Events Centre. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the heated pool, unfortunately. Staff friendly, good location, water views, parking, which can get tricky in Caloundra. Light in bathroom not great for getting makeup done but lots of bench space for a change. Brought our own coffee plunger and coffee. For longer stay would book apartment.

Well presented rooms comfy beds. Easy check in and check out.

This is a top resort. Real value for money with every amenity you could want. Pool, spa, sauna, gym, roof top dining area with BBQ, beautiful apartments. Food & cafes, shopping mall very close. Thoroughly recommend.

Great place very helpful and friendly staff lovely warm pool and spa… Could have done with some plates cutlery and a toaster in our suite… possibly even a microwave. Would definitely go again but would prefer to get a room with a kitchen.

Great location in the heart of Caloundra. Walk to the beach and shops. Apartment was clean and modern. Will go back.

Not so sure about ocean views as from our room on level 2 had a view of the road and shops. Disappointing as booking on Wotif said 'Ocean View'. Reception closed at 12midday on Saturday so had to check in via the intercom which was okay but then asked to come to reception next morning and fill out paperwork — no thanks! Room due for upgrade and whole place just a bit dirty. Toilet in bathroom in awkward location behind door. Location convenient for main street access. Average experience — probably not good value for money and would look elsewhere.

I stayed in a motel style room on the 6th floor with ocean views
No complaints from me, dedicated parking bay, vending machines if you needed a late night snack
2minutes from the water side restraunts, with a bar underneath, and bascally on the main street
Check in was a breeze with a very friendly receptionist, keeping in mind I arrived without a booking
Only wish they had another powrepoint in the room as I needed to charge work equipment
Will stay there again if im in Caloundra.

Our pool view room was in fact a view of someones backyard and rusty old shed and skip bins. Room was stuffy and dusty all over the aircon vents. Reception rang the Manager and basically made us sound like ungrateful guests right in front of us. The manager didn't even bother to come see us. We left without staying.

Perfect central location to everything. And all you could ever want in a resort. Sauna and spa a plus for sure. Rooms are nice and offer a decent view aswell.

Room was well serviced with a reasonably good view of the ocean.

Stayed overnight — Staff where extremely friendly and accommodating of our request to park our car early in the day before we checked in later in the afternoon Right in the Centre of town near restaurants and the ocean.
