Great Cabins, a few different cabins to choose from. Clean and comfortable. Pool is fantastic, great location. Easily walk to the Beach and to food.

Camping sites are a good size. Amenities are old but adequate. Shower pressure good. Telstra coverage.

Lovely location and a fabulous caravan site. Booking in was so helpful to arrange dates when large sites were available to fit our van. All the sites are pretty long anyway.
It’s well resourced with a nice pool, ammenities and camp kitchen. Even has a TV antenna to connect to. Loving it.

My wife and I stayed overnight here in a cabin. The cabin was great size and the bed was comfy. Nice little balcony, full size fridge. Very clean and Very quiet and cosy. Close to beach and eateries. We Loved it. Definitely stay again.

Have stayed here on 3 occasions in the past month, both in cabins and on a powered site. Very clean, tidy, relaxed and organised park. Staff deliver a fantastic service and was able to accomodate super early check in when available. Perfect pool size for adults and a shallow area for kids to play too — was never over crowded which we enjoyed. Walking distance to Maroochydore, cotton tree, Mooloolaba and there’s plenty of cafes, restaurants, bottle shop and some boutiques a stone throw away! This is my favourite place to stay, cannot fault at all and highly recommend. Thanks very much!

This place is close to the beach and shops, a short drive to the shopping centre. Heaps of washing machines so no line ups. Very clean toilets, cooking facilities, loved the whole place will definately be back. Pity my holiday is long enough.

Lovely clean park, close to Beach, fantastic customer service from Management and staff. We're in a beautiful 2BR luxury holiday home for two weeks. Would highly recommend when travel is allowed once again.

We have stayed there a couple times now it is a very lovely park and we will be back for sure. The kids loved the park (pool). It is very looked after park and nice and clean.

The customer service was outstanding.
The cabin was clean and was a reasonable price.
We all loved the pool.
Overall our experience was great we would stay their again.

Have stayed at Alex Beach Cabins for the last 35 years from the time my children were very little, now they still continue to holiday here with us with their children. It has the best location near the beach and all the Coast has to offer. Very clean and quiet park wonderful accommodation.

Amazing family location. We have been coming for many years in the same cabin. Amenities are great and the kids love the pool and the games room. So close to everything. Is just a short walk to patrolled beaches and the surf club. Definitely one of the best places to stay on the Sunny Coast.

Were very accommodating in finding a spot for us in their booked out camp ground. Great spot and facilities.

Great location, close to beach, lake, shops, bowling alley and restaurants, short drive to Sunshine Plaza and Mooloolaba. Neat and tidy park with recently renovated and improved entry, pool and some van sites. Have stayed here in our caravan many times and will definitely return again in the future.

I can’t say our cabin was great, very old and dated. When we arrived the ceiling had bugs, ants and little spiders all over it. My daughter had the bunks, they were also on there. The bathroom had dead ants in the groves of the shower screen, there was mound on the ceiling of the bathroom, water pressure in the shower was terrible and the shower dripped. I spoke to Management about the insect issue, they did send someone into spray & clean the ceiling for me but When we got back to the cabin after this had been done, my daughters bed which I had freshly made was again left with bugs over the bed. Wifi did not work. Management was friendly and the grounds of the park are nice, nice swimming pool etc, bed was comfortable, but cabin state really let everything down. Management apologised but I believe These are things that should have been cleaned before anyone was let in there. As it was all very obvious and stood out. I have read other reviews which all sound great, but I can only go on the cabin that we received. The cabin we had could really do with some TLC.

Great family holiday park. They are undertaking some renos atm Aug 18 but pool is beautiful and heated, softplay playground for the littlies. BBQ area is sweet and has Pizza oven. Games room with pool tabke, skill tester and games. Staff were on point and know the local area. Couldn't really fault the cabins with the exception of a dirty towel left in the cupboard. But would stay again and recommend to those with kids. Restaurants close, fish and chips abd beach a stones throw.

Great location. We stayed here for 6 nights and they charge for new towels? The Wi-Fi doesn't work? It's a bit pricey.

Unfortunately all of the children's ammenties were being renovated during our stay which we did receive an apology for however we were disappointed about as we weren't made aware until arrival.
Our unit was clean and tidy however there was black mold throughout the ceiling and we did have to move our daughter from the top bunk because of this. The wireless internet didn't work and we were told this may have been because of too many users — unfortunately this was not rectified during our stay.
All in all its very central and the lake beside the park is a lovely view. Am sure it will be lovely once all the renovations are complete.

For 3 years in a row we have stayed here with our martial arts team. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bbq area is fantastic for groups, the kids love the playground and pool (looking forward to coming back next year to see the renovations completed). The staff cannot do enough for us, especially Wendy, she is lovely and cannot do enough for our team whilst there. Thank you Wendy and staff we will definitely be back again next year!

Always stay here when I'm up visiting my daughter. Cabins with separate bedrooms, Foxtel, pool, security parking, games room, right next door to the bowling alley & all for UNDER $150. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

We've never stayed here before, so we may have caught it on a bad week. The pool wasn't available for use as it was being renovated, workers around on the tools all day so we didn't really have a relaxing time here. It was still regular price even though all this was going on, I thought they would have made it cheaper. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Great place 4 kids. Well situated. A little bit $$$, when u can get an apartment 4 same price. Or cheaper. If your right on edge of Lake and don't fear well with insect biters. Aware.

Love this place very clean relaxing. Full size fridge and oven. A great place to stay. I stay here everytime I come back to mooloolaba.

Stayed for weekend. Ma and pa in caravan and son, daughter in law and 2 grand kids in cabin. We arrived at about 10.30am and were happy to find we could book in early. Upgraded family to a bigger cabin right near our van. Park is clean and tidy with lovely trees on each site. Pool is small but very clean with a sail cover. Park is short walk to beach.

The cabin was clean and very relaxing had air conditioning. The staff are very friendly. There is a pool available to use, vending machines, and community showers and a bbq site. The site was extremely easy to get around. Also it was easy getting to the beach It was my first visit and it won't be my last!

The room was excellent, clean and tidy. Central location, minimum noise.

Camped the night had lovely spot with river views. BBQ area very handy all facilities were very clean, unfortunately due to the storms there were a few flying ants about. Easy check in staff friendly.

Awesome place beautiful loved everything except the fish n chip shop around the corner who wrekon they have the best burgers on the coast which is a bloody lie.

Alex beach seems underated for such an excellent place. These cabins are situated in what seems to be an old caravan park and there are still a few longtime renters there. No problems that I ever saw or heard in 2 weeks Our cabin was very comfy, excellent standard of cleanliness but somewhat lacking in a decent kitchen. Laundry was in a separate building and the big coin operated washers and dryers were all ok. About 4 star. The property is located alongside a river/sea? inlet that is most attractive. Couple of swans and signets in residence. Very convenient shopping centres in the area. Doctors, chemists, supermarkets, eating places galore. GOOGLE search the beach location and click the owner's web site to communicate direct. In my experience they will give you the best deal available without using so — called booking deals off telly. Hope that helps.

We had an awesome stay at Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park. The Villa was very well equiped for a family of five, our boys especially loved the pool. Very centrally located, with heaps to do within walking distance.

Me and my dad go here all the time and theres a pool play ground and if your a regular and say you wanted a $100 a night cabin but they had none left they would give you a upgrade to a $150 cabin a night for only $100 a night. Plus they have Foxtel and even an arcade.

Short walk to the beach. Local shops are located only a couple of minutes walk away and offer a good selection of groceries, plus a bakery/cafe and a restaurant. Shower and toilet facilities were modern and clean. Not a lot for kids to do (playground is very small).

Stayed 15 days and had two cabins. Great service. Wendy was a star, as were the other staff members. Nothing was too difficult for them with their can do attitude and friendly demeanor. The pool was great too and the washing machines came handy. Dryers weren't too efficient though, so we hung our clothes out on the line and the clothes hoist that reception provided us with. 5 minute walk to the beach. Thanks again!

Stayed at this overpriced dump for one night — that was enough! The "cabin" was TINY! No mention of shared facilities at all when booking. Was told there was free internet — not working unless we went down to the BBQ area. For the price $140 night I was expecting something much better. Would never recommend this to anyone. Steer clear.

I have stayed here twice now. Maroochy is a beautiful place, and if you need a cabin for the night I can recommend it. I think the prices are reasonbale; I stayed 1 night, then extended another night, and as it is cheaper to stay 2 nights, they transferred the saving across both nights. I also had a trailer, and when hiring a cabin there was enough space to park my car and trailer. Friendly and helpful staff, central location clean and functional park.

Not a bad park at all. Good prices and very clean and close to the beach. The pool is very small, but you can't have everything.

We really ejoyed our stay! We were a bit too loud the first night and were told off as it is quiet time after 9.30pm but once told, we behaved. Will definately go back. Good facilities, very clean and handy to everywhere. Staff were friendly.
