We arrived here after an extremely hard day, packing for the removalists. We have a lovely room, very impressed. We went upstairs to the rooftop bar, for a drink and a small meal, before retiring early. Would definitely stay here again…

Lovely clean rooms, plenty of space, modern, free undercover parking. Loved the rooftop bar upstairs on the top floor! Excellent friendly customer service. The Buffet was really good as well next door at the club. Would definitely come back.

Highly recommend, rooms are clean, and spacious. I had a 10 day stay here and just couldn’t fault it. A special thanks to the cleaners also who went above and beyond to help me the day the serviced my room after coming out of hospital. Everyone was kind and professional. We will definitely stay again!

Moment I checked in to checking out, staff were very friendly. Hotel and my room was clean and modern and met all the requirements. Perfect hotel for a night / 2 night stay.

I can’t thank the staff enough at this Hotel. They have been so helpful and accommodating to me over the phone helping me with my mum staying while my dad unexpectedly had an extended stay in hospital. In particular I would like to thank Harrison on customer service who totally gets his job description and has gone above and beyond to help!

Very new hotel, excellent comfortable rooms, adjoined to the southport sharks aussie football club. Very clean, All the facilities are located in the club, bars, restaurant, shop, pokies, conference rooms gym, (payable). There is a bar on the roof, (The Avery), which also does a limited food menu, smart dress is required. No pool but there is a public pool nearby. Close to motorway links, laundry service available and also a DIY laundry located under the hotel, (cheaper option). Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Would recommend a stay here.

Some staff not very flexible at the front desk for sign in. If you live too close (Nerang) you are expected to be a member to have a meal. I can’t be a member to every club I got to for a meal.

Wow what a gorgeous venue, hinterland views to watch the sun go down on the west with a great outdoor rooftop with ample dining area, great space for birthdays, inside the Surfers Paradise skyline looking stunning at night, very stylish up market venue hope it doesn't get too popular once the secret is out!

Rooms fairly tiny, but price good and quite modern.

Not central enough, would only recommend if you have a car. Otherwise it's a bit of a hassle. Very far from the airport! Lovely Hotel though and very polite staff.

We visited for the Commonwealth Games 2018 (Apr 2018) when the hotel had newly opened. At the time none of Google Maps nor Uber had the location, making the hotel hard to find and get to. The hotel is well appointed and everything was new. However for most questions (e. G. Maps, room service) the staff didn't know initially and had to get back to us (if they remembered to). The room is comfortable but have of them have a view over a parking place. Our room had the sink, oddly, outside near the door. It made althe bathroom more spacious but it just felt weird. The biggest let down here is room service. The hotel is attached to the club, so is mainly going to be for people attending an event there but that means when the club cafe closes, no room service. It closes at 21:30! Your options then are the service station 'servo' or chicken place a 10 mins walk away.

New and Lit, modern architecture with strong service. The price you pay is way worth the service and location.

Stayed 2 nights when first opened… great room with all comforts. Air con hard to work… maybe it was me… good staff… very reasonably priced… will stay again.

This is a great new hotel in a superb location next to the Sharks club — the staff were professional, very friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for JAMES the hotel manager — such an awesome example of somebody who lives to deliver great customer service. The rooms are bright with good decor & facilities and the beds are extremely comfortable. Thank you Mantra for helping to make my first visit to Gold Coast such a good one.
