Did not expected this kind of accomodation in Gold Coast! Dusty, dirty carpet looks like it’s not cleaned since apartment was built, no bins in the toilets, bathroom roof paint is chipping of and disgusting water marks are all over the roof. Main bathroom window do t have blind which is right in front of the shower… privacy issue. Laundry room looks disgusting. I would rate it 0. Not worth the money I payed for this kind of apartment. Very very disappointing!

Beautiful ocean, city and river views. Comfortably, family friendly, really loved staying here for 7 night, home vibes, pool is nice, staff are nice, very close to everything, beach 2 secs away, little stroll to the shops, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended 🥰

Perfect location and big apartments!

It was a great stay and so dam close to everything.

We had a girls weekend away, our room was on the 28 floor so Spectacular views, great facilities.

Awesome place to stay. Great view and also great staff. Will be back again. Just up from Cavill Mall and next to Q1 but not right in party central so the noice is minimal if any. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks again to all the staff for making our holiday very memorable.

Great Indian restaurant, best on the Gold Coast. Doesn't hurt to book as they have big tour groups of Indian tourists, which in my opinion is a great stamp of approval. Vindaloo is my fav but make sure you get it extra hot.

We often stay in Surfers at nearby facilities like Q!, Watermark and Mantra and have wondered what the Aegean, which with its attractive Mediterranean appearance and tropical garden, is like. Well, now we know! Great views from the D apartments, from ocean to hinterland hills (although the windows were dirty). Location is also good and the unit was spacious. We also enjoyed the well equipped gym, indoor heated pool and working saunas. For those points I would give 4*. Regrettably these attractive features are let down by old, dodgy appliances — the dishwasher didn't clean properly (which accounts for the dirty glasses and crockery upon arrival, I suppose), the oven couldn't be set to a temperature as any indicators had long since been rubbed off and the washing machine, which shorted out the unit's electrics the first night, wouldn't stop running on the second day. When it finally stopped the door wouldn't open and upon giving it a tug the handle broke, which we were charged a fee for, which was a bit rich! The balcony doors also didn't lock. General cleaning could be better as the apartment didn't appear to have been dusted in a while and there were dirty hand prints on doors. Setting basic standards for unit owners re appliances would go a long way to improving the amenity of these apartments for guests, as would inspections of the cleaning post occupancy.

Terrific apartments with a view. The location was perfect only a short walk to the beach and the nightclubs. Very spacious which was an extra surprise.

Good Rooms Tall Building and a nice lobby. A very nice Indian Restaurant on the ground floor.

Great location right in the middle of Surfers Paradise, but no air-con in bedrooms and a not very powerful ceiling fan means *avoid* in warm weather.

Average serviced apartment type rooms. There were certain issues with toilet exhaust and some windows not closing, but we're addressed immediately upon complaint. Kitchen and washing machines were functional and served the purpose. Cutlery was provided. Plenty of eateries as well as 24 hr convenient stores right under the building. Secure access and parking. Highlights were that it was close to the beach, so we'd just walk it. The basement pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a relief post every visit to the beach.

Had great plans in Gold coast and all are changed because of one dirty looking apartment. Everything in the apartment was broken. No doors to the bed rooms, Rooms stinking like toilets, sticky floors and so on… Rude and irresponsible staff. Planned to stay for 4 nights but only stayed for one night. Dont expect to get a good sun rise, as the view is blocked by the neighbouring apartments.

Average. Nothing special except it is quite close to the beach. I'd probably just pay a bit more and stay at something nicer in future. The building is quite old, pools are very basic.

The apartment was massive; two bedrooms, two bathrooms, incredibly large living-kitchen area… However, I don't give the five stars as you could notice some bits and pieces quite aged; the building entrance is under renovation (Feb 18) and well, … being picky, a bit overpriced because of that. Overall, totally recommended.

Asked for renovated room. Bedrooms so hot daytime and most nights. Windows didnt shut properly. Too hot to be in bathroom as no covering on window. Loved this place before this trip. Dont stay south side if bedrooms not aircon. Views are great though. Found a pic of a renovated room and it was far better than this one… not much in kitchen. Staff should give you what you ask for… phil.

Good location, reasonable room and service for the price.

Parking is terrible, however the Tandoori Place downstairs is absolutely excellent. Food is amazing and the service good.

Great location, far enough from Cavill to be quiet yet only a 5 minute walk if you want to go into the centre. Beach is at the end of the street, 2 minute walk. Tram stop 3 minutes away.

Location is great, near lots of shops and the beach. As stated though you dont get additional amenities even if you stay for longer than one night, which isnt very nice. Having to buy toilet paper on holiday isnt a good thing!

I stayed here for schoolies and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made, the room I stayed in was very nice and spacious but the overall appearance of the hotel was terrible as there was renovations going on at the time I stayed there, this wouldn’t of bothered me if we weren’t woken up early every morning but loud noises outside! The hotel management were nothing but rude all the time, not considerate at all and for the security guard he was the biggest dog, we were supplied with absolutely no cleaning products but than they would inspect our apartment and expect it to be sparkly clean, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Great apartments in a good location, right amongst the action of surfers paradise but away from noise.

I loved staying in these appartments we were on the 14th floor and still had a good view of the surf and spectacular sunrises. Facilities well met three blocks from the centre 60 steps to the beach wonderful. Staff are awesome plenty to do and see. I loved my stay at Aegean Surfers Paradise ♡☆☆☆☆☆

Great location, nice view Although the apartment is quite old and not really clean.

It was Excellent place to stay — close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The Staff were Fantastic, helpful, and friendly. It was very spacious and clean. I would recommend to anyone who visits the Gold Coast.

Currently renting apartment 16B — very old and in need of an upgrade. Very poorly stocked kitchen re appliances and utensils. Had to get clothes dryer fixed and kitchen tap replaced in the first few days. Not cleaned very well before our arrival, lots of dust!
On the positive side, it is a good sized apartment with great views, and lifts are very fast. Great location.
Overall I would have to say this apartment is definitely NOT worth the $3000+ we had to pay for 2 weeks!

Fantastic place to stay. The unit was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying at Surfers Paradise.

The 3rd stay here & certainly not our last. The views are spectacular, escpecially the "A"side. You get mountain, city & ocean views.

After being regular guest for over 6 years, today receptionist and manager words was to me "Take it or go somewhere else". I decide to not coming back ever again in this hotel who obviously doesn't have any respect towards regular guest when they offered me smelly, unrefurbished, dust caked, with terrible smelled dishwasher, oily and fishy smelly oven and mouldy bathrooms. Couple of apartments offered me today has apsolutely same problem. And they did have new refurbished room with high price-"because owner doesn't alowed them" normal "off season" rate. After I returned keys and said to this receptionist that we found better apartment for suitable normal price-she run after us and try to convince us that they had better room with high price. She create scene with me screaming on her unprofessional words"To go somewhere else if we don't like it"-I am glad that we choose healthy, new apartment across the street with suitable price. I never experienced this unprofessional aproach ever in any hotel throughout the world. This family owned business of receptionists and manager is the worst thing that ever happened to this hotel. My advice to all future guests-do not except filth that they offer for high price-plenty hotels with healthy apartments and pleasent working stuff are around. It should be called hotel DISASTER (with few renovated apartments if you lucky to get one at high price). Very disappointed regular guest.

What an awesome place to stay, my family and I stayed for four days and the staff were amazing and friendly. We will definitely be back thank you to all the staff that made our holiday that extra bit more special.

Good location and friendly staff. Rooms were very average, the aircon doesn't work, fans are noisey, rooms were poor and plenty of cracks on the walls. The place needs a massive renovations.

Was very dissapointed in the presentation of our room, the basics were not met and for $270 a night I expected more. The room was dirty and smelled, desperately needs upgrading. The good: The reception staff were very friendly and the location and views are great.

Great views from the balcony been there 3 times now going back in january for 4 days then back again in 2018 woo hoo.

The Aegean was disgusting. The balcony was very dangerous. The bench was laminated and taped together. It was dirty and old. We left after the first night, I would advise you not to stay there.

Apartment was fabulous, great view and perfect for a family of four, the front of house were amazing to deal with and so helpful. Happily come back here again have had a wonderful time.

Cozy and warm. Great apartment to stay with nice view towards to beach. Fully furnished and equipped with everythn u need. Nice balcony and huge led tv. Made my stay at Surfers Paradise memorable.

I had the three bedroom apartment for a week. It was poorly cleaned on check in, finding socks, dead cockroaches under beds, clear plastic from packaging, lollie wrappers and plastic cups on the floor. The bed coverings were cheap and not desirable and in the master bedroom I was only supplied with a sheet, only 6 towels were provided for the week (even though they were aware that there were 6 ppl plus 2 infants) and only three rolls of toilet paper, no tissues provided, live cockroaches seen in the apartment, balcony sliding door was extremely hard to open and needed to be replaced, no flynets on the windows to let fresh air in, furniture and curtains was old and worn out and smell from the down stairs restaurant filled the main bedroom. Carpark entrance was not level making it difficult to not scrape the bottom of the car on leaving the carpark, pools were not not child friendly and outdoor pool was not heated, whereas the indoor pool was too hot. The lobby and hallways of the apartment were uncomfortable to be in after the front desk closed as they had no air conditioning, Entrance to the lobby and lifts was not easy to access with a pram or wheel chair as it only had steps. Not at all happy with the apartment.

I read mixed reviews before deciding to stay at the Aegean Resort Apartments at Surfers Paradise, but the service, views and room was amazingly beautiful. My family and I stayed in room 6D which had the garden view but were able to also see the beach aswell. Being situated closely to groceries and clothes stores it was easy to grab anything we needed really fast and the 150m walk to Surfers Paradise is one of the greatest perks! But I would say the best thing about the Aegean was the customer service, they are extremely friendly and helpful and the staff is what made the stay.
