Not clean! Pretty sure the apartment we booked was not cleaned before we arrived. Very dusty, carpets terribly stained, the outdoor area very dirty!
Tv size of my laptop screen and not all channels they say are available is. Usually not too fussed but I am disappointed.

Comfortable accommodation. Close to main shops.

Checked in this afternoon & extremely impressed so far with the faculty & the staff. Beautiful presented hotel & accomodation.

Lovely place to stay. Very clean and secure. Nice quiet area but close to everything. We will definitely come back for longer next time.

I stayed at the Central Plaza Apartments for two nights in August 2018. The apartments are huge and fully equiped with everything you need. Conviently located within a short walk to the Gladstone Entertainment Exhibition Centre and the main street. The hotel is well maintained and clean, Don and Julie were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large common area where you can pay a small fee to help yourself breakfast. It is really well stocked with cereals, juices, pancake machine, coffee machine, fresh fruit, plenty of GF options and you can even make youself eggs and bacon! Great way to start the day.

Fantastic accommodation and friendly service. Allowed for early check-in. Facilities are great, particularly in-house theatre and heated spa but gym is average.

Lovely clean, well looked after 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were very easy to deal with.

Good views, great unit, comfortable bed but a very small TV and s severe lack of loo paper.

Upset that staff made error informing taxi company about our departure time. We were forced to pay for taxis' 20 mins of waiting time. Otherwise, rooms were spacious. White bedding had multiple stains. Location is convenient to local restaurants and cafes.

Staying 2 nights beautiful room, View is beautiful got up for breakfast this morning only problem with that was the bread was mouldy took it to them to let them know about it otherwise it is a great place to stay.

It was a great night rest, two bedroom apartment, two bathrooms, kitchen, dinning, lounge and a washer dryer all for $170.00/night in winter and a continental breakfast what's not to like.

Really nice self contained apartments affordable with all the amenities of a resort. Wonderful secure under cover park, Bbq area as well as a heated spa and large swimming pool. 4stars :)

Friendly staff, reasonably comfy beds and free breakfast. Close to shops and eateries. Gym was closed for renovation and the spa didn't work. A very reasonable hotel.

Location is good. Rooms were clean and had reasonable amount of space. I did like the breakfast, there was plenty of variety offered. Staff were friendly and helpful but made excuses for poor maintenance. It is supposed to be 4.5 stars but not if it is not maintained properly. Missing/broken fittings are not helpful. We had several issues with the first room — bathroom light not working, TV not working. We requested another room only to find the soap holder in the shower was broken, we had to ask for soap for the hand basin. Not good enough… I also noticed a number of other issues while walking around the hotel which indicates this hotel is becoming tired. Rooms should not be let out unless they are in complete working order.

After confusion with their sister accommodation/ apartments just down the road which was very frustrating the management at this place saved the day! They really looked after us and quickly turned around our experience in Gladstone which was turning quite sour. The room itself was great too but the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Highly recommend!

Rooms are clean and modern. It is quiet and staff is friendly.

Awesome apartment. Excellent service. We were part of the rockhampton cyclone and the whole staff were lovely, accommodating and generous. Room 409 was great for my large family. Thanks heaps guys.
