A group of friends and I had a wonderful stay this past long weekend at Oasis at Palm Cove! Adrian really went above and beyond to make us feel right at home after a bit of confusion with our booking (that was no fault of his! ). We were all so impressed by him! Our room was lovely, the pool was beautiful, and it was such a fabulous location. We are locals who were just looking for a relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we got at Oasis at Palm Cove. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed here with my family, we absolutely loved Palm Cove and thought the apartment was stunning untill my kids started to find old rubbish under the beds and lounge mat. Cutlery in the draw was dirty and the list goes on. I wrote a very honest review on booking. Com and Adriene obviously didn't like my honesty so he responded with spiteful dishonesty attacking me on so many different levels. Just shows his arrogance and obviously very unprofessional.
The apartments are gergous with excellent space for everyone,
Their cleaner just needs to learn how to clean and take criticism.

Love this place, very close to shop, restaurants etc.

Had a great family holiday at Oasis Palm Cove. Adrian was fantastic making us feel comfortable and gave us great tips of local attractions and restaurants. Thoroughly recommend to all!

You were so helpful with the excursions, local places to go and where to eat.
Oasis at Palm Cove is so clean and well kept.
Tennis courts were an added bonus and the pool was amazing and so family friendly. Such a relaxing time can’t wait to come back.

My family and I stayed recently and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. Couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool even with all the rain that we had during our stay. We will definitely love to stay again if they’ll have us back. Hopefully under better circumstances next time. Well done guys.

We had a wonderful holiday with close friends, great food and drink. It is a beautiful setting and the attractions we saw and visited were stunning. Hope to be back very soon.

Loved it a lot it was so close to shops no car needed.

Filthy, shabby apartment in desperate need need of a good clean and a renovation. Nice grounds and well designed pool area but nothing luxurious or anywhere near 4* accommodation standard. Some apartments may be of a high standard but was very poor. I could list all the things that need doing but that really is management's job to oversee and get right. Very disappointed and came away feeling ripped off.

Good accommodation but a bit shabby around the edges. Only provide "starter pack" of basics — including toilet paper — which was a bit weird after flying halfway across Australia to get here!

Definitely an Oasis. Beautiful apartment with everything you need to relax and make you feel at home.

Great place to stay when exploring the area. Apartments are large, clean, and when availing of deals, great value for money!

Oasis is a lovely resort, it has great sized rooms bed and a great pool! The staff were very helpfull. We did have a slight ant problem in the room havent told reception yet but im sure theyll fix it up straight away. The only downside is the pillows are to hard so if you like soft pillows byo!

John and Del are great managers, very willing to help any way they can. Great resort, highly recommend to anyone thinking of a holiday at Palm Cove.

Had a ripper family holiday at Oasis. Location, facilities and the hosts John and Della were all amazing. The pool is to die for, barely left it all week.

Wow thank you John and Della for a wonderful 5 nights in paradise! Exceptional service, facilities, gardens and that pool/bbq area is heaven. So close to the beach and shops, no need for a car. We will be back The Egan/Puglia/Connolly families xx.

We had a wheelchair with a 7 year old with us and there was no access to the pool without lifting the wheelchair up several stairs also no disabled access to pool both illegal under the disabled law Please explain.

2nd time we've stayed here now. No problems, great rooms and facilities. Highly recommend to anyone. Huge apartments.

Cleanliness definitely lets this place down, floors and bathrooms were especially disappointing, shower floor was sticky and floors had hair and dust scattered throughout the apartment plus feet ended up black after walking around with no shoes inside. Also, if you need to use the Internet, you cannot rely on the Wi-Fi here, download speed 0.18mbps, upload 0.03mbps. Apartments were definitely big, location was good, pool was great, but probably wouldn't return here unless they improve their cleaning standards.

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Large spacious rooms, lovely tropical feel and nice and fresh. Great swimming pool, tennis courts and so close to the esplanade!

Had a guest stay here. They enjoyed it.

Amazing apartment and really helpful staff, same can be said for people working in the café we visited and, in fact, the walk to the supermarket and in the supermarket. Loving the people of palm cove! X.

Great apartment with several rooms. Nicely decorated but the ravages of time has gnawed a bit at the institution. But not too bad. The complex has a pool, small playground and underground car parks in the city blocks.

We booked at Oasis palm cove for a trip away for my husbands 50th. We stayed for a week in the Sept school holidays. Della and John were very helpful when booking, and I had already checked on trip-adviser and the comments were positive. John was kind enough to lend us his ute as a one off to go to the local Coles 10 mints away to do a big shop for the week as we didn't get a car until the last 2 days of our holiday. We had a room that overlooked the play ground/pool it was beautifully renovated. We found this spot very quiet (even in the school holidays) this is a beautiful resort, the gardens are just gorgeous! and very well kept. The pool was a very peaceful place to spend the good part of the day and my 10 and 15 year old enjoyed it. There was also tables and chairs bbq etc around the pool. We also used the tennis court which was nice and cool by about 5m (September) Palm cove is a beautiful place to visit. We would love to come back one day and would differently stay at Oasis Palm cove again. I would rate this close to a 10/10 Clelands.
