We had the most amazing experience. Originally booked as a cabin for two, I called and the wonderful Lisa went above and beyond to work out the best way for us to add an additional guest. With a four year old asking every hour on the hour when “holidays started”, I contacted to enquire about an early check in. Belle was so helpful with her recommendation and support. Our room was amazing as was the park. We visited every park and pool, the bouncing pillow, kids club, mini golf, bikes and ate dinner at the delicious bistro. Such a fun 24 hours with a busy little 4 year old and even though it’s in the middle of the hustle and bustle of shops, you feel a million miles away.

Great family orientated park. Adults and kids had just as much fun. Facilities are great and staff and caretakers are very professional nothings ever a bother. Highly recommend. Our family of 9 will be doing this as our annual holiday destination. Thanks for an amazing week. From the gangi family A++++++++

Amazing place for camping or in one of their houses. All staff are friendly, numerous activities for all ages available. We really enjoy the karts and mini golf. All the playground are so much fun. The restaurant has amazinggggg food with quick service. The cocktails are great! The pools and pool area are always clean! we rate it a 5/5 can't wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect for myself and my young family, heaps to do, great activities and close to all the fun locations (movie world, wet & wild, Sea world) everyone was lovely, friendly and very accommodating! My kids especially loved the jumping pillow, movie nights and selection of pools!

I mentioned that it was my sons birthday during our stay and there was a card and a gift bag for him in thr room when we arrived. Amazing service! we have been here before and will be back again.

What a beautiful spot for a family holiday! Great park, lots for the kids to do, great location — close to shops & easy to get in and out of. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of going for a visit to treasure island!

I've been here twice now with my family. We have a blast here, so much to do inside the park. The kids full of smiles. Staff are really great and we just love it here. We will be back again soon, highly recommended for families especially.

Positives: lovely grounds, lots of things to do, very clean and tidy and surprisingly quiet. Negatives: not disability friendly, hedging near one of the toilets goes over the ramp and makes ramp impossible to negotiate with a wheelchair and the only ‘disability bathroom’ I saw was on the opposite end of the park from my site, small, difficult to negotiate in a wheelchair and I needed help to get out due to the size of the ‘lip on edging of the tiles’ and had to get help to tip my wheelchair back to get over it. Very disappointed with the lack of ‘accessibility’ for wheelchairs. Being wheelchair bound shouldn’t mean having to lose your independence when using toilet or shower. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them for the disabled community until they update their facilities. I would suggest that they get some information from the disabled/wheelchair bound community to help them fix the issues (lip/edging on tiles, replace plastic garden chairs with built in fold down seats, easier door openings-difficult to push open and push wheelchair through).

We stayed here recently and was not happy with my stay.
They need lots more washing machines and dryer’s.
A few more showers would have been good.
My stay at other parks that are much cheaper was far better.
Bats feed in trees above tent and very big mess on tent and around tent.
It’s very unlikely I would stay here again.

To all the team at the resort…A big thank you to you all, you made our holiday so relaxed and we were always greeted with friendly, polite, helpful and efficient staff. We are already looking forward coming back soon as what your resort offers ticks all of our boxes for the perfect family getaway.

The kids always have an amazing time here it’s the best place to take the family all the activities going on. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful we love it.

Took our 5 year old grandson for the weekend. We were blown away with this awesome place! The staff were lovely and soooo patient with the kids. Amazing activities kept the kids entertained all weekend. Very clean and tidy facilities. And a fabulous licences Bistro to help grandma and papa cope with the busy weekend. Highly recommend this place for families with kiddies! Will be back for sure!

Sneaking off for a quiet mummy / daughter trip and hit with terrible weather. But that didn’t stop us enjoying our weekend.
The pool was still filled with families having fun, the staff were amazing and friendly.
The highlight of our trip was the bistro staff. Being coeliac I dread going to new places to eat. But a little chat to the chef soon had me eating a massive chicken and salad (so big I couldn’t eat it all). And it didn’t disappoint The cabin was roomy and the perfect place to escape the rain between outings. Everything was clean and the beds were amazing (lil miss slept on 2 of the 4 bunks in her room) This was our second visit and we’ll be back again Thank you to all the staff for making our little getaway so relaxing.

The Resort offers plenty of activities and areas to enjoy. Their staff are friendly & very efficient!

Just returned home from our 4th visit to treasure island! We had a weekend stay for my daughters birthday with a group of kids. The accomodation was great, and cleanliness of the place was amazing no faults! Although we were left disappointed that on the only full day we had at the park, three quarters of the park was closed for 2hrs due to a private event which consisted of about 30-40 teenagers! I totally understand for the mini golf and the tennis courts to be hired out but the water park and jumping pillow to be closed was unnecessary! we all had paid to stay at the park therefore should all have access to use of all the facilities, instead we were all expected to just use the pools, which was then also used by the group once they had finished in the other areas! Another mother was left unsure what to do as both her little children could not swim and were unable to use the pools! There is no mention of private events on the website or in the guest handbook! I did go in and speak to reception who said they would speak to manager and get back to me but I heard nothing back! If Knowing that a private event closing 3/4 of the park was going to take place it would of influenced my decision in booking my daughters birthday weekend here!

Friendly staff. Amazing pools and such beautiful vibes. Great for family’s with kids or just a get away with your partner. Food and bistro was also amazing.

We have just returned home from our nearly 2 week stay at NRMA Treasure Island and we miss it already. Everything was amazing there, especially all of the children's activities and the awesome friendly staff. Thank you so much and we are already planning our next trip back there.

Yes I would recommend NRMA Treasure Island it has been fantastic people are very friendly and staff as well. I would stay here again.

We have just returned home from our 5 night stay at Treasure Island. Hubby, myself and our 4 children had the best time! Honestly. The park itself was clean and beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly, the amount of activities/facilities for the family and kids to do at the park meant we didnt even need to leave the park. But the best part of Treasure Island was definitely Ji and Carly and the kids club. The kids had endless things to do! crafts, sports, games, movies. Carly and Ji — your friendliness, kindness, attitude and enthusiasm with the kids is 100% the reason we will tell all our friends that they MUST stay at Treasure Island. Thank you for an amazing holiday. We will definitely be coming back.

Family oriented place great for kids very clean and tidy safari tents are excellent loved our accommodation.

We just turned up here to find out we got a free upgrade the new villa is fantastic plenty of room for 3 adults and separate bathrooms.

We stayed at Treasure Island for two nights this week and it was nowhere near long enough. We had a ball. The lady in the restaurant and the two boys in the bar were awesome. We will be back. Never had friendlier service. Loved it. Thank you all :)

My extended family stayed between 14-17 Dec in a large garden villa. The children had a great time and are eager to return and we’d love to do
so as it’s convenient and close to home. HOWEVER there was an extreme mould problem in the air conditioners which we brought to the attention of reception staff on checkout. 2 grandchildren developed severe asthma (mould is a known trigger) and one was hospitalised within an hour of checkout, resulting in missed daycare and work. So far we, ve had no response let alone apology! This is a cleaning issue that really needs to be attended to ASAP so others dont have to go through something similar.

We recently stayed at Treasure Island for 4 nights with friends and absolutely loved our time here. This was our second time staying here so we decided to split our holiday up and stayed at another resort for the other half of our trip. We wished that we had stayed the for the whole 10nights with you! Our kids loved everything from the jumping pillow to movie nights and of course the water park and pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back next time we are in Queensland!

Would HIGHLY recommend this resort. It is good for ALL ages! My family and I went there for my mums 60th birthday. We are ages from 2 to 60 and we ALL had a ball. There are so many things for kids to do as well as places for adults to relax! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything we would ever need. I will DEFINITELY be going back one day soon!

Great place, we stayed in a town house, and it was excellent. Had all the facilities we needed, and was clean. Swimming pools were in good condition and nice temperature. As were the spa. Kids enjoyed the bouncy pillow and play areas. We are in the restaurant one evening again, it was clean and in good condition, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Thanks.

We love this place so much that we have chosen this to be our go to accomadation. Traveling with kids treasure island has everything to offer at your door step. Make sure to bring bikes or scooters. The ambiance is fun and friendly. Very nice host making check in and out a breeze. The cabins are pristine. With everything you need for a little home away from home. Wish we had stayed a little longer. Will plan again for at least 1 week.

Great resort for young families. We took our almost 5 yr old and he would have been happy playing on the jumping pillow and water play area all day every day. Friendly, helpful staff and clean facilities. We stayed in a garden villa which was clean and charming, though there were some weird noises from (we think) a water pump from time to time.

We stayed at Treasure Island for 8 nights with our 7 year old son. We highly recommend Treasure Island as the perfect place to stay with your family. The location was close to theme parks and Surfers Paradise. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Beautiful swimming areas that our son really enjoyed and friendly staff everywhere you went within the park. But the highlight for our son was the free daily activities. Jai and Nicki ran all the activities for the children and did a fantastic job I could not speak more highly of the two of them. Special mention is needed for the disco they arranged for the children it was by far the best childrens disco I have ever seen. Our son loved every second of his stay at Treasure Island and we would highly recommend to anyone considering staying there.

Fantastic place to stay especially if you have a young family. Location is perfectly situated walking distance to shops and plaza and only approx 10-15 mins to all theme parks. The park facilities were excellent, place well maintained, room clean and tidy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are daily/ hourly activities for the kids and also really fun night of bingo during dinner which involves everyone. Not a bad word to say about this place.

Loved everything about this place. The staff are welcoming and accommodating my wife and I and our 4 kids cannot wait to go back.

Location is good, convenient for outlet shopping. But if distance to the beach. Villas were nice enough, but the owners haven't really didn't a lot on upkeep. Where we were staying the central air didn't work, instead a couple of split systems had been installed. The amenities are great for kids and families. Pool areas, playground with giant jumping pillow. Water park. Lots of options presented for accomodation.

Place was clean. Camp site was good with power and water. Camp kitchen was clean. Staff very good, had time for a wee chat. Lots for time to do bouncing pillow, swimming pool, kids club. Food shops not far away from the place. I would give it 10 out of 10

I only visited friends who were staying there. I did try their bistro and went a chicken burger (comes with chips). Best burger I had in a long time! The whole place is setup will for the kids and my mate's kids were having a ball :)

Great place to stay, esp with kids. Amenities were clean and plenty of them. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly as well as being helpful with advice. Special thanks to Ji at the Kids Corner. Our two grandchildren just loved him and all the kids activities he did. Would recomend this to people with young children has it has plenty to keep them occupied. We have already booked in for another stay at a later time.

My family and I stayed here for just over a week here. The school hoilday program they provided for the kids is great and a wide variety of things around the park for the kids to do. Pools were clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cabin was clean. And the food at the restaurant was great.

We stayed over the Easter long weekend in our pop top caravan, on arrival it was obvious the park was near capacity, the line up to check-in took close to 30mins, the driveway entrance is poorly designed for cars towing vans and makes it difficult for cars wanting to leave from the parking area as entering vehicles are lined up across the exit and even down the highway. The park is in a great location for shopping with Harbour Town walking distance away. The water park and kids activities are great, but the tennis court and mini golf course and equipment are in need of maintenance or replacing, especially as they are an extra cost to do. The staff are not particularly friendly and wound benifit from updating their customer service skills. Particularly in the kiosk. We were served by a more senior attendant Jeanie, who refused to smile and generally treated customers as an inconvenience, she made perhaps the worst coffee I’ve ever paid for, I should’ve asked for a refund but I had already returned a drink early that was not made correctly (no alcohol and the sofa flat). We ate at the Galleon restaurant on Sunday evening my grilled fish was tasty and cooked well but the salads on offer are similar to what you buy from a Supermarket deli, the buffet was average for the price.

We stayed in the studio room with no allocated parking. For over $200 a night I would expect one, not in the shopping centre next door as suggested by staff. The benches in our room were quite dirty as was the mirror. The pillows really need to be changed as they are old and flat. At night our room was so bright due to outside light that shone into the ensuite and then through the vertical wooden slat blind. We ended up putting pillows from lounge over window to try to block out. We had family staying in the more secure part of the park with young kids. The activities for them were fantastic and the facilities very good. The food was very nice but one staff member was a tad rude about meat being consumed on good friday. I would highly recommend for people with children.

We just stayed here for the second time travelling from NSW. We stayed in a pandanus villa (family of 4) as we did 3 years ago & loved it even more this time. The blinds at the sliding entry door are new, no stains on lounge, bathroom minimum mould, friendly reception staff, facilities kept very well (best I’ve seen so far) & amazing staff in kids korner (activities thumbs up too). However some staff in galleons cafe are not very nice, our villa wasn’t cleaned to the best (which I have expressed to reception upon arriving & leaving). Also some room appliances such as washing machine, main room remote & TV could be upgraded as we had issues with these our entire stay (even though expressing these to reception staff). We loved it here though even with those hiccups & will return again Great Park for our kids.

First time at Treasure Island and we were amazed at the amount of the kids activities provided and the amazing staff running them. Grandkids had so much fun, movie night, pools, karts, jumping pillow, splash water park, mini golf. There was so much to do! Jye and Nikki were amazing with the kids and made the activities fun from start to finish. Treasure Island is loads of fun and central to all theme parks but so many activities if you don't want too you don't have to go to the theme parks. The harbourtown shopping centre closeby is worth going to for Dinner and supplies. Would definitely recommend this place for families or grandparents holidaying with grsndkids in tow.

Awesome place. It’s all about the kids and water is the answer. My 5 yr old loved the pool party, magic show, kids games and movie under the stars. Anywhere that wrecks a 5 yr old has got to be good… just try and catch up.

This was our 3rd trip to treasure island and while we liked it before, the kids activities are a million times better now! Jai and Nikki were fantastic! The activities are so well run and they are so good at keeping the kids organised and everything running smoothly while being so much fun! It didn’t feel like they were at work, it felt like they were on holidays with us. There was so much for the kids to do they were go go go. No time to winge or argue with each other. There was something for all of my kids. My only small critique was that some of the bistro staff seemed a bit stressed out at times and it felt like we were a hassle when we needed something. They always helped us out with what we needed, but it felt like it was a bit of a bother sometimes. Jai and Nikki do such a great job at creating a fun relaxed atmosphere and this detracted from that a little. And also that there were so many restrictions on what we could order — 2 years ago we’d order pink lemonade spiders for the kids and they came out in a tall glass and looked lovely and kids thought it was the best ever. This time they told us only on Sunday’s so we waited till Sunday, and then it came in a coffee cup full of froth which wasn’t so fun. The coffee wasn’t great either. And the cocktails weren’t nice. Nachos though great. Still 5 stars though, reception staff were great, facilities clean and well kept, we had a great time.

Wow! Our first time staying at Treasure Island and we were very impressed. The best thing hands down about Treasure Island is the kids activities provided and the amazing staff running them. It just totally made our holiday! Our 3 young kiddies had so much fun. From the pool party to the disco, movie night, pools, karts, jumping pillow, splash water park, mini golf. There was so much to do! Ji and Nikki were amazing with the kids and totally made the activities fun from start to finish, was so impressed how their enthusiasm shone in everything that they did and it was clear that they get enjoyment out of their jobs. Also the front reception staff couldnt have been more friendly or helpful at checkin. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is that unfortunately I felt a few (not all) of the ladies in the bar/coffee area could have been a bit more friendly/welcoming. A couple of times when I was ordering coffee/drinks I felt like I was putting them out and they didn't really want to be there. Remember good customer service starts with a smile or acknowledgement. Treasure Island — we will definitely be back in the future. See you soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loads for the kids to do during the holidays. The amenities are great. Good location with outlet shopping centre virtually next door. Price was reasonable as we travelled during peak season. Bookings well in advance are recommended. Staff can assist with booking tours and attractions. Discounts available for NRMA members and this goes beyond just the accommodation.

Fantastic Park — My 6 yr old did not want to leave. We have best time and will visit again. Wifi was poor but it did not bother much as so much to do within park. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Thanks for lovely experience and keep up good Job.

Fantastic family park, great flora. Pity the bat's and birds make a right mess of things. Perfect location for a theme park holiday. They could clean the amenities more than once a day when it's busy.

This place is fantastic for staying in a caravan. With 3 pools and 5+ spas the place is an amazing experience for summer. It has a great location and all service experiences were fantastic.

We have had a fantastic holiday. So much to do for all the family. We stayed in a Superior Garden Villa which slept 2 adults and up to 4 children. We also had a baby and they supplied a portacot and high chair free of charge. Thank you to the wonderful staff in the kids club. They put on a great program for kids of all ages and including the adults (tug of war) was lots of fun. Definitely going to recommend to our friends and hopefully come back soon.

Awesome Stay. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Great location, pretty much in the middle for all the major theme parks (Sea world, white water world, dream world, movie world, wet n wild). There is the Harbour Town Shopping centre only a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent with family friendly eateries within walking distance. The service was fantastic. Loved the pools and spas. Kids loved the karts as well. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we never got a chance to play mini golf or enjoy the outdoor movie night. Room was ok. There was permanent mold marks on the entrance floor as its wooden floor. The oven took forever to heat up. There is always a pool of water on the side of the toilet bowl.

We have brought our teenage kids & 4 of their friends. The villa has been great & is right outside one of the parks pools. Bedrooms are large & plenty of room for the kids. Villa is clean although we spotted a cockroach on our arrival. Not enough items in the kitchen to properly cater for 8 guests including chairs around the table. There is not enough for us to all sit at the table. Lots of park activities & kids have kept busy & are enjoying themselves. Our kids would have absolutely loved them all when they were younger. All the kids activities look fun & well run. We haven't eaten at the restaurant but it looks great & is located right next to the jumping pillow & water park so you could sit there & enjoy a snack whilst keeping an eye on your kids. As we are an RACQ member all the activities are half price which is fantastic. The park is close to Harbour Town so the kids have gone shopping & seen a movie. Grocery shop for all your needs is close by. Downside to park is that you need to drive to get to a beach if that is what you are after. Staff at park have been friendly & helpful.

Just had a weeks camping and kids loved it loads to keep them entertained also in a great location close to water parks, dreamworld etc staff friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast was also a hit, could do with an extra sink in the camp kitchen to wash dishes it did get a bit busy but all in all a big thumbs up we will be booking again.

The park is a great opportunity to stay close to the beach but also a bit away of the noise. It's facilities are all perfectly clean and in very good condition. Furthermore are there nice pools and spa areas to relax.

By far the best Big 4 Holiday Park I have ever been to. Good proximity to Dreamworld (15km), Movie World and Wet N Wild (10km). Plenty for the kids to do, younger ones loved the water park, older ones were satisfied with the pools, slide and hot tubs. All you can eat buffet was a hit as well. We stayed in a villa last time, this time we're coming with a caravan, so interested to see how the experience differs.

Just stayed in a Pandanus Villa with my brother and his wee family for two nights! NOT LONG ENOUGH! The kids had a ball and we are looking to come back hopefully soon! Awesome stay next time next to the pool.

We stayed in a Riverside Villa with 3 adults and two kids for four days in December 2014.  The location was good and well maintained.  Plenty of activities for kids, but it wasn't very busy so the kids club was like a ghost town most of the time.  We stayed here but had other plans in the area, so we didn't take full advantage of the site.  Kids played in the splash pad a couple times and had lots of fun! It is a good location to go visit the coast and the theme parks (Sea World, Dreamworld, and Movieworld).   The rooms themselves are okay.  Could use a little maintenance here and there, but they were clean and roomy.  The kids had lots of fun in the bunk beds and playing around.  The pool right by the villa was very convenient and nice. A big drawback was the lack of decent Wi-Fi.  There was some free Wi-Fi included, but the signal was weak, and we hit the limit very quickly. Would go again.

No blankets in winter? we visited in winter school holidays and they made up our rooms without any blankets at all. When we approached the reception they told us they had run out. The heater was also broken in our room. Two nights so far cold without blankets and heater. We have gone and brought our own blankets and winter pyjamas It's pretty unacceptable. The playground and activities are pretty great for kids, be aware though that there are additional costs for many of the activities. Other than cold nights the accommodation otherwise is comfortable.

Brilliant, will definitely stay again.
