Great location. Awesome, friendly staff. The spa suite was soooo good, spacious, comfy. Little kitchenette fridge had like 5 bottles of complimentary water, and real milk for my coffee. Gotta rate them 10 out of 10!

The room was amazing the bed was super comfy. It was the best night sleep we have had in a week. The hospitality was friendly. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Stayed here often, always great service, nice clean rooms BUT stayed last night in one of the newly refurbished rooms WOW 10 out 10, fantatsic job guys, so well done, beautiful fixtures/fittings and a great layout.

We’ve stayed here twice now and have loved it compared to others we’ve stayed in. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and it is very convenient.

The Team at Motel Carnarvon look after us every year for Roma Cup and the other events we do in town. Great Service and really look after the regulars (even if it’s only 3 times a year we visit). Thanks Col and Erin!

Very tidy and clean throughout all the premises. Family of 6 and we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit, plenty of room and places to sit. Would highly recommend to big families. Fantastic price too. Thanks for having us ☺️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Louise and I probably expect a little more given our time in the industry, and it is on a rare occasion that we find a property that is as well maintained. Grounds, units, reception… all fresh and clean with amenities to match. I always check the ceiling lamps if I can't find anything wrong with a property… these are usually full of dead insects… not here though. Priced right… friendly and professional… can't speak highly enough of the service!

Fantastic place to stay. Clean spacious rooms! The lady I spoke to at the front desk was very friendly and even gave us a room upgrade.

Good position quiet for highway location no restaurant but has arrangements with other establishments in town to charge to room.

Shower was amazing, The beds were comfy but the pull out couch wasn't good at all you could feel the poles and the springs, Other than that it was good.

Absolutely lovely big spacious rooms, so clean and homely… Plenty of parking room. And most of all affordable for any traveler… Will recommend this place to everyone traveling out this way.

Great motel with all the amenities you need and more. Staff were friendly, accommodating and cleaned room daily supplying refills of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water as well as fresh towels and toiletries. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in Roma.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment room for a couple, with everything you could possibly need… resulting in a wonderful comfy night's sleep. We were exceptionally happy to encounter friendly, honest staff as we were able to collect the backpack we left behind on our return trip!

YEP! I give * * * * * 5 stars. Great motel. Typical Maranoa hospitality. I used to have family near Roma at Wallumbilla so if I am in the area that option is now shut off — so — thanks to the motel staff, it was a great night. My wife who does cleaning at Women's and Childrens at Central Gippsland Health is very picky and for her to be impressed (except for some subtle cobwebs that her sharp eyes saw in a couple of dark corners ha ha) is REALLY saying something. Thanks again for a good venue. Next time we are heading through (and looking for a motel) you will be it. Top staff too — thanks Pam. Neil. PS — appreciated all the facilities on hand too — including a little kitchen.

Highly recommend Motel Carnarvon. They were lovely and made finding accommodation for our family (and pets) a breeze. We had two spotless adjoining rooms and there are swings and pool. Welcoming and very helpful hosts.

Warmly welcomed at reception and guided through the options for dinner. Everybody was friendly. The room was roomy, worked well and was equipped with everything I needed. I felt like moving in.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Carnarvon Motel for three nights from the 25th September to the the 28th September. I had dental surgery at the Roma Hospital and was well looked after by Col and his lovely wife. The staff catered to my every need ensuring I had lots of peace and quite after having returned from hospital after having general anethetic. The motel is kept lovely and clean and everyone was very keen to help. I would highly recommend this motel to all my friends and family. Once again. Thank you for your kindness. Mrs Glenn Graham.

Booked late just before finding our road had been closed making a1200km drive for the day. Well looked after despite a misunderstanding, rooms clean and serviceable, friendly Bowls Club handy. Good value for money, recommended.

Stayed twice now in queen spa room. Friendly staff, allowed my dog with me outside, carpark right at front door, comfortable bed, fantastic rates and very helpful service. Not a single worry or problem. Best deal for big room + living area for the price, great place to relax and rest after long drives. Went above and beyond!

Highly recommend this motel, we arrived early evening, staff were very welcoming and friendly, up graded to a 2 bedroom appartment which was awesome, very clean and comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will alway stop here now on our travels.
