Standard motel room, clean, quite, nice private spot with table and chairs out back door. Very relaxing thou no fresh air in rooms.

Staying at Springwood Motor Inn, Springwood in Queensland and can highly recommend due to the Comfort of the bed, the Cleanliness of the Rooms, the Convenience of the Location and the outstanding Helpfulness & Friendliness of the Hosts! Huge thank you to Renee’ and others who have made my stay very enjoyable! I can thoroughly recommend staying at the Springwood Motor Inn!

Hotel is not known too well by locals. But great spot with wonderful staff. The 2 bedroom is great.

Nearby AirBnB is way better. Save your money.

Clean room, nice and quiet. Staff were great and the location for us was perfect.

Clean tidy comfortable inn does not provide restaurant facilities apart from frozen microwavable "chef prepared " meals but located 5 minute walk to shopping centre where there is thai, sushi and pizza capers to eat.

It's about what you'd expect from a cheap hotel. Good for an overnight stay but if you need to stay any longer, you will be much more comfortable at the springwood tower hotel.

Wasn't very impressed with my room, air con in master bedroom won't cool down all rooms, found faeces under the base of the dining room floor, we wont be retuning.

Was quite a few good nights stay at this motorInn with really good friendly people to chat too and have a few drinks with. The fireplace was really well placed and created great temperature distribution. Of course we never slept on the first couple of nights with all the hype and atmosphere in the partyroom, and you notice how quiet it is during the day, with no screaming kids and minimal traffic noise. Great accommodation for anyone, highly recommended. 5-stars.

There for a work event and stayed the night. Really nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Stayed in a Queen room. Very spacious with good furnishings and fittings. Had access to a microwave as well as the standard kitchen items. Couch, dining table and chairs as well as an outdoor sitting area were good nice to haves. Wi-Fi was solid with speed and signal strength. Very good stay.

First night, and very impressed. Beautiful decor, large shower, and very clean.

I avoided long commutes from the sunny coast. Being closer to work I slept well in short proximity to shops near chatswood rd.

The room was perfect for me, I was there for a business trip. The staff are very friendly and looked after us well.

The rooms looked nice, but as a big chap, the bed gave way underneath me as I sat down. The slats of the bed are incredibly thin, and wouldn't suit anyone over an average weight… (which is only 60%+ of the population) On asking for another room, they had no other different options, and seemed bothered that we even asked for a different room. Ordering room service seemed fine until after 5 minutes when they called back to say them didn't have what we ordered, and weren't prepared to offer something else for the same cheaper price. (Added: and their bloody Wi-Fi doesn't work) Not friendly, not welcoming… A new renovation doesn't make the hospitality any better. Pathetic.

Very relaxing and family friendly.

We have stayed here on average once a year for the last few years for nearby family gatherings and never any problems. The room last night was large, clean, quiet, very comfy king bed, very friendly reception staff. Everything worked — the laptop charged nicely thank you. It's also top value for money — we didn't pay anywhere near $220. We'll be back.

The first offering stunk to high heaven and we were told that it had flooded and were offered another room. We went to plug the laptop into the other room and guess what. NO power point. When we shifted the bed to look we found old tissues, a coke bottle lid and dust. Good grief at $220 a night this is a discrace! they will never see us or any of our business network again.
