Beautiful large unit, great location.
No air conditioning but had ceiling fans.

Close to kings beach, great pool, spa and bbq area.

We had a wonderful time at Burgess @ Kings Beach. Super friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous room and facilities. Just up from the beach. It was better than we could have imagined.

Fabulous views and lovely hosts The views of the ocean and mountains from the ninth floor are amazing. The unit was very spacious, clean and well set up. Well positioned with a very short walk to the beach and cafes. Lovely and well organised hosts. We would recommend staying at the Burgess.

Huge apartment overlooking the ocean which was only a block away. Enjoyed the pool, spa and bbq facilities.

Hi a wonderful place to stay. My 3 bedroom unit on level 9 is huge very comfortable with fantastic views to north east and west very close to Kings Beach at Caloundra and shopping centres. RSL club close by as is Mooloolaba. Highly recommend for big family. Undercover lockup parking. I would think 2 bedroom units would be as good. Good luck. I love it here.

We had a great stay here and verymuch reccomend it. Our only 1 problem was when saying we wanted 2 beds in room 2 and 3 in a 3 room appartment, we were expecting actual beds not just an extra matress left on the floor in the 2nd and 3rd room. Thanks for a great break and great service otherwise.

Great view. Very comfortable, and except for the first day (heat wave) the lack of aircon had not been an issue. Cooling area breezes. Close to the beach.

Stayed in unit 52, newly renovated with an open coastal feel. Great views and heaps of room.

Awesome place to stay. Great location with easy access to King's Beach. Rooms are spacious and stay cool all day. Great stay for families with young children.

Nice apartments, close to the pub. Has a pool, spa and sauna. Has a single sized tennis court. Rooms are a good size. Great for families.

Great apartment only thing missing is Wi-Fi.

Great view, right near the beach, nice apartments has 2 lounge rooms in our room, its so awesome a sauna spa pool bbq tennis court great views would 100% cone again the best hotel on earth.

Booked a weekend away with the family. Got a 3 bedroom on the 9th floor. No aircon, inefficient ceiling fans (and oddly situated). Can't open the bedroom windows as they are positioned less than a meter high from the floor and have no grills … a bit unsafe in my opinion.

Great resort to stay at. Also one of my favourites. Has a spa, pool, tennis court and sauna. Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi access and when we were there, kids were having fun and breaking the lift and making it say "No Service".

Love this place. It has such a friendly and comforting environment. As we were booking, we thought that "Burgess @ Kings Beach" was "OK". But when we arrived to our apartment, it's much better than we thought!
