We stayed for 2days — hubby and I had no idea you needed code access for the room key, then the it was the wrong code, the gate didn't work properly, then in the room the heater wasn't working, there were stains on the sheets and blankets. Bed was very low, appliances weren't in good working order, fridge kept freezing our food… all very frustrating.
