It is really disappointing how run down the premises is. We loved visiting the Lagoons, however we have decided this would be the last time.
The general upkeep was appalling and the customer service by the main front of house man was appalling.
Wayne the manager was accomodating in changing our room (upgrade we paid for) once we got there and realised the studio would not be comfortable considering the weathwr. Although the main guy told us twice we would get a call back within 10 mins. We had to follow up he initially said no more rooms yet I could book 2 rooms on wotif. Thanks Wayne for the save. The most appalling thing is, is we paid $100 to upgrade. On our second night we filled our spa to use. Once it got filled it was leaking everywhere (two major seals on the outer part were streaming) called reception. Main guy said 10 mins (this is his thing) and a call back. Never recieved. We went to reception 15/20 mins later to see what to do (do theu want us to keep it filled so they can see or empty) and we were worried as it was a lot of water on the 2nd floor. Main guy (i cant remember his name but a thick accent) said he is waiting for his colleague to call back. Another 10 mins passed and we get a call to say its ok we can still use the spa but we cannot change rooms as they're now fully booked. I said we dont want to change rooms, the spa is unusable and dangerous as our entire patio was now soaked and we really just wanted them to tell us what to do. He hung up.
