Quite rooms close to everything the only thing is the kitchen is very small.

We spent 2 days at the resort the staff was lovely n friendly the only fault I could find with it was out of there control and that was that the roof top pool needed maintenance otherwise it was so great n the view was amazing thanks so much to you all for a amazing stay.

We were a last minute booking after lift issues where we were suppose to stay and we are so glad we discovered this gem of a place. We found the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for us. We stayed in 4H. The location across the road from the water was fantastic and we did spend lots of time walking and my son enjoyed playing in the sand and water. Easy to head into Surfers also. Loved the glass lift and foyer. We used most of the amenities — games room, tennis court, pool and spa (rooftop one is currently closed) rooftop BBQ, USB of movies for kids plus had a few meals in the coffee shop located ground floor of the building.

You need to choose a unit that has been renovated and we find units 5E and 5D are some of the best with front facing views.

Great quiet affordable place to stay.

Worst place ever, they advertise for rooftop pools spa and when we arrive got told was not available, sauna not available downstairs spa not working properly, and just because was not enough first night we end up with no parking spot in garage because people parked more than one car and manager said he couldn’t do anything about it so I had to park my car 200 meters away, never anymore will not recommend at all.

The following things were advertised, but upon checking in were told:
Roof top pool was closed for repairs.
Free car parking was very limited and not always available.
Air conditioning was an 18 year old unit that had poorly maintained bearings and could not be repaired. Could not do a room move because they were fully booked (even though there was a vacancy sign out the front) or offered a discount rate because we couldn’t use the air con.
Washing machine spin cycle would reset itself and start the whole washing process again.
Shower door in ensuite would not close properly.
Sink in ensuite was nearly blocked.

Awesome location wonderful staff and great views.

Reception closes at 2 on a Saturday. Which we did not realise. And aftehours check in phone just wouldn't connect. Had to ring the emergency number to speak to someone. But they came very quickly to check us in once they knew and were very nice. Spa bath was huge but not very powerful… the room was nice… clean and comfy and had everything we needed… shops were a short walk away… Loved the indoor ponds. One night was just not enough.

Nice place bad management made us paid twice saying we hadn’t paid at all, even after showing them the payment.

Great break away it maybe only a short one but it's great, the position is awesome close to everything and beach across the road waterview.

We really enjoyed our stay fantastic facilities and very helpful staff. The pools and spas were fantastic and it is close to everything. We will be coming back for another relaxing stay soon.

We visited this resort for the second time and have once again been very satisfied with the facilities, cleanliness and receptionist service. Perfectly situated on a quiet beach. Pools and spas are so relaxing and harbour town and theme parks arent far. Will definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
I recently stayed here with my family and when we went in to the rooms they obviously hadn’t been cleaned prior to our stay.
We then encountered a sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the main bedroom en-suite that made me throw up.
Once I brought this to the attention of the manager/ engineer/maintenance man/owner which were all the same person I realised we were being lied too and they had zero accountability for the pathetic conditions and customer service we had been subjected too we left a day early and I was then abused and told there was nothing I could do about it. do not stay here!

Oh what a wonderful place beautiful people And Fab views just Perfection.

Stayed for a week, mould in bathroom ceiling and on shower wall, heat pump louver was broken and kept shutting itself off, not enough car parking as do many are reserved, bathroom fixture not fitted per instructions, bedrooms smelt musty. Service was friendly and polite.

Stayed there last August 2018, and have booked again for this August. Beautiful clean rooms. Incredible bbq, pool etc. Just love the place.

A really lovely place to chill out, very friendly staff, nothing is a problem for them.
Units are very clean and all parking is secure.
There is also a gym, snooker table, table tennis, roof top pool and BBQ
We love the place and come back regularly.

This is such a great resort!
Beautiful views, Quiet, you can see the beach outside your window and takes a 5min walk to get there! Highly recommond for anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable place to stay and enjoy the Gold Coast.

Great views. Good rooftop heated pool, spa and Bbqs. Well priced.

It's really nice. Theres even a hot rub in the bathroom. The only problem is if you're in an apartment, the front rooms front wall is thin and if children are running through the halls at night you can hear them. Other than that it's super cool and fun to explore.

This is a quiet accommodation, the rooms are immaculate the benefit of this location is that you have everything just at your finger tips, most places such as surfers paradise is only 10 minute drive. I'm not personally into the party scene so being just outside in the quieter areas were beneficial. This place also have a games room which was a pleasant surprise. I will also add that about a 10 minute walk you will find one of the best seafood takeaway shops! So many people but incredibly worth it!

Stayed in unit 4G the views of the Broadwater are gorgeous and everything is well maintained and clean. Will stay and ask for this unit again.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay. Our room was more than we expected. Tidy with a decent space for a family of 4. Bed was very comfy. Spa was in good condition. Close to shops and takeaway meals. A nice beachfront view on the rooftop. Reasonable room prices. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Goldie.

Unfortunately both saunas in this resort are broken. This accommodation was chosen over others because of this feature & we even rang up to doublecheck that it did have these facilities. But both are currently broken so very disappointed. I understand that some things are beyond control, but a sincere apology from staff would of made things better but management does not seem to be concerned at all. Also the heated pool is not heated, it is cold. Rooms are dumpy, not like in the pic. If those things don't bother you, accommodation is fine.

Stayed four nights with young adults and a kid in two apartments (8 ppl). Clean, tidy apartments. Comfortable beddings. Two bathrooms one with Jacuzzi. Rooftop pool and Jacuzzi was favorite among boys and girls. They would enjoy it until 10 pm (closing time) BBQ area on the rooftop is another great excitement for the gang. Location is little away from the surfer’s paradise but convenient and relaxing after a fun filled night outs or theme park rides. Great view of the ocean Staff is wonderful. The in-house restaurant (Butter Rhythms) is excellent regarding food, service, and ambiance. There is another pool at ground level, a tennis court, game room with snooker and table tennis and a couple of arcade game machines (all for a fee). Wi-Fi was available for a fee but restricted to one device. Better use your data package.

Great location. In the middle off all theme parks. Heaps of shops. Water. Self contained. For the price its awesome.

We stayed in a room on the 5th floor overlooking the beach. Loved waking up each morning with such a magnificent view! The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing was there was no air con in the two bedrooms which made it a bit uncomfortable on hot humid days. There are places to eat and shops only a few minutes drive away.

Came here a year ago and really enjoyed our stay. Just arrived to stay again. Extremely disappointed! Booked months ago, requested a beach side unit. Just went to room, still dirty and unmaid. Looking out to blocks of units! Extremely unhappy. Told to drop off luggage into our unmade filthy room and wait till it's done. No indication how long we wait. Poor poor service. Wont be back again!

Great place, great price and great service. Always worried when booking online but was more then impressed when arrived. Would recommend and hope to return.

Place has all one need for a holiday but theres no safe in the unit so one shd take note. Units may differ from one another depends on the landlord maintenance. Location is great since you just need to cross the street for the beach. The unit I am in is a bit worn out but cozy and clean.

Atrium Resorts gives me the "wow! ". From the lovely decorated, very clean and spacious apartment/room, fully equipped kitchen, so comfy beds, cool view from two balconies, to the roof top grand view of the sea and the surrounding areas… it's just simply wonderful. The staff here are friendly and very helpful. Such a lovely place to unwind and play during the holidays.

I stayed here a while back for a few weeks as my work has offices nearby. More recent reviews make me think there might have been some renovations since I've been. The room was okay with nice views but a little dated and I did have an ant problem. Maybe keep reading more recent reviews and make an educated opinion.

Great place for a family holiday. In a quiet part of the Gold Coast. Tranquil at daybreak.

Our room was absolutely beautiful! The owners were lovely and kind and very helpful. They have two pools that are kept very clean and tidy. The bath had a spa that was very fancy! I would definitely come back again to stay, it was a nice peaceful area and the view of the water in the day was pretty and the view at night time was even better. Thank you.

It has everything we need. Kitchen is compact but has all the necessary things you would expect. Lovely view of the water. Has a games room for the kids. Two pools and spas and close enough to Surfers Paradise. Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in a newly renovated unit. They are good size units too.

Stayed for 2 wks. Staff very accommodating & helpful. Clean apartment with lovely balcony view. Pool & spa area very clean. Enjoyed the spa on a few occasions. Enjoyed the Foxtel too. Didn't have to miss out on any shows. Even though painters were doing renovations there, they were all very respectful to guests and caused no problems to our stay. If I need a place to stay again I would definitely go back to The Atrium Resort.

Great helpful friendly staff, awesome sundeck pool an spa, rooms bit dated, but beds comfy. Need cleaning utensils by BBQ area very difficult cleaning with tiny scourer from room. Sliding doors to balconys very difficult to open and shut.

Worst hotel I have stayed in my whole life! Would never recommend to anyone. Photos are decieving! The front door have lots of rust, carpet already lifting and very old and stained! Kitchen lack of cooking equipment, mouldy curtains, beds are really hard which was the worst of all gave as sore back each day we woke up, Wi-Fi was hopeless, spa bath is so old and broken with a tape on it. Worst experience ever. I wouldnt even pay for what we paid in this resort, the only good thing was car park and the view. I know this rooms are individually owned but that is not an excuse to every customer who will stay in this outdated rooms. If the state of this rooms are like this then they should not be rented out or booked for! Absolutely disgusting.

Very nice. Modern Clean Upscale with outstanding views of the ocean Broadwater boats and beaches.

The resort is great for children… We had a shower head issue that was addressed straight away… However our view was null and void due to a 9 foot baricade placed in-front of our ground floor appartment. I can understand and appreciate that maintenance of the exterior needs to be attended to. But the painting of the exterior is something that would have been planned in advance and would have been appreciated if the fact that our view would be affected greatly be communicated to us prior to arrival… No apologies, no additional compensation and sadly no actual communication… I stayed across the road from the water for a view, otherwise I would have booked a place inland… A disappointing experience to a resort that was great for a family…

The rooms are quite nice, they don't have enough laundry or washing machine detergent as well as toilet paper. Good facilities such as pools and spas and overall very clean.

It was good the staff was extremely nice n after a long day he had the paper work ready for me. The room was out dated but had new dishwasher. The room was very stuffy even if you have the air con on. The games room just for adults was good but to easy to access for kids as there was on a kid on the gym equipment. The pool water was smelly as well. But the view is amazing and very close to water!

Tired and dated, and a bit dirty in communal areas. Sadly the pictures on the internet made it look much nicer than the room we stayed in. Brass trim in the bathrooms and half broken black leather sofa's were much more 80s than modern. Main bed was comfy, but second bedroom was dingy with a small window leading directly to a public area with no screen. Road noise from the second floor was pretty loud, but this may be better on higher floors. One lift didn't work for the entire length of our 3 day stay, and the second one broke down with us in it, luckily only for 5 minutes. The intercom did nothing though and another guest got us out. Positives were the roof top pool, and the small beach over the road was good for little kids. There is potential, but it needs work imo.

UPSIDE: Price, facilities great, lots of room, smoking allowed on balcony, laundry area, spa bath, foxtel and did I mention PRICE = AWESOME! DOWNSIDE; Mattress on Queen bed — hard as a rock! Had to buy topper to sleep on it. Shower is slow and it's hard to wash long hair. Definately a great place and great value for money! Would go there again!

Resort? Sheer false advertising… Aircon in lounge only. Bedroom small, hot and humid with fan only… Will not be back.

Can't give anything lower than a star. We booked for 8 nights and only stayed one night at the atrium, and we slept on the Lounge. The sheets were stained and dirty and had blood on them, there was Pubic hair in the beds and the bathrooms, there was hair and dirt in the bathtub, mould in the shower and extremely dusty floors covered with hair and massive stains, the lounges also had black grime on them. When I told the manager at the atrium he flatly denied that the room needed cleaning saying it was clean and the sheets and linen are fresh from the laundry. He was so rude and said we couldn't have our deposit back. dont believe the pretty photos on the website! sent from my iphone.

This was a great value place in a good location. Staff The staff were very helpful over the phone and via email in preparation for our trip. They answered all my questions well and helped with the booking. Once there we didn't need the staff much but when we did they helped. Room We stayed in 2 BDR A/C rooms. The layout is simple and spacious. The balcony is sizeable though we didn't use it much. There are tea making facilities and a few tea bags. The showers are nice and they have good pressure. The spa in the bathroom fits two comfortably and the jets have good pressure. The laundry facilities in room are hidden well. You could stay here a while no worries. We had no problems with cleanliness. The only downside is that you need to replace consumables like toilet paper. Location It was around a 15 minute ride via maxi taxi to the Gold Coast. From Gold Coast airport a direct transfer is about 45 mins and from Brisbane is about 55 mins. There is a shopping centre around a ten minute casual walk away which has an IGA, bottleo and some restaurants. Facilities We spent some time in the rooftop spa — it was spacious though the temperature was a bit low to be comfortable. The pools were nice. The sauna downstairs was good though the timber step is pretty ricketty. There is a cool games room with billiards, pool, table tennis and some paid parlour games. There is a simple gym there too. We didn't use the restaurant.

Not what the sparkling photos advertised. Room was dirty, carpets were coming apart at the seams, and the bathrooms were not flash at all. The linen also had stains on them and the styling is very very very old. Was disappointed as this place has potential.

We stayed three nights and wont be going back. The bed was crap. So uncomfortable. The whole place was nothing like the sparkling new photos that were advertised. Kitchen was o. K. But tinny, dishwasher but no tablets. Clean enough but not worth the money. Parks were tight but secure. Heaps of road noise. Very disappointing.

This hotel is located directly over the road from a beach. It's pretty nice, but the beach is fairly narrow, and seems to be used mostly by dog-walkers and joggers. You're still pretty well-located if you want to go to another nearby beach though, so that's good. There is underground parking, although the entrance is rather narrow and I wouldn't want to try to get anything bigger than a standard 5-door car in there. We had a bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen when we first arrived. We bought some stuff from a local shop and that sorted them out for the rest of the holiday. We saw one cockroach in the apartment during the whole 9 days or so we were there. There was a large spider outside the apartment on one occasion, but that's sort of what you sign up for when you go to Australia and stay in a place called The Atrium. The atrium itself is quite nice. There are fish in the water, and big trees and plants. The rooftop was closed for refurbishment when we got there. This wasn't mentioned when we booked, but is now shown on their website. It was a bit of a shame to miss out on the rooftop pool and barbecue areas. Luckily there's a pool on the ground floor as well as a sauna and jacuzzi pool. We spent most of our time out of the hotel anyway. I would definitely stay here again. It's just handy to keep in mind that you might need to sort out some small insect issues, and buy a bottle opener if you want to have a drink.
