A little disappointed that all my communications with their reservation team over the past few months in preparation of our stay over our holiday never made it to the front desk. All our requests and additional upgrades that they wanted to charge us for never made it across.
To top it off the Foxtel unit isn't something you can utilise to rent a movie off of either. The feeling you get with the place is that of a hostel as they wish to limit your access and enjoyment however simply providing a bed.

So easy, convient and friendly service. Would definately stay again.

Wow, AMAZING! I think this is the best hotel and location in all of Cairns! We got a great price on booking. Com, only $417 for 3 nights for a harbour view studio and when we checked in we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment! So modern and spacious, just beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the view, sipping champagne and eating delicious local tropical fruits. We only had to walk a few steps to the marina for our Moore Reef cruise with Sunlover which was the best time ever! We were so lucky to have perfect weather during our entire holiday which made all our tours totally enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel 100% wholeheartedly, can't beat it for so many reasons. So perfect and we personally liked that the casino was just across the road and numerous restaurants along the pier just downstairs from our apartment.

We have just had a four night stay with Cairns Luxury Apartments in the Harbour Lights complex. We had three rooms booked in total, with a 3 bedroom apartment being our base. This was made super easy and comfortable for our group as the apartment was large, spacious and had the most amazing balcony with Marina views. Our entire party was super impressed with the cleanliness of all three rooms, the quality of fittings/furniture and also the attention of the CLA staff during our stay. We have already made plans to book in again for next year and hopefully we will get to have the same amazing rooms we had this time.

We booked an apartment through this agency and was very disappointed. The apartment had stains on the carpet, microwave was falling to bits, couch was old and uncomfortable, shower had mould on the silicon strip. The outdoor furniture was old and weathered, nothing like the pictures on their website. If you are going to advertise the apartments as luxury, that's what you expect. We complained and the response was, its the busy season so the floors cant be shampooed and its the individual owners responsibility to ensure the apartment is at a luxury standard. But surely the agent has a responsibility as-well. They did take 10% of the bill, we would of gone somewhere else but there was no other accommodation as it was carnival week in Cairns. The apartment was located in the Cairns Harbour Lights, unit 216.

Was treated appallingly at reception when my family went to check in this morning. My mam is petite and the reception desk is quite high. When my mam approached to check-in, the girl behind the desk found her height amusing. She advised us to use the "smaller" table behind us as my mam was unable to sign the forms up on the desk — while still finding the situation funny.
My mam has never been treated so unkindly in her life. This is not the customer service one would expect to receive at a 'luxury' accommodation!

I treated my mum to a stay here for her 50th and we had the best time! She's even booked herself in again a few times since. Gorgeous apartments and really lovely staff — had such a laugh with them when we checked in! Have recommended them to anyone I know who visits Cairns.

Pricey but worth it. The view is spectacular and the location is close to everything.

Will not reply to my emails. A member of their team likes to write poor reviews about other local businesses, but when you try to contact them for clarification, you're ignored. I'm sure this type of poor service is reflected in other areas of their business.

Had a fantastic stay here with superb views of the marina and river inlet. Apartment was spacious with all mod cons including a washer/drier. Eating places and the esplanade are just over the road along with the reef tour boats which are just in front. The management team were very efficient at booking me in and also helped book some short notice tours to the reef and rainforest. I will be back for sure.

We stay for a long weekend in Cairns, and the apartments were perfect. The location is great, at a walking distance from everything. And the view is very nice, on the water. The apartment is huge, clean with everything you need. Higly recommended.

Convenient location, great water views, clean and spacious apartment. The balcony was smaller than I thought it would be and the pool was quite small too. It's a pity the reception in the actual building wasn't part of the rental agency as there was an issue with one of our swipe cards, and the staff in the building wasn't particularly helpful.

Not only is the accommodation value for money and provides comfortable style accommodation, the staff at Cairns Luxury Apartments are always helpful and very friendly. The apartment style and hotel rooms are very modern and provide all the essentials for a holiday escape as well as that working holiday. My family and I always choose to stay with Cairns Luxury Apartments and would recommend it to anyway and everyone. They are great.
