Wonderful room clean spacious great service wonderful meals.

This Motel is an 11/10! We stayed in a Villa for the night and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything was so clean and well presented! I (and everyone I was travelling with) would highly recommend staying here. Great attention to detail to make our stay just perfect! We also had dinner in the dining room and it was great! Friendly staff and very reasonable prices! I’m not one for writing reviews but I felt that these guys needed the recognition they deserve for such a great place!

Clean comfy rooms.
And a couple of complimentary beers left in the fridge beats a chocolate on the pillow any day.

I was impressed by this motel. It was an absolute treasure after a very long day on the road. I love the dining room where I could have a drink and a meal. The food was delicious and much cheaper than I expected. The room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Even the water pressure in the shower was a surprise. I highly recommend this place for a weary traveller.

Clean, great size. Has what you need for overnight stay. Walking distance to everything in main street. Friendly staff and service.

Every time the steaks are perfect every time juicy, tender, tasty at the little restuarant here at the motel. If it is your job to cook steaks try this and wonder how to! The best steaks in the world.

This was a third stay here and it still has not disappointed us. We stayed twice in the cabins and this time in a room. They always lovely and clean. The bed has always been very comfortable especially after big drives. The staff are always super friendly and really nice. The food in the restaurant is amazing especially the steak it is the best steak I have ever eaten.

Great motel. Very affordable. Neat. Couldn’t fault it if you tried. Restaurant? Great homely food. Great service and cheapest restaurant I’ve been in. Blown away by the prices actually unheard of today… ☺️

Excellent location, friendly staff and dinner is to die for. I recommend the small steak (it’s only 500g). I’ve stayed there 3 times and ALWAYS end up getting the steak for at least 1 night.

Staff were friendly and the room was nice enough, although the exhaust fan cover in the bathroom fell off, what ruined it for me was the stench of stale cigarettes. While the rooms are non smoking, plenty of guests are smokers and they sit right outside open doors and windows smoking. I'm unsure if my room stank from stale smoke from previous guests or the guests in the next room smoking right outside my door, but while the bed was comfortable and the everything else was fine, I couldn't quite relax with the smell. Outside of that, the TV has Foxtel, and the motel has a restaurant, and while I didn't eat there the steaks did smell amazing. Would I stay here again? Maybe. But I think next stay in Barcaldine I'll see what else is available first.

Definitely skip the chicken and go directly to the steak in the restaurant. Amazing food and service with a smile. Next time I will be getting one of their cabins! Thanks for the stay.

Top place to stay accommodation great, friendly staff good food in room or in the restaurant. If you are staying in barcaldine you don't need to look further.

We stayed in one of the cabins for a night. Also when I’m travelling for work or stopping in Barcaldine, I always stay with these guys. Awesome Cabins, well laid out, beds are amazing and great hospitality to go. Can highly recommend.

Well what lovely cabins. Very clean well appointed and despite being close to the road and intersection was so quiet. Bed super comfy nice hot shower. If there was anything negative was the noise of the microwave and that's it. We were traveling to Alice Springs to see the mother in law as she is in a nursing home. Loved all the green energy via Solar seen as that's what my job is selling daily … well done. Will recommend to all.

Had a great stay. Hosts Carol and Dave made us feel so welcome. It was lovely sitting on the veranda with a drink and a tasty dinner. A lovely, clean oasis after being on the road for a number of days.

Absolutely fantastic, I will now stop here everytime I pass through. Food is fresh and excellent staff. Air con however needs time to kick in. Tip. Turn air con on before having dinner.

We drove from Melbourne to Darwin and this was by far the best Motel we have stayed in. Lovely, friendly staff, clean room and the most comfortable bed by far. Beautiful cooked breakfast delivered to our room. Would recommend this Motel to anyone stopping in Barcaldine.

Had a wonderful overnight stay. Cabins were very nice clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful steak dinner and followed with breakfast tje next morning. Staff just bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend Barcaldine Country Motor Inn.

The best rump steak I had had in many years — — Huge, tender tasty… Pitty about the curly chips (not good at all) … Very nice staff.

I always stay here quite a bit for work. Great people, clean rooms, food is great and to top it off two free beers are stocked in the fridge after a hard days work! Where else do you get that at?
