Located in a separate complex across the road from The Reef Retreat, at No 5 Harpa Street, this spacious self-contained apartment is fully air-conditioned. It features three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a lounge area with a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Also provided is free WiFi, laundry facilities, and ceiling fans. Each apartment has a garage that can accommodate one vehicle.

The complex also has a small shared plunge pool. Reception and check in are at the Reef Retreat 10 – 14 Harpa St. The Reef Retreat and The Reef Retreat Townhouses are separate complexes. Guests staying at the Reef Retreat Townhouses do not have access to the facilities at The Reef Retreat.
