Absolutely disgusted with these apartments. We checked in on the thursday evening, after unpacking and settling in we started discovering how filthy the apartment was. Condom wrappers, lollies, chips and left over food was found under the beds and in the lounge area. The floors throughout the apartment were so sticky and filthy, they looked like they had not had a clean for a good few weeks. I went down to reception and reported how filthy the apartment was but was greeted with a non caring attitude by the girl on reception. She was very reluctant to do anything about our complaint. Please be wary about staying at these apartments they are definately not value for money. Even the walls had food smeared on them. I spoke to one of the permanant tenants who own one of the units there and they informed me that the people who have the management rights do not care what the public think of the apartments.

Nice holiday resort not too far from the beach. Rooms are okay and the staff are lovely. I wasn't too happy with the WI-FI only being 1GB of Data and having to receive a new code for it every 3 days though. The gym could use a makeover.

Nice enough appartments, very close to everything but far enough from the crazy busy part of surfers. Not all apartments are managed by Anacapri so the reception may or may not be able to help you with check in check out.

Location good near to the beach and activities. However no house keeping.

We were in the Ana Capri self contained apartments at Enderley Avenue, Surfers Paradise it was a terrible experience all the staff are rude it had filthy, Dirty rooms we can’t even give 1 star we are very very upset with what we got when we arrived. The pictures in the website were fake… we got attracted by all the pictures but it seemed to be worth nothing and it ruined our holiday.

We booked a 3 bedroom on the high level for 4 nights and was ready to leave on our first night. The apartment was dirty and rundown. The crockery was stained and had residual food on them. The plumbing rattled for the duration of every shower. The shower doors were off their hinges. There were clumps of hair and dust under the couches. Its was a shocking experience overall. Not what we would expect to find in Australia.

Terrible experience. The place was filthy. We even found underwear from previous occupants. Bathroom mouldy and bathroom screen broken. Curtains were very dirty and stained. Beds were sunken. We booked for 4 nights and regretted it instantly on check in. Avoid this place unless it is super cheap. The smell of sewerage was all pervading.

While my family and I stayed at the resort from 6-8 october 2017 we were very unhappy with our stay. Our room was outdated, insufficient amount of tolieteries were provided, blinds were broken/ dusty and beds / sofa were as hard as a rock would have been nice if there was atleast some cushion inside the lounge for comfort. Upon arrival and during our stay reception was always unattended and when checking out the receptionist expected for me to still pay the $100 security bond when our stay was over. As I refused and asked if she could check the room and or get someone too she replied in saying "i dont have the time or energy to go check". Despite being a frequent traveller to the Gold Coast I will never stay here again or recommend to family and friend's.

Good deal. Unreasonable check in and check out time.

Checked into the accommodation with awful cleanliness — condom wrappers beneath the bed, vomit on toilets and cigarette butts in the rooms.

Was there in Jan 16 for holiday but we couldn't sleep at all due to none sound proofing. People from upstairs keeps doing their adult job during the night with the roller bed and of course with noise. The worst holiday ever because we can't sleep during the night after long day out. Would never coming back.

This building has a nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court. It also has foxtel connection. The views are amazing you get to see the sunrise and sunset, the ocean and the canal.

Do not pay too much of a deposit as they have an unusual no refund if cancelled within 14 days of the your arrival date In all my travels I have never heard of such a thing if you had to cancel a booking the most is up to 48 hours before hand and you lose 1 nights accommodation I payed up front and then had to cancel 7 days before arrival and lost my full $900.

Not good at all. Very bad staff with no proper English. They say free Internet but it is only 300 mb a day. They lie. There is no room service. You must pay for everything.

I absolutely love it — fantastic staff, breathtaking views, comfy as home :-).

3 bedroom unit dirty on arrival, dirty plates, doors walls covered in prints and marks. Lights not working taps leaking. Drier sounds like its going to explode. Broken deck chair Was our favorite place for 15 years, but in need of a upgrade. When I complained staff said all rooms are like this. I don't really believe that. Staff should learn to acknowledge a well mannered complaint not go on defensive. Its for their own good. Staff always friendly and pool and grounds very well kept.

Excellent value for money. Living area and rooms were comfortable. Public bus stop nearby.

I recently returned from an amazing week stay at Anacapri with friends. The apartment was value for money and clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful with booking tours for my group, and made some great suggestions on where to go! It was an easy walk into the centre of Surfers and public transport was close by. I would highly recommend Anacapri for people who are looking for an affordable holiday option and dont want the hassle of a car. I will definately be returning to Anacapri.
